Constraction reviews in Wylie, Texas

Great company to work with! Had several guys checking on the progress while we had our roof torn off to make sure all was going well. They cleaned up every day, responded in a very timely manner, and updated me on progress throughout the project. Daniel, Shawn, Ron and Austin all are top notch and easy to deal with. Thanks guys.

Called ARS out to take a look at my roof, and Ron and his team did a great job. Guided me through the insurance process, met with the adjuster, and got my new roof installed in no time. Definitely will be using them for my future contracting needs. Thank you ARS General Contracting!!

Friendly, Professional, and Fast. We needed a new roof before the closing date to sell our house. Andy with ARS assisted us through the entire process ensuring that our insurance took note of all the damage on our roof, gutters, and fence. He also communicated with our adjustor and kept us informed of the process and progress as well. The crew was professional and tidy. They cleaned everything up to perfection after installation. During a stressful time of moving, ARS made putting on a new roof on go so smoothly. A BIG thank you to their team!

I had Ryan come out to evacuate my property and he did a great job. He was able to help me out and guide me through the process. I now have a new roof, gutters, and fence stain. Austin was there during the construction helping and answering all questions. Thank you Brendan for coming to make sure our project went well. From start to finish I’d say this team will make sure you are covered. Thanks ARS!

Shawn and his guys did a wonderful job on our back patio. On time, did the job quickly, very thorough and respectful of our time. Extremely pleased with their professionalism and would highly recommend and use again.

ARS - is awesome, they came out quickly and assisted us with our roof leak. They were courteous, did not price gouge us and handled us with care and great customer service. If your in need and especially in an emergency situation we would highly recommend ARS General Contracting.

First time to use a general contractor; didn't know what to expect. My experience with ARS was excellent. Project was completed when promised and the cost was very reasonable. Ron and Austin made sure my wife and I were pleased with the final product and quickly addressed the few minor items we identified.

From the moment I called, they were professional, courteous and thorough in assessing the damage. They wasted no time in scheduling a visit and had the repairs completed in no time. Shawn and his team did a wonderful job on our house renovations. ARS is quick to respond to requests and offer solutions. We are very happy with these results!

ARS built and installed some faux beams for my living room. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. Excellent communication, flexible with scheduling, answered all my questions and just overall great customer service. Jaime and his crew did a meticulous job on the build, install and clean up. I am beyond happy with the result and look forward to working with ARS for all my home improvement or contracting needs in the future.

We contracted with ARS to complete the extension of our patio after receiving several bids. Although their bid was on the higher side, we were impressed by their professionalism during the quoting process and decided to move forward with them. There were two projects we signed up for: one was to extend a large part of our patio with concrete, and the other was to add a door to our fence.

The patio turned out great—it's even and solid. However, we did encounter some issues with the fence door, which we believe were due to the contractor’s lack of experience. It seemed there was an inability to foresee potential problems until it was too late to address them.

While there were some bumps in the process, ARS did make an effort to correct the situation. Their honesty was clear throughout the process, and while we weren't entirely satisfied with the lack of experience shown by the contractor, it seemed that our project may have been his first. Based on this, I believe he gained some valuable experience from working on our home.

Overall, ARS is a reliable company for handling major projects, and we still plan to use them for future work on our house. However, we might request a different contractor for those upcoming projects.

We recently had ARS General Contracting install new wall siding around our entire detached garage and workshop. From the start and throughout the crew was impeccable, tidy, and in total communication. Shawn and the crew did an amazing job, not only in the execution and the fresh paint to the new exterior walls, trim, etc, but also took the extra time to trim out and secure the perimeter at the base to ensure no critters will be getting in. They installed the new window and new door perfectly as well. We also had them add new protective barriers on the louvered side walls of our attic in the main house. We could not be more pleased with the final product and look. Five stars for sure.

Brenden came out looked at the roof issue we were having. We had a section of shingles that were starting to slide down the roof. It took a couple days for them to get us on the schedule and it had actually gotten a little worse. Brenden had told me the company that had installed the roof originally should warranty it for us. But the roof was done prior to us buying the house and we didn’t know who they were so here we are. He came off as honest and trustworthy. From start to finish the work and the people were very professional. The repairs were done quickly and look amazing. Can’t tell where the work was ever done. Brenden and his team were awesome. If the need for a new roof ever arises ARS General will be the first and only call I’ll be making. They have gained a customer for life. Keep up the awesome customer service and quality craftsmanship.

Wow! I cannot say enough, incredible things about Andy and the company. Even when he was on his honeymoon, he answered my questions and scheduled the workers to come work on my bathroom. The workmanship was top-notch and they were finished in less time than was expected. I will definitely use them again for any big or little job i need done. Also, their pricing is below many other quotes that i received. I have had several home renovations in the past & by far they were the best. Its hard to find good help, but look no further because these are the good guys!

I am thoroughly impressed with ARS roofing! Brandon and his crew worked sun up to sun down to get this monster of a project done in a timely manner. They were fast, professional, reliable and affordable. I highly recommend this company. Great job!

I have utilized this contractor for extensive home repairs and remodeling of 2 separate homes. I have consulted them on everything from roofs to paint to flooring, and they are the only contractor I trust and will continue to use going forward. Daniel is honest and extremely professional. He delivers on his promises and works tirelessly to make sure that I am not only satisfied with their work, but that I'm receiving every dollar I deserve from my insurance company when applicable. They really go above and beyond to take care of their clients.
