Constraction reviews in Wylie, Texas

Our story:
We initially contacted TC at JPR when our roof started showing significant damage from storms. We were referred by a very trusted friend.

From the very beginning, TC was our man. The insurance company was less than helpful and refused the claim... even though it was obviously a good claim. TC used his expertise snd tenacity to get the insurance company to take the matter to appraisal.

He never once quit and for that I am very grateful.

And now I have the nicest roof in the neighborhood.

Thank you JPR and thank you TC.

Im writting this review in behalf of my mother. Now a days its so hard to find a good roofing company. I must say that JPR not only helped us get our roof repaired but also our gutters after getting denied 3 times by Allstate.

• Juan guided my mother through the entire insurance process & executed the project with a phenomenal team. They were organized, clean, & efficient.

I would recommend JPR for your roofing needs.. and if you have been denied give Juan a call and let him fight for you like how he did for us.

JPR Construction helped us to get a new roof and gutters approved by our insurance company, which we really appreciated. They put up a superior product giving our home optimal curb appeal. They were professional and very responsive and very easy to work with. We highly recommend them to our family and friends and even a stranger! Thanks to the JPR team and Rodriguez family!

This company, JPR construction , did a great job. Would recommend them to any one that's looking for a new roof installation.
Juan help me to get a new roof from Farmers Ins. Juan was able to get a upgraded roof for just my deductible! By the way workmen ship was excellent and Clean up was impeccable!

JPR Construction did an outstanding performance both with negotiating repairs with the insurance company and the work the provided. They got us more than expected with our insurance company as they took the time to look at everything even when the insurance agent did not. They work was completed before the insurance check arrived and they did a job that was above my expectations. I would recommend them to friends, family and everyone. Rating on a 1-10 would be an 11.

Had an experience with many contractors and JPR is one of the best, really, you will not see like them too much nowadays. An insurance declined a claim and JPR handled an appraisal process in relatively short period and got funds. JPR Installed a new roof with an additional improvements a month before insurance money arrived, as well gutters and fence stain. I worked with Juan and very satisfied with a service he provided and escorted me trough the process.

Juan and Brian are true professionals when if comes to getting your roof replaced. They were timely and paid very close attention to detail. Communication with my insurance was on point. Juan and Brian make a special effort to make sure their client gets paid the most they deserve. This company checked all the box's in terms of quality, value and responsiveness. Thank you Juan and Brian and the whole team at JPR Construction.

JPR Construction got our roof bought on re inspection after initially being denied by our insurance provider. TC was great to work with always made himself available to answer all our questions. They are a very transparent company that we felt comfortable dealing with from the beginning. We were the last to get our claim approved on our street but one of the first to have our roof replacement completed. We can’t recommend them highly enough!

JPR Construction was so excellent to work with to get our new roof and fence fixed. Not only did they do all the work with the insurance company BUT Juanito and his team were very prompt everyday! He was also very communicative in regards to the project. Tim was easy going and great to work with! Would definitely recommend this company if you want a new roof done well and efficiently!

JPR Construction replaced our roof in 1 day, cleanup was exceptional. They worked with Insurance Co. from start to finish.
We chose to use them after seeing the quality of work they did on the neighbors house. We will be contacting them for any other work we need completed.

We contacted few roofers to locate roof leak and fix it at our home, There was a water stain in the foyer. Juan showed up quickly and diagnose problem with drone camera. He fixed the problem in an hour without big estimate. We are elderly couple with tight budget. Other roofers estimates were in $300 to $2000 range. One roofer gave estimate to replace entire roof, $5000 to $7000.
Juan assured us our roof was okay and that there is no need to replace whole roof. The shingles are still good.
We bless this honest young guy for his integrity and professionalism..
I want my friends and neighbors to know that JPR Construction is honest to God reliable. I am going to use them for my future roof needs.
God bless you, Juan.

My wife & I were very impressed and greatly pleased with an outstanding result. The workman were punctual, curtsies, & efficient. Juan & Tim were specially helpful & attentive for the work being done. I would never hesitate to recommend JPR Construction to anyone for a complete roof replacement. The new appearance of our home is second to none. Thank you JPR Construction for a job well done.

I can't recommend this company enough. We had a minor roof leak and called a few companies, they all wanted to redo the entire roof. My stepdad referred me to this company, they came out the same day I called (it was raining!) and sealed the problem area. Very professional and definitely would call them back for any other work. Highly recommend.

Juan was a great representative of the company. Was up-front, honest, and patient. He made sure his crews did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. Made the insurance process a breeze. I would highly recommend JPR Construction to anyone who has roofing needs.

JPR Construction did a great job fixing my roof, which had been damaged by wind storms. They answered every question and took care of every issue that came up. I was really impressed with Jaun's professionalism and customer service. I already told one of my neighbors about them.

JPR Construction Inc. is an amazing company and it’s locally owned and operated. They have an excellent team. They were excellent from everyone with whom I have dealt for these few weeks, during my experience with Juan Sr. and Juan Jr. have been awesome. Juan Jr. went above and beyond helping us with our insurance company and fighting our cause that we had hail and wind damage. His team did a great job on our new roof which looks unbelievable. For the quality of work done, I would rate all 5 stars. My name is Albaro, I strongly recommend JPR Construction Inc. It’s the best Compton North Texas.

We had an amazing experience with JPR Construction Inc. The process was swift & easy from start to finish.

The finish product was beyond what I expected. The clean up after the roof replacement was spotless as if nothing had happened.

Juan was present throughout the entire insurance process & made sure my insurance company would not just patch my roof up. The roof was upgraded to a architectural 30 year shingle that made my home look incredible.

It was evident that the roofing team at JPR Construction Inc had a high level of expertise. We would highly recommend Juan & his company a 100 times over.

A solid 5-star rating for their professionalism and exceptional workmanship!

Juan and his team were fantastic to work with. They helped us through a tough time after some major hail storms and made the whole repair process easy and stress-free. Super responsive, knowledgeable, and the work was done right the first time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone reliable and easy to work with!

JPR Construction has been a great partner in helping me navigate my insurance appeal when my insurance denied my claim. They completed the work on my roof on time and their staff were very professional and cleaned up throughout the day to keep my home’s appearance clean and safe. Juan, the VP, was very communicative from the start of the process and was present while insurance inspectors were there and was very patient and professional when he was treated unprofessionally by the inspector. My insurance ended up approving my claim. I highly recommend JPR Construction for your roofing and construction needs.

This was the most professional Company you could ever work with. I had a problem with my patio roof, and I called, spoke with a friendly staff member, who took all my information and said someone would be getting back to me shortly, I received a call back within a half hour and someone was at my house shortly after that. My roof was repaired the very next day. The workers are friendly and professional and cleaned EVERYTHING up before they left the job. I highly recommend this Company and will definitely be reaching out for additional services needed. Go JPR!!!
