Luis did a nice job. We were new to the tile and grout cleaning process having never had it done for us before. He was thorough and informative with how the process would go and what a realistic expectation of the complete completed. Cleaning would look like he met all of those expectations and we are very satisfied with the overall project. With the tile and grout cleaning, we would absolutely recommend Stanley steamer. They were very well priced and prompt in their attention to detail and timeliness to get the job done.

Amazing experience with Noe! Our carpets are very old and need replacing. I was looking for a nice professional clean so that I know my carpet is at least clean if not visually perfect but I was really surprised by what a huge difference this cleaning made! I’ll absolutely be using this service again and continue using it to keep up the new carpet once that is installed. So if you are debating if it’s worth getting your old carpets that are on their way out cleaned it TOTALLY is! Didn’t know our old carpet my grandmother had installed in the 90’s could get more green!

Gerald and Giovanni came out to complete a duct cleaning/mold remediation and did a great job. They were on-time and explained everything thoroughly. I really appreciate the professionalism that they both displayed. Definitely will recommend and use their services again.

Never had my ducts and vents cleaned before. We bought our house about 9.5 years ago and it was built back in 1966 so don't know if they had ever been cleaned. There was a lot of mold and dust that we had been unknowingly breathing in on a daily basis. The team Gerald and Dmauri were awesome. Very professional, knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and insured we were completely satisfied with the job. Will defiantly be using them again but a lot sooner than 9 years. BTW we had two HVAC systems.

My technician Daniel was professional and greeted with a big smile. He cleaned my 3 areas like brand new! Give Daniel a day off or increase in pay for the excellent customer service and professionalism. He represent your company well! Job well done!!!

DO NOT USE THEM - Stains are all still there and person who did our carpet asked my boyfriend to cash app for some of it instead of paying the company. Extremely unprofessional and A WASTE OF MONEY

Josh was the best! He answered all of my questions and I had a lot. He did a phenomenal job with my two bathrooms so I feel confident that the tile will be protected for years to come. I’m definitely having him come back to do my laminate flooring.

The Team was Very Courteous & Professional! They treated our home with kid gloves—very careful! Two Technicians x 2.5 hours (5 total), truck, supplies … fair/reasonably priced :-)

Daniel from Stanley Steemer did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. He was professional, personable, and clearly very experienced. He explained the process well, answered my questions, and took great care with the work.

Daniel has been with the company for six years, and it really shows in his knowledge and customer service. I would absolutely request him again.

10/10 I recommend this service and place of business. I called thinking I had to make an appointment for a later date, but I was told they had an opening in the next hour or two. I thought that was great.

They have a text notification service that tells you when their employee arrives. I received a text saying that Milton would be arriving soon. It was convenient knowing that information versus waiting around for a larger arrival window as other companies do.

Once Milton arrived, he was professional and efficient. He explained exactly what he would be doing and the after care for the carpet.

I think it only took less than 20 minutes - extremely fast. Also Milton said the whole area of cleaning was less of a square footage than expected. He lowered the price of the carpet cleaning service than what was previously quoted. That was very much appreciated and helpful!

You can definitely tell they were well trained, they had all the necessary tools and equipment to do the HVAC /air conditioning and dryer cleaning.

We had Avery from Stanley Steamer out to clean our dryer vent, and he did an absolutely fantastic job. He was extremely professional and took the time to explain every step of the process. He worked efficiently and left the area spotless. Avery was also very pleasant and a pleasure to have in our home. I highly recommend him and their service!

Gerald and Giovanni were friendly, courteous, and extremely professional. They took great care to protect household items and corners when moving equipment around. They explained everything they were doing while cleaning our air ducts and offered additional information on keeping our system clean and air purification systems.

Great service overall! Isaiah was very informative and helpful. The cleaning itself was very efficient for the upholstery item I had cleaned (there was a big stain on the center of the chair). A few spots were missed in the nooks and crannies of the chair but can be fixed with some general cleaning, nothing major was left out (See attached photo). Overall I was very satisfied with the work done and the professionalism displayed by Isaiah. I will definitely be using the service again for general upkeep of my furniture in the future!

Update: Joe came in today to do a touch up clean and got the chair feeling a lot better than after the original clean. Still waiting for it to dry up and see the results completely but everything looks much better already! I am very satisfied with the customer service when I called to ask about a deeper clean. Joe was very nice and worked very hard to get some of the left over crud out of the chair. Amazing dedication and overall great job!

Noe was very helpful and educated me about all the services offered by the company. He took his time to make sure it was done right and walked me thru the process as he worked. Thank you Noe for all that you do. Took advantage of 2 rooms cleaning package for up to 3 times a year to keep my carpet clean and deodorized.
