Texas Outdoor Oasis exceeded expectations. They beat the scheduled completion date and took care of every minor issue my detailed wife had for them. They are financially sound, and as a forensic accountant, I can tell you, do not take that for granted with pool companies. If their bid comes in 10% more or 10% less, use them. A further endorsement, our “picky” HOA board is now using them.
Have Michael M. design for you and request Charles (CB) to be your GC! They are both very good at their jobs!

From the time we made the decision to add a pool, we sought out multiple quotes from local builders. It was clear to us early on that Texas Outdoor Oasis was completely squared away, and a cut above the rest. The quotes were all pretty comparable from a cost standpoint, but only Texas Outdoor Oasis walked us through the entire process up from what to expect from a schedule and communication standpoint. Charles and Michael from Texas Outdoor Oasis were an incredible team to build our pool. Michael's designs are very creative and he is extremely knowlegeable, not to mention he was very patient with us as we made several design changes. At the beginning of the build process, Charles and Michael created a group text with us that allowed for consistent, accurate, two-way communication that was very much appreciated and helpful. Charles was our project manager. He is professional, knowledgeable and has a great relationship with his crews. His crews were top-notch and went above and beyond, from cleanup to working around minor details to make sure we were satisfied! Texas Outdoor Oasis is hands down the best company to create the backyard of your dreams. In fact, we are using them again to create an outdoor kitchen. We highly recommend them!

Texas Outdoor Oasis hit it out of the park. Our pool, landscaping and pergola project has been amazing. From the first phone call and to everything in between, each and every person that worked on this project provided excellent service and professionalism.We never had to worry about when is someone coming or what is next in the project. Communication was top notch and key for us and they didn't disappoint. It started with Michael who was our designer of the project. He had great ideas and listened to what we wanted. Our project manager Shawn kept us up to date every step of the way. He was patient with all our hundreds of questions and kept the project moving along. Bo was our landscape designer and had great ideas to finish the beautiful project and his attention to detail was top notch.
Victor was the one that installed all of the drainage, grass, rock work, sprinklers and landscaping and it turned out perfect. He was so easy to work with. Nacho and his team were outstanding in the installation of the stonework and marble decking. Last but not least was Adrian who made sure the plaster was cleaned and dealt with all the chemicals for 2 weeks after the pool had water in it. He was so friendly and easy to work with. We have built 4 pools and I can honestly say this one went the smoothest. The end project exceeded our expectations.

Our pool experience with Texas Outdoor Oasis was excellent. From the design team to the installation team, we have no complaints. The communication from group chats to weekly updates was outstanding. Michael, Shawn, and Adrian are very knowledgeable and experts at their crafts. They were able to accommodate a couple of requests we had with no issues and had some great suggestions. I couldn't be happier with my pool remodel! From the initial consultation with Tony to the final reveal, the team was professional, communicative and attentive to my vision. Tony and Shawn took my 25 year old pool and turned it into a stunning oasis with sleek new tiles and efficient lighting. The craftsmanship is top-notch and every detail was handled with care. Although this is our forever home and we had planned for years to expand our outside living area by expanding our covered patio, adding an outdoor kitchen and fireplace we struggled with design ideas. Because I am in the service business I see a lot of outdoor kitchens and beautiful landscaped yards. So when I came across Oasis a few years ago I noted their work for future reference.

We were impressed with the tour of similar work we wanted to do and decided to move forward. Courtney was our designer and Charles was our project manager. Courtney is a whiz on the computer. She was able to take our ideas, digitize our property and produce a design based on our input. The 3D rendering was amazing. We ultimately had Oasis not only expand our backyard living area, but landscape our front/side yards as well.

Both Courtney and Charles were receptive to design changes, new ideas and last minute updates which Charles took in stride coordinating the various crews to ensure everything was done in a timely manner. Their crews were efficient, quiet and cleaned up each day.

The end result was above and beyond our expectations. Attached are a few pictures of the backyard as well as the front/side yard.

We wanted to add a new patio but wanted it to look like it was originally part of the house. We had several companies come out but Michael at Texas Outdoor Oasis was the only person who was able to understand what we were looking for. Every time I had a question or need our project manager Shawn was very quick to get me an answer and was always more than courteous. Now that the porch is complete we are thrilled with how it turned out. I would say that it is better than the renderings.

