Constraction reviews in Wylie, Texas

Wonderful experience all around. We had all of our gutters replaced and they replaced all of our damaged fascia and soffits before painting. Jeff was responsive from the start and a great communicator. The quality of the workmanship was fantastic and his crews were very friendly.

I've had multiple neighbors walk by and compliment the work. I will definitely be reaching back out to Jeff and team when it's time to re-paint my kitchen cabinets.

If you need painting or gutter work done, look no further. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Jeff and his team at Texas Painting & Gutters did a fantastic job painting the exterior of our home. From the initial quote to the final brushstroke, we couldn’t be happier with the results. Jeff took the time to explain how the original builder's poor board construction had led to issues and provided expert recommendations on how to fix them. His advice on using Hardie board to replace rotting wood was invaluable, ensuring a more durable and long-lasting solution. The attention to detail and the quality of their workmanship made this a worthwhile investment. Highly recommend Jeff and his team—thank you!

Professional, responsive, knowledgeable and no runaround pricing. We used Texas Painting and Gutters to paint exterior, replace siding and new gutters. They cut no corners, prepped well, used top of the line products (Sherwin Williams Duration) and were timely. House looks great, can’t believe how much the gutters enhanced the look. Couldn’t be happier, and would highly recommend them.

The painting service provided by Texas Paint and Gutters was exceptional. They painted the gutters, fascia, and trim of our house, and it looks so much better. Although the weather caused some delays, their communication about the revised schedule was constant and clear. The painting was crisp and clean, with great attention to detail with any necessary wood repairs. Affordable, professional, and reliable! We will definitely use their services again!

Jeff and his crew did a fantastic job painting the outside of my home. He had great communication setting up times for the quote and worked around my schedule when it came time to complete the project. He showed up exactly when he said he would and never left me waiting for hours. No pressure quote for the work and carefully explained everything that they would do to complete the job. The whole process went faster than I ever thought possible. They protected all of the areas that weren’t being painted and cleaned everything up leaving us with a beautiful new paint job on our home. I’ll definitely use this company again in the future when it’s time to do the interior.

I would highly recommend Jeff and his team. They painted the interior and exterior of our house and added gutters. All of the jobs were done in a timely manner and exceeded our expectation. I also appreciated his patience and guidance as we worked through picking colors, which can be intimidating.

I picked Texas Paint and Gutters out of the Best Pick Reports for 2025. I called and spoke with Jeff Hahs and had him come out to give me an estimate on painting the exterior of our house. He's a very friendly guy and easy to talk to. I didn't ever feel pressured and they did a great job. His crew was really efficent and easy to talk to also. They painted my house in 2 days! I was impressed with that and the whole process from beginning to the end was perfect.

Jeff and his team delivered a top tier installation. The new gutter system works perfect, no more water running across our covered patio.

We had these guys come out 2 years ago and paint the outside of my house. Looks great.
Then with the resent hail storm damaged the paint and gutters. They came out and fixed all the paint. The next day the gutters taken down and most of the new ones put on. During this process they scratched some of the house paint. The next day they completed the new gutters and fixed all the scratched paint.
Great company will use again in future.

We had our gutters replaced with larger gutters and leaf guards. They also replaced and painted the exterior trim, rebuilt the chimney and painted the garage door. Very professional and great communication with Jeff. Highly recommend!

We made an incredibly smart decision and we are now celebrating!
Texas Painting and Gutters, where do I start?
We contacted several large painting companies in the DFW area, Jeff was the first to contact us and schedule an appointment for an estimate. While other companies sent their estimators over while we were not home , Jeff walked the property with us so he understood what we were thinking. Please know we understand painting is not an easy job and while I appreciate the talent of other companies our estimates were done with no interaction and the final estimates came back with little understanding of where the areas of repair actually were, some were difficult to decipher. We asked Jeff back to ensure we were on the same page, he agreed with no hesitation even before we made the final decision on which of the companies we would contract with.
Our home is 28 years old, it is stucco and was absorbing the original color, the fascia board in areas was beginning to rot and the neighborhood squirrels were using various around the roofline as a smorgasbord, all these items were included in our estimate! We were knew a complete paint job on the exterior was necessary, as well as various repairs but were hesitant for a few years as it seemed somewhat overwhelming , if we didn’t find the right company we were in for a costly mistake! I’d also like to mention we are a retired couple so money and mistakes are two words best avoided! When all the estimates all came back in the same ball park we knew it then came down to who we were most comfortable with, who we could contact if concerns arose, etc. We felt a smaller company with direct contact to the owner , who made himself readily accessible before the job even began was the way to go. I knew that based on my conversations with Jeff, his background in the industry and his ownership in Texas Painting and Gutters that he would back his work 1000 %, his dedication to each job extends to his crew, they were fantastic and were on top of things from the beginning to end. The attention to detail from covering each window ( we have wood windows so each pane of glass was individually taped off) to repairing areas we couldn’t see due to the high rooflines, was done by this crew, they were so courteous, so professional arriving promptly each day and working hard through out. I can not say enough about how appreciative we are of the work they did.
Our home sparkles now, it stands out and I have had texts from neighbors telling us so and asking for Jeff’s number. I am attaching a photo which I wouldn’t ordinarily do for privacy sake, but am doing so if it helps convince anyone out there who needs an incredibly kind , honorable and fantastic company to take care of your home! Texas Painting and Gutters!!!!!!

