Constraction reviews in Wylie, Texas

Pirate Roofing handled our roof after a particularly tough hail season. From start to finish, Jon with Pirate Roofing was professional and incredibly easy to work with. This was not our first roof replacement and Jon made this experience much easier and more streamlined. His crews kept a clean job site, cleaned up well, and completed in a day what takes most crews 2. Overall excellent experience, cannot recommend enough.

I contacted Pirate Roofing to repair my exterior window frame due to wind and water damage. The whole process was painless, I called, they came out the next day to check out the damage, and they came out the following day to make the repair. The price came in under budget, so the whole experience was quick and easy. They did a great job!!

The Pirate Roofing team was a pleasure to deal with through our recent roof replacement after a hail storm. Jon and his team provided prompt, professional and courteous service to my wife and I during the process. I would highly recommend Pirate for your roofing and gutter needs. Professional all the way.

Jonathan Szilva of Pirate Roofing—what a great guy—came out on short notice, looked at my roofline soffit, and made a quick fix with a very professional customer service R/R solution. Same-day application, and I'm already singing his praises, and I didn't even have to get up on the roof. This is the second time I have used Jonathan, and he is and continues to be my go-to guy. Highly recommended for many types of repairs and installations, you won't be disappointed with any. R. Sullivan

Needed a section of soffit boards repaired/replaced. Jon was quick to respond. Came out reviewed and provided an estimate. Maybe a little high, I don't know for sure, but worth it to me. Note: I did try to get other estimates from other local companies...and none responded. Bottom line they came out pulled out the old replaced with the new and looks fantastic as if nothing was wrong (initial same day take on the repair). Hoping it stays the same over time.

I had some loose fascia on the roofline due to wind, and called Pirate roofing--who had done previous excellent work for me. They sent someone out right away to repair the fascia so the wind couldn't do more damage. They always do excellent work at a reasonable price and I count on them.

Martinez Concrete did a wonderful job on widening our driveway! They were able to get us on their schedule sooner than expected and get it done quickly. Gustavo was very professional and nice. Highly recommend them.

Extremely pleased with there work, Gustavo was attentive, on time, and kept us informed during the entire process. He made frequent trips to our property in the bid process and was always happy to answer any questions we had and walk us through the project. We needed to replace a large section of our drive aisle at our commercial facility and they went above and beyond in there work. I would not hesitate to use them again for any future projects.

Martinez Concrete replaced my driveway and sidewalk due to major cracks/buckling. The communication from Gustavo was exceptional! From the quote to the end of the project, he kept me informed of the progress, provided an accurate timeline and explained the process so I understood. I interviewed 3 contractors before deciding on Martinez Concrete and I feel I made the right decision! At one point I checked with my cousin who used to be the city engineer in our area for some advice and everything he explained was exactly the process Gustavo was following, so I knew I had a contractor who knew his business! I highly recommend Martinez Concrete!

Martinez Concrete did a wonderful job redoing my front porch and driveway and resurfacing my pool deck. All appointments were kept on time and the work was of high quality and done when promised and as promised. I also thoroughly enjoyed working with Gustavo. I recommend Martinez Concrete and would definitely use them again if ever the situation arises.

We chose Martinez Concrete based on reviews and man oh man......are we glad we did. Everyone was top notch and the work was outstanding.
We had a complex residential project consisting of three parts: replacing a large area of rotting deck boards around the barn with a slab, installing a new concrete culvert over a drainage ditch and replacing a patio slab and then stamping and staining the new one.
Juan came out to make an assessment and take measurements for the bid. He was extremely knowledgeable and asked questions that made us open our eyes and consider some other options we had not thought of.
Gustasvo, the owner and our project manager, was very attentive and his communication was fantastic. Both the bid and the invoices were very detailed and literally had no room for improvements.
Moses, who was the lead on the crew we were assigned, was amazing. You could tell he knew exactly what to do and more than that....he wanted to make sure we were happy with the final result.
And the final results were beyond expectations. We could not be happier. At the end of each day they cleaned up the entire area. They hit a few small obstacles along the way but found quick and painless solutions to each one.
We would recommend Martinez Concrete without hesitation. And we will definitely use them for any more concrete work at our house. 5+++++ Stars !!!!!

Very happy with Gustavo and his crew. They showed up early each day and worked efficiently. They cleaned up thoroughly after they were done and made sure to fix a couple small areas where sprinkler lines were impacted by the demo. High quality work and professionalism with competitive pricing. We will definitely have them back for pool decking work next year. Before/after photos posted here.

We could not be happier with the quality of work, professionalism and friendly workers we received from Martinez Concrete! We had our fence repaired, power washed and stained after a hail storm! It looks awesome! We highly recommend them!!!

Had our deck and small concrete patio replaced with a large brushed patio. The professionalism, availability to answer many questions, and execution of the job was top notch. I would/will recommend this company to anybody. Fairly priced, also. Thank you to everyone who was involved. Very happy and impressed.

Martinez Concrete replaced my driveway. The project plan was clear - they documented what they would do and did what they said. Their lead-time was long, as they are in high demand, but communication during the lead-time period was effective (email worked best for me). Work was performed very efficiently and professionally. The work crew was pleasant and very careful with the landscaping near the project. I'm very pleased with the result.

I have used Martinez twice for Sidewalk and driveway replacement. Both were great experiences, everything was detailed and the finished product was excellent. I will use them again when I need any work and highly recommend Martinez Concrete.

Very professional , no complication with them to get done or paint project.

Martinez Concrete is highly recommended for any of your concrete needs!! Totally professional and organized from project start to finish and post job clean-up for my new concrete patio. And the work is outstanding and the pricing was very competitive. They are my go to guys for all concrete work!!

Gustavo was very easy to work with, and they did a nice job on our back patio and walkway. We are happy with the results.

This was the second project I had done by Martinez Concrete. First was replacement of my front walk. This project was for the stamped concrete pool deck. Excellent work. They show up on time, do what they say they are going to do, and follow up after the project to make sure everything is satisfactory. The owner remains involved throughout the process.

Texture Color Sealer finish samples were fabricated on site for my approval to avoid any misunderstandings confusions mistakes. I contacted several other concrete companies but after hearing their stories, wouldn't let any of them near my house. From my first call to Martinez, their methods, proposals, procedures, my neighbors and I were impressed with their total professionalism and we felt confidence in their system and abilities. If it comes to pass I need concrete in the future, Martinez will be my first call. I am an actual Collin County North Dallas client of Martinez Concrete.