Bo and his team did a fantastic job from start to finish. He listened to what we wanted, made suggestions and worked up a fantastic design. From start to finish, his team was on time and emailed a report every day of their progress. The whole project was completed in the time line given and within budget. I highly recommend Texas Outdoor Oasis because they did a phenomenal job on our landscape restoration. We love our new landscape!

Texas Outdoor Oasis completely exceeded our expectations on our backyard patio addition. This was a large investment in our home so choosing a company to work with was an important decision. Jennifer designed our patio space and worked so well with me to help make our vision a reality. I had a specific architectural design and finishes that I wanted to use and she was on the same page with me day one. She got my vision and the design turned out even better than I could have imagined.

When it came time to make our design a reality and build out the space, Charles managed the construction process professionally with excellent communication and precision. The crews that Texas Outdoor Oasis used for our project were not only excellent but also left our property clean every single day. Charles managed the project timeline impeccably and even though we fully anticipated hiccups, there were no problems at all and the project truly could not have gone smoother. We are so happy with our experience from the initial design to the construction and finish out.

Texas Outdoor Oasis converted our inground 12K gallon pool to a saltwater system. This included installing a Jandy saltwater chlorine generator and the power pack. I received a few different bids on the work, including my original pool builder who I was more inclined to give the work to originally. Tony, who is responsible for remodels and repairs at TOO, convinced me otherwise. He is extremely responsive, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He responded to all my texts almost immediately and answered every single question I had.

The installation itself was perfect. The tech was on time and very considerate, even asking my wife beforehand if it was okay to back his truck into the driveway. He managed to fit the new equipment into my existing setup efficiently and discretely. It doesn’t look like the work was done after the fact, which was important to me.

After the install, Tony gave me a very detailed lesson on my new equipment, the newly added options in my pool’s app, and again answered all the questions I had.

I appreciate Tony’s approach and professionalism. He will definitely be my go to person if I have any future issues with my pool.

This company did the re-plaster of my 13,000 gallon pool that was over 20 years old. Tony was up front about what I needed and did not need. No unnecessary up-sales. Alan was great as the project manager and kept us well advised on when the different teams would be here. I am totally happy with the work and final product.

Texas Outdoor Oasis was founded on building patios, that is apparent. We hosted Thanksgiving and several said, “I don’t remember your patio being so large”, it is because it looks like it’s part of the house! They build a nice pool as well! Ask for Michael M. and CB, they are both awesome!

Texas Outdoor Oasis transformed our backyard into a resort. The project began in mid January and was completed in Mid April. Sales rep Michael and project manager Charles were great in terms of communication and they were easy to contact during the project. Their showroom made it very easy to pick out the pool finishes and they provided excellent recommendations for the pool tile, color of plaster, pavers etc. Their landscape sub did a fantastic job and their fencing sub did a fantastic job as well. The pergola is fantastic and it blends with the house as if it was part of the original construction. Pricing was reasonable for the entire project. The few glitches which are inevitable on any project, were addressed and taken care of easily. As per the photos attached, the pool, landscaping and fencing look incredible and again, our backyard has been transformed into a resort. We look forward to enjoying the pool and the backyard for many years to come. Our kids and grandkids will as well. We could not be more pleased with the work done by Texas Outdoor Oasis. We highly recommend Texas Outdoor Oasis if you are planning to build a pool.

My wife and I recently retired to Wylie, Texas, and since we had pools at our two previous homes, we knew we definitely wanted one here as well. As experienced pool owners, we were very specific about what we wanted and extremely cautious about avoiding fly-by-night builders.

Our project manager, Charles, exceeded those expectations. He was on top of everything from day one through completion. The project moved smoothly, and any minor details that came up were handled promptly and professionally.

What truly set this experience apart was the communication. Our two previous pool builds did not have the level of daily and weekly updates that Charles provided. If we texted him with a question, concern, or even a change request, he responded quickly and made sure it was taken care of.

From the sales team to the office staff to the contractors on site, the entire process was organized and seamless.
