Getting a new roof is always stressful but Juan and his crew made it so much easier. I was able to trust that they were doing the job professionally and with my best interest in heart. This sometimes meant it made their job harder and they went above and beyond to fix issues I had that were beyond the scope of what was required including replacing some rotting siding! By the time Juan and his crew left I felt like I had a new friend and will definitely be using him and JPR Construction again when recommended and will refer everyone I know to his company.

Just used JPR CONSTRUCTION INC for our roof replacement. They did a fantastic job, a seemless process that was finished to an extremely high standard. Everything was as promised, we couldn't be happier with the roof and gutters we have.
The jobsite was meticulously cleaned up, we would highly recommend using them.

We had our roof replaced and our fence restained after hail damage. JPR Construction was very timely on communication and with getting us an estimate. They were very fair and honest with us. We were very pleased with how our roof and fence turned out. They both looked good and were so much better than before.
They even repaired two small problems that our city inspector found in a very timely manner.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a roof or any kind of general construction.

JPR did an excellent job replacing our old roof and gutters. They used high quality materials in spite of our insurance company that wasn’t cooperating with the project. Now we have a brand new black roof and black gutters that have significantly improved our house curb appeal. My wife and I are greatly satisfied with their job!

Very kind and honest company! After a hail storm hit our area, JPR Construction was physically in the neighborhood assessing roofs for free. They did not pressure us at all to get a new roof. They were honest about the few areas of damage, and advised it may not be worth it to file an insurance claim. Working in insurance and seeing contractors often try to make a sale that is not in the customers best interest, it is refreshing that JPR Construction truly wanted to educate a potential customer and cared about the long term business versus short term. I am now asking them for other quotes to give them my business, even though I don’t need a roof replacement yet. When I do, JPR will be the first people I call!!

TL/DR: This is a team of consummate professionals who know their field and understand precisely how to execute a project. In a sea of service/building industry mediocrity, these guys stand above all the rest. I have 100% confidence in their abilities. They did not disappoint with the execution of a beautiful pool, patio cover and kitchen project. And almost as important as the execution, I can also recommend them without hesitation for their ability to follow up and follow through. If you need a comprehensive pool/patio project executed without headache - this is your company.

My husband and I have had a LOT of experience with GC’s and subs over the years. I have grown accustomed to the disappointments with subs not showing up or doing shoddy work that has to be redone (sometimes 2 and 3 times!). I did not have this experience with Texas Outdoor Oasis. I think that speaks volumes to the relationships they have built with their subs over their years in business as well as the people who are on their payroll. Both their direct employees and all of the subs we encountered were courteous and made sure the site was cleaned up at the end of each day.

Shawn was the PM for our project. He was patient with explaining things when I had questions and did a great job with properly setting expectations. On dig day we had a small sticking point on about a $750 piece of the project and I was worried for a split second I was going to have issues. It was handled with grace, and from that point forward Shawn proved to be reliable to a fault and always willing to do whatever it was going to take to make us happy. Honestly, I feel he went above and beyond multiple times which is quite unusual these days. I am super happy with how he handled the entire project.

Bo was our landscape design person and he was quick but thorough with recommendations for a couple of changes to what I originally had in mind. We love how that piece of the puzzle came out as well.

Adrian is our contact going forward for warranty work and any additional random questions we might have. He was our pool school guy and pool startup person as well. He came out every weekday for two weeks to brush the plaster and adjust chemicals to make sure we had a stellar startup.

This is probably not our retirement house, and if we do end up building that house and want a pool, you can bet we will be contact Texas Outdoor Oasis to complete that project as well. They get an A+ from us.

