Nothing short of amazing. A day prior to another big freeze to hit south Texas our heater just stopped working. But Brian was able to have our heater up and running in no time! He was knowledgeable, passionate, and very respectable. From the moment I opened my door to the moment I closed my door, I was in awe of Brian’s knowledge and service. Wonderful company! The only AC company we trust to come service our AC. Brian is extremely knowledgeable about HVAC and is always trying to do his best to serve you while trying to keep prices low and affordable. He came out to service our AC late one Sunday night in 2021 when it had broken down and we were desperate. He was able to quickly make the fix and promised it'd last at least through the rest of the year! We were anxious about having to purchase a new one. Well not only did it last that year but we still have it working to this day! So his repairs lasted years! We've been having some leakage happen so called him up again to come do a tune up. He also installed new vents for us in several of our rooms to help the AC cool everywhere better and it's helped! Will definitely recommend to others as the best AC company!

I have used Sherlock for three years. I have over 20 properties. I never have an issue. Everything goes great very smart owner Bryan. Some of the times he just diagnoses it on the phone. I have use them for several issues, including installing new units and cleaning my systems out and repairing my systems. I love this company. It’s great never had a problem and anybody knows that when you have problems with the company you just work it out, but I’ve never had one with this one.

I contacted this company initially for a AC that was blowing air but it wasn't cooling. Sherlock diagnosed it and replaced a part. During the replacement he blew a freon line, repaired it, and refilled the system with freon. All seemed to be in order and I was happy with the work.

He then recommended replacing some duct work, a freon valve, and our thermostats. I purchased all of this and scheduled the work. Sherlocks duct work guys did a good job except for hanging one of my trees with their truck and ripping it out of the ground. After a week or so our original AC issue returned, blowing air that wasn't cool enough. Sherlock believed the planned valve exchange would fix it. It didn't.

After the valve was installed he charged me more than quoted because the part cost more than he said it would. The air blowing but not cooling issue persisted. Through all of the above Sherlock and his crew were at our house numerous times and insisted on doing things like changing the filter or the direction the vents were blowing instead of believing there was actually something wrong with the unit that was blowing warm air.

I finally contacted another company who hypothesized Sherlock had initially refilled my unit with the wrong type of freon, thus requiring it be replaced entirely. After checking the correct type of freon on the unit and the invoice provided by Sherlock I determined they were correct and he had refilled it with the wrong kind.

Now, months later, Sherlock is cold calling me saying he has concerns about my heater because they're hard to calibrate and only a skilled tech like himself can get it right. He wants to come look at it.

I will never use Sherlock Holmes again. I advise you to stay away.

Great service, came in after hours. Service technician was excellent. Very capable and knowledgeable. Also gave me pointers on how to maintain system and what to look out for.

Tech told me if he could not fix it no one can. He was right! I had called a tech before I call him and he could not fix it and I would need a brand new system$7000. Before you call any one you should call Sherlock Homes AC. Technician was very honest. As we all know it’s very hard to find anyone with integrity.

Bryan from Sherlock Homes AC was incredibly helpful when my AC went out this afternoon. My unit needed a new capacitor after diagnosis, and Bryan replaced it and had the unit running like brand new in about ten minutes. He went above and beyond tuned up the unit as well. All of this was performed outside of regular business hours too, so his emergency AC help was greatly appreciated and I highly recommend his efficient services.

I am so truly glad I was able to be helped by Sherlock Homes AC! He was honest, fairly priced, came out that night, fixed everything right away & I was able to sleep comfy with my now working AC. Someone you can trust to diagnose any issues, not lie to you, fairly charge you, & do an excellent job! Beyond 5 star service!

Bryan and his team are amazing. Professional, responsive, and are literal geniuses.

Mind you that 3 of the big name companies here in town told me similar stories and that I had to get a new system because it wasn’t worth it to repair ($5k-7k at least). Sherlock had the wiring and thermostat figured out and fixed for under a grand; saving me $13k minimum. They’re now the only HVAC I’ll turn to, and should be yours too.
