Constraction reviews in Wylie, Texas

We were extremely happy with our pool and landscape installation. Ira was our designer, and his experience and knowledge of pool construction wqs what made us choose Texas Outdoor Oasis. Charles was our construction project manager, and was great to deal with. I would highly recommend their services.

Worked with Jennifer through sales and design process and she was very professional even through several changes in the scope of the project. Shawn took over at the beginning of the project and he was very thorough and professional as well.
The whole project went well, he was very informative keeping me updated on progress and was an easy process.
Would recommend to anyone looking for outdoor work.

We cannot begin to express how glad we are that we went through Texas Outdoor Oasis for our pool. We had no idea what we wanted to do with our space since it was kinda small. We knew we wanted a tanning ledge and a volleyball pool, but that was it. Troy helped us design the most amazing pool for our space. All of our friends are going nuts for the layout. It is perfect for what we want to do with our pool. We have a tanning ledge, volleyball pool, and we have a corner with a horseshoe bench for a cocktail area, complete with a screw in table. It’s perfect.
We also couldn’t have asked for a better PM. Charles was ONTOP of it! He sent us weekly updates, kept us in the loop as to what is happening next, and kept the project moving. Luckily, we had clear skies 99% of the time. We were able to get all of this done over a month ahead of schedule. They work LIGHTNING fast. We couldn’t believe how many people they had working at one time. Charles, you have no idea how much we appreciate you.

The travertine, the outdoor kitchen, the pool, the landscaping… all of it is better than we could have dreamed. I will only be recommending Texas Outdoor Oasis to anyone who wants a pool. Troy and Charles are your guys.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with this pool company! From the very first consultation to the final touches, the entire process was seamless and exceeded our expectations.

Michael listened carefully to our ideas, understood our vision, and took it to the next level transforming them into a stunning backyard oasis design. Michael was available throughout the entire process and made small change orders stress free.

Shawn, our project manager, was extraordinary. He kept everything running smoothly, communicated clearly, and made sure every step of the build stayed on schedule. Shawn answered all of our questions throughout the build and kept us informed of next steps as the work was performed. His professionalism and dedication gave us total peace of mind throughout the project.

If you’re looking for a team that combines talent, reliability, and genuine care for their clients, call Texas Outdoor Oasis and ask for Michael & Shawn

Our pool designer was Michael. He planned out our pool better than we had envisioned. Shawn was our daily project manager. The weekly updates were spot on. Everyone was personal and easy to get ahold of. The major freeze came right after the pool was complete and they both helped us prep the pool for the storm. We would 100% recommend them to friends!

We had a great experience with Texas Outdoor Oasis and love our new outdoor patio! It really transformed our backyard and we’re enjoying it already.

John and Jen were extremely helpful, friendly, and informative throughout the entire process from design, to construction updates, and coming by in person to check on progress along the way. The crew was always respectful, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves.

Love, love, love, the Texas Outdoor Oasis family. We started with Michael and our design. Told him what we wanted and he didn’t disappoint, right down to the 3D rendering. I needed this to be a turnkey project. When they weren’t able to do something Mikey had a guy and each of those guys were as professional and timely as TOO. Construction went swimmingly! Shawn G. kept things moving and kept me informed of the who, what, when, where. We had a couple of hiccups but they were handled to everyone’s satisfaction without any additional cost or stress. We finished with Bo in the landscaping department. I had some unique ideas for the landscaping. He never blinked! He embraced my vision with excitement and creativity. I now have the backyard of my dreams, low maintenance, peaceful, very and clean. Thanks to everyone at TEXAS OUTDOOR OASIS. (Fence by Richardson Fence-Angel, Trampoline by Jumpy Joeys)

If you are having a pool built, this is the company. Troy Cole was our designer and he met the huge challenge of our very limited space and our utility easement with a beautiful design. I can honestly say that he used every available inch for us! Shawn Garretson was our project manager and this is the first time we have ever seen a major project such as this go exactly as they said it would at every stage. My wife and I were impressed with every crew sent to our home and everything from the pool design to the decomposed granite side yard addition is first rate.

The last thing I would say is that I don't believe it's normal for both your designer and your project manager to be so readily available for any questions or concerns through the entire project. I would request those guys, every time.

If you are looking for an incredible pool build experience, look no further than Texas Outdoor Oasis! We are absolutely blown away by our new backyard paradise. From the initial design to the final walk-through, the entire team was professional, communicative, and brilliant.

The visionary designer, Michael Mueller, truly deserves immense credit. He took our ideas and transformed them into a breathtaking reality, perfectly integrating every feature we requested: a relaxing sun shelf, dynamic water features, a stunning grotto, and a gorgeous, custom-designed waterfall. The final design exceeded our wildest expectations.

Equally impressive was the construction phase, led flawlessly by Shawn Garretson. Shawn managed the build with exceptional detail, kept the project on track, and ensured that every element was executed with precision and high-quality craftsmanship. His commitment to making sure we were happy throughout the process was unmatched.

This is more than just a pool; it’s truly an outdoor oasis, exactly as the company name promises. We highly, highly recommend Texas Outdoor Oasis, Michael Mueller, and Shawn Garretson for anyone wanting an amazing, custom outdoor living space! Thank you for giving us the pool of our dreams.

