Constraction reviews in Wylie, Texas

Martinez Concrete replaced my driveways concrete and front sidewalk, to the easement of the Citys sidewalk. They complete both projects in a timely manner, in just a few days. I was completly satisfied with the work that was completed. I would highly recommend them for any concrete projects that you would need.

I got several bid for driveway replacement. Martinez Concrete was not low, but it was also not the highest. I waited quite a while before going ahead with the work. They honored the original bid, with a surcharge added because concrete cost them more now. We got in their queue, which was a few weeks long. Once the work started, it was done quickly and well. We added a few finishing touches that gave the finished work look like a "piece of art," according to our neighbor. Gustavo ran the job and was clearly the boss, but I could tell that his workers were happy with their jobs and with their relationship to their boss. Probably didn't hurt that he jumped in and got his hands dirty, too. I'm very pleased with the work and with the company. Communication was excellent, as well.

Had a patio and walkway done. Crew arrived on time and were very professional from start to finish. Stamped concrete looks great.
It was more involved than I imagined, with colors, expansion joints and slope. I would do it again.

We have this concrete business complete two projects for us,a patio and replaced our front entry walkway. They are very organized, staffed properly and will work with you. Quality work and responsive to your needs. We will use them again on any future projects.

They did a sidewalk, engineered patio slab, and driveway for us. The estimate process was professional with dimensioned photos and itemized costs. Preparation for the project was organized with utility locates made, permits pulled ahead of the work. Construction was tidy and sequenced efficiently. The finished product showcases excellent craftsmanship. I highly recommend them.

Martinez Concrete approaches their business in a very professional and efficient manner. This job was for a 2200 sq. ft. expansion of a driveway and patio. Gustavo made certain that there was a thorough verification of requirements, made thoughtful recommendations on best approaches to achieve desired results and executed a comprehensive oversight of the job from quote to close out. Work was performed on time, at the quoted price with excellent quality. Each day there was a thorough site clean up. I would definitely use their services again.

We appreciate Gustavo and his crew for their hard work! They exceeded our expectations and were professional throughout the entire process. I would absolutely use them again for future projects and highly recommend them.

From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, our experience with Martinez Concrete was exceptional. They were incredibly communicative and transparent throughout the entire process. They patiently answered all of our questions, provided a detailed and accurate estimate, and kept us updated on every step of the project. The crew was always punctual, courteous, and respectful of our property. They did exactly what they promised, on schedule, and the finished patio looks incredible. It's rare to find a contractor who is so honest, straightforward, and dedicated to customer satisfaction. We are absolutely thrilled with the results and will definitely use Martinez Concrete again for any future concrete needs."

What an amazing and professional experience with Martinez Concrete! From the very beginning until then end of the project there was transparent communication via email, on the phone, and in person. Juan worked patiently with us on two different quotes as we decided to decrease the size of the patio from the original plan. Martinez concrete did a great job of removing the existing degraded patio that a previous contractor had poured and installed a new one that exceeded our expectations. Andy led the crew during demolition of the old patio and the pour of the new one. The owner personally came out twice to introduce himself and make sure that we were happy with the finished product. We will definitely recommend Martinez concrete to anyone who is looking to get a project done!

Martinez Concrete did a fantastic job replacing my driveway! Their attention to detail throughout the project was outstanding. I am so happy with my new driveway! I highly recommend Juan, Gustavo and their entire crew to anyone needing concrete work on their property. Great guys!! Great work!!

Professionalism, Expertise, Conscientiousness. During the bid process, Gustavo listened to our goals, measured everything exactly, and described his solution in great detail. His bid contained everything he said in detail. His team then delivered exactly what was committed with great care for our property. When we thought everything was completed, it wasn't. The team came back and applied detailed finishing touches and did a thorough clean-up. I would not hesitate to use Martinez again. I was in the hands of an expert and an honest company!

Setup an appointment and they call minutes before and the guy clearly didn’t want to come to my house. Talks to me and states I want to make this clear so you understand the prices before we charge 4,500 to do anything in the backyard regardless of the project. Clearly he didn’t want to come after 5 and I was rushing home to make the appointment having left my job early to make the appointment. If the guy doesn’t want to do his job have the courtesy of not setting up the appointment or cancelling it hours ahead so perspective customers aren’t put out. I will never do business with this company ever if this is how they conduct business. Clearly this guy wanted to get rid of me because he told me some other unsettling things to make sure I would cancel. Clearly he doesn’t work on commission and the company isn’t worth my time.

I am beyond happy with the patio that Gustavo and his crew did for me. I replaced a wood deck patio with stamped concrete. Gustavo was very professional and helpful the entire process and absolutely no issues or complaints. I absolutely love how it turned out!! I would highly recommend them!

My experience with Martinez Concrete in installing and widening a new driveway was excellent. Communication from beginning to end with Gustavo was great. The price was fair. The job almost all completed in three days with minimal work on day four then a few days needed for concrete to completely dry. Very satisfied with the quality of work and end result.

Fencetastic Stain recently cleaned and re-stained my decks and they did a fantastic job! Abraham is knowledgeable and professional, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend using them if you need deck or fence stain work done.

I hired thus company from seeing a picture of before and after deck they did in my neighborhood. So I reached out and got a quote. I have been getting other prices and recommendations but I couldn't pass out the offer. Their job is the most affordable price for the high quality materials used.

I recently had my fences stained by Fencetastic, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the beginning, he was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. He showed up on time, explained the process clearly, and made sure everything was done exactly the way I wanted. The quality of his work really stands out—the fence looks amazing and completely refreshed. On top of that, his pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. It’s rare to find someone who combines great craftsmanship with fair pricing and good customer service. I highly recommend Fencetastic to anyone looking to improve their fence!

Great price!

The best price and quality you can find around Wylie. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this place. Good communication, explained all the process and gave me a great price for this professional service!

I had his service for my fence after the hail storm. My fences were in pretty bad shape, with a lot of hail damage. He did an amazing job, first washing all of the fences on the first day, then staining them the next day. The result is beautiful, and I’m very happy with the work he did. I would definitely recommend his business to anyone. Here are some before and after pictures that show the difference and you’ll be just as satisfied as I am!