They did my gutters 3 or 4 years ago and this month they repainted our kitchen breakfast room and dining room. They did quality work at a fair price. I will be using them again.

Jeff and his team did excellent work and transformed our home with their hard work; par excellence carpentry work, chalking, power washing and painting. Jeff gave us a detailed fair bid. This company is well, let me repeat WELL worth every penny paid. They showed up on time, worked all day, had great attitudes and did so much prep before the paint went on. Highly recommend and will use again.

Jeff and his crew did an excellent job on our house at a very competitive price, we couldn’t be happier with the results! Communication is of utmost importance when doing any project and I can say this is a major strong suit of the company. The guys replaced a sizable amount of our rotted soffits, painted and then installed a new gutter system which will last for many years to come! Don’t think twice if you need help with your soffits and/or gutters!

We contacted Jeff after working with multiple people to get the garage door lining replaced and painted. He yook the time to review the area we talked about ways what he would do that could fix the issues we saw for the future. We discussed how he would protect our brick from paint and how they would treat everything from cleaning, fixing and painting. It was all impressive and you could tell him and his team care. He reviewed our full house and honestly could have said everything needed to be redone, but instead was honest about what was needed. (Which was a nice change from other estimates) 3 days our house was cleaned papered and painted and as both my husband and i work from home the quick and efficient manner everything was taken care of was greatly appreciated. Our home looks fresh again making the 20+ year old a new life. (Looking like the way it did when it was bought new but better) there is a wait to get your project scheduled but it is well worth it!

Thank you for the fantastic work!

Jeff and his crew did a fantastic job at a very fair price. The crew repaired about 80 linear feet of rotted siding with hardy plank, then spray cleaned, caulked, and painted the entire exterior of our home. 2.5 days. Crew was on time, prepped and cleaned well, and the finished product makes our 50 year old home feel brand new, well, almost. Highly recommend Texas Painting and Gutters.

Jeff and his crew are amazing!! They gave the outside of our house a beautiful “facelift” and completed everything in just a few days. Jeff is very honest and super easy to work with. We will definitely be a repeat customer!

We simply could not be happier. Five stars are not nearly enough for Jeff and his team at Texas Painting and Gutters. Jeff was wonderful to work with from the initial estimate all the way to the final walk around to inspect the work. His team was very detailed and carefully cleaned the exterior of our home, caulked every single spot of the exterior along with the windows. What I liked is how his team worked fast and efficient but did not rush to get to the next job. They took their time to do great work and you can tell his team takes great pride in their work. We got our entire exterior painted along with gutters and they had everything done in about 2 1/2 days. Jeff is very honest and detailed oriented. During our final inspection he didn’t like the way one piece of a seal looked on our garage door and without me having to say a word he had his guys out early the next morning to make it look perfect. I house has never looked this good since we bought the house. I will be referring everyone I can to support Jeff because of the quality and great service. They also charged a fair price 😄

I had a great experience with Texas Paint and Gutters. Jeff was extremely patient and took the time to answer all of my questions about both my home painting and gutter project. His crew was very careful and made sure everything in my home was properly covered and protected. Their pricing was very competitive, which I really appreciated. I will definitely continue to use Texas Paint and Gutters in the future. Thank you, Jeff, and the entire team!

Great company! Honest and efficient! I have used them for years for myself and many of my real estate clients!

Great to work with Jon and crew at Pirate Roofing.