Texas Outdoor Oasis built a pool, patio cover, and landscape project for our family over the past several months. We were very pleased with the professionalism, service, communication, and quality of work. Our designer, Michael Mueller, fully understood our requirements and designed a wonderful space that works for our family. He was happy to make changes and edits throughout the design process and talked us through material selections in a thorough manner. It was so helpful to meet Michael at the company's design center and office here in Wylie where we were able to look at many material samples in-person. Additionally, we walked through the design on the big screen in their office and he patiently made small changes and edits to arrive at our final design. Our Project Manager, Shawn Garretson, made the build-process run smoothly and efficiently. He effectively communicated when crews and sub-contractors would be expected at the house and was always readily available for any questions and concerns we had about the build process. We received a weekly email from him detailing the work that was completed for the week and the expected schedule for the week ahead. We worked with Bo Spears on our landscape design and implementation. I expressed my hopes for a colorful landscape that could also withstand the Texas heat. He helped me select the right trees, shrubs, and flowers to really complete our project in a beautiful way, including a truly creative way to incorporate garden boxes into our yard. We are grateful to Texas Outdoor Oasis for a job well done.

Thanksgiving 2024 brought us a backyard transformation we are extremely thankful for, thanks to Texas Outdoor Oasis! What started as a small and limited space in our backyard has been completely reimagined into an amazing outdoor retreat we now enjoy every day.

From the initial design by Michael Mueller to the detailed oversight by project managers Charles Bragg and Shawn Garretson. Michael’s vision brought our ideas to life with thoughtful details that maximized the space, while Charles and Shawn ensured every step of the project was executed with excellent quality, clear communication, and professionalism.

The project began in the last week of June and was completed by the first week of November, right on schedule. The quality of craftsmanship is outstanding, and the attention to detail is evident in every feature of the pool and backyard. The transformation truly exceeded our expectations!

We had Texas Outdoor extend our covered patio, build a pool, and landscape our backyard. Michael created a great 3D rendering so we could easily envision the final project. I loved the detailed estimate being an accountant I love the details.

Texas Outdoor Oasis completed our Patio and Pool at the end of November but the holidays came up and here i am and I want to thank Michael and Shawn so very much and all of the contractors who put this together. It turned out amazing. When they said I could call anytime and check on anything, I literally did just that and they had the answers for everything. Texas Outdoor Oasis recently replaced my pool tiles and plaster finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their pool refinished. I dealt with Tony the sales and warranty manager, as well as Allen the project manager. Both are very experienced and highly knowledgeable. They are both also very responsive pleasant to deal with. Every phase of the project was professionally orchestrated and executed to perfection. I ended up choosing Texas Outdoor Oasis for my project over four other highly regarded pool refinishing companies, even though they did not provide the lowest quote. I did so because of the detail spelled out in their proposal and the overwhelming positive reviews. I did my homework and made the correct choice. Tony was extremely helpful, candid and informative while helping me through the purchase process and Allen, the project manager, not only kept me well informed on scheduling, but also handled any questions or concerns in a very timely manner. In closing, I will tell you that I do not believe in giving recommendations unless they are totally warranted. Our project was a large one with a custom pool, covered patio, and landscaping. We got quotes from three very highly rated companies but felt Texas Outdoor Oasis would do the most thorough job with the best communication along the way. We were right. Josh and Shawn with Texas Outdoor Oasis made our experience a 5-star one! Every week we got emails and texts explaining the next steps in the project that we could expect as well as what was recently completed. We didn’t want a project that would be completed in a hurried manner with negative consequences down the road. Texas Outdoor Oasis made sure everything was done to the best standards, and we saw our project manager, Shawn, every week. I have no complaints at all, and we would 100% recommend this company for any project, big or small!

When we decided to build a pool, pergola, and backyard landscaping, we looked at several options in the D/FW area. We were impressed with Texas Outdoor Oasis reviews and decided to give them a shot.

The design process was very easy. They came out and surveyed the yard and were quick to give us an initial design. They were very responsive to changes and design questions. The showroom was really nice and presented lots of choices. They worked to keep the design within our budget.

During construction, they were very good at communicating when workers would be there and what was expected. Digging started in September and they were done in December. They kept the construction area clean, and kept any disruption to a minimum.

The landscape designer was very responsive to our ideas and they did an excellent job of landscaping the yard. They also repaired any damage to the existing turf.

Overall the experience was very good. We would recommend them to anyone wanting to build their dream backyard.