Charles was our project manager and they worked great with us even as we added and subtracted things as it went. It turned out high quality which is why we chose Texas Outdoor Oasis. Nicer than even I could picture. Patio tied into roof and landscaping , irrigation and sod. Small kitchen, heater, fans, lighting.

We recently completed an outdoor kitchen and patio project with Texas Outdoor Oasis, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the entire experience!!! From start to finish, the process was seamless and exceeded every expectation.

Jennifer did an incredible job with the design! She listened closely to our vision and then elevated it into something far beyond what we could have imagined. Her eye for detail and ability to maximize both function and style turned our backyard into a true oasis.

Charles was an outstanding project manager as well! He kept everything on schedule, communicated with us every step of the way, and made sure even the smallest details were executed perfectly. His professionalism and commitment gave us confidence throughout the build.

The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the end result is absolutely stunning. If you’re considering an outdoor project, I can’t recommend Texas Outdoor Oasis highly enough.

Jennifer and Charles are a great team! Creative, reliable, and truly dedicated to delivering a first-class experience.

We had an awesome experience with this Texas Outdoor Oasis! Michael designed an amazing space, and Charles managed the project and made sure it was smooth and everything was handled at the highest standard. They built our pool, covered patio, and outdoor kitchen, and everything turned out amazing. The communication was great from start to finish — they kept us updated, answered every question, and made the whole process super smooth.

The crew was professional, always cleaned up after themselves, and paid attention to every little detail. You can tell they really care about their work and their customers. We absolutely love how everything turned out and would 100% recommend them to anyone thinking about adding a pool or outdoor space!

My husband and I have waited over 15yrs for a backyard like this. For a long time we didn’t think it would be possible to have one. After spending countless hours at the community pool with our fish for kids we knew we needed to make it happen. We interviewed 4 different companies, one of which we assumed we’d choose as we have friends and family that have used them. To my surprise, not only did Texas Outdoor Oasis beat them in their design, but their customer service shined brightly as I challenged them with my concerns and wishes. Michael (our designer) took all of my safety concerns and found solutions with ease. I felt heard 100% through every step of the process and never once did they ever waiver their desire to make sure our vision came to life. We were paired with Shawn as our Project Manager and let me just tell you he is so fun to work with. He made sure everything met company standards along the way, even redoing the tile work when he felt it wasn’t quite right. Any concern I had, he corrected and ensured it was done correctly. Texas Outdoor Oasis has been such a joy to work with and we could not be happier with the result. In fact, our 7 and 4 year old have already taken it for a spin not even batting an eye at the 50* water temp. 😂 The result is too good to resist. Of all of the companies we met with, they had the best warranties, communication, wider range of skills from structures to landscaping. But their customer service was by far my favorite part. They feel like a part of the family now and were actually sad we won’t be seeing them around anymore. We love you guys! Thank you for everything!

Texas Outdoor Oasis just finished my gorgeous pool and I couldn’t be happier. We had an overhead power line that limited our options, but Michael came up with the perfect design. I absolutely love the clean, modern pool and deck he created.

We did hit a snag midway through the project, but the team handled it quickly by switching project managers and doing everything they could to make things right. Charles was amazing at bringing it across the finish line. Highly recommend!

We recently had our pool built by Texas Outdoor Oasis, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. We worked with Michael Mueller, who helped us design the perfect pool for our home. He was knowledgeable, patient, and really understood our vision.

Our project manager, Allan, was equally fantastic. He kept us informed every step of the way, making sure we always knew what was happening and what to expect next. His communication and organization made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

They also connected us with a landscaping contractor, Bo, who designed beautiful landscaping that fit perfectly within our budget. His creativity and attention to detail truly completed the look of our new outdoor space.

To top it off, they even set us up with Aaron, a very knowledgeable technician who taught us everything we needed to know about how our new pool works. He made the learning process simple and confidence-boosting.

The team as a whole was quick, efficient, and incredibly informative throughout the project. Our pool turned out beautifully, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t be happier with the experience and final product from Texas Outdoor Oasis. Jen did a great job with the design and was always available to talk and tweak things until we were 100% satisfied. Shawn was our construction manager and was incredibly knowledgeable and put forth a ton of effort overseeing the project to make sure we understood what was going on and were happy with the results. Most builders finish and you don’t hear from them again but, Shawn made sure they met expectations and we were happy with the final product. Definitely recommend them considering the quality of the build, the process and the ppl involved.

Andy helped me out when a recent storm caused damage to my garage. He was great to work with, followed through on everything and kept me updated on all aspects of the repairs. Highly recommended!!

Very friendly and professional. Another contractor said I needed a new roof. Called ARS for a second opinion who showed me my roof is still in good shape but my water intrusion was from bad seals around my attic vents. They quoted me thousands less than the previous contractor did. I will refer family and friends to them in the future.

Having Ryan work on my house has been a game-changer. His dedication to excellence and meticulous attention to detail are evident in every aspect of the project. I highly recommend Ryan for his outstanding construction expertise for any job! It's been a pleasure having him transform my space! 10/10

Ryan and the ARS team did an awesome job on my rental property in Richardson. We needed a complete exterior renovation and I could not be more happy with the results. I would recommend Ryan and ARS to everyone. Thank you!

Ron and his team were absolutely amazing. I had an issue with a roof that was struck by lightning and it took 1 phone call to have someone out in a matter of minutes to take care of me. Could not have asked for a better experience. Not only will I be using them for any future help, this is a relationship that I will be recommending to others.
