Constraction reviews in Wylie, Texas

The staff at Pirate Roofing are fast and reliable. Highly recommend!

I recently sold a home and had Pirate Roofing repair and install a new roof. They were abundantly friendly and responsive,a and my contact Josh was especially helpful with making sure the repair could be done within the short time-frame we had to get the house sold and ready for inspection. I would recommend them to anyone seeking roofing services and will keep them in mind if I ever need a repair in the future.

Jon helped us so much on our roof repairs. He is a great guy and extremely knowledgeable. Definitely the best roofer in DFW area. I will be his customer for life.

I never thought that I could love a roof but I absolutely love my new roof. The whole process was so easy and quick. There was little to no mess that I had to clean up afterwards, I was thoroughly impressed. 10/10 would recommend.

We have super high standards. Fantastic job! Roof replacement, re-stain fence, gutters, pergola roof replacement. Jon is a true professional. Highly recommend.

I had a leak from one of my vents on the roof. Jonathan came out and gave us a quick but thorough inspection, found the problem and sent us a quote within an hour. They even came out on a holiday to fix it. They were very responsive, their prices were very reasonable and I would definitely recommend them for your roofing needs.

Excellent service. Very much appreciate the skills and abilities. Also grateful for someone who can climb a ladder to do that. And the new vents look fantastic. Much nicer than having squirrels eating up the old ones

Three word- honest, helpful and speedy. Highly recommend this company. We have used them in three different homes needing roof repair. They are quick to respond, you get on the schedule in a timely manner, they help with all the insurance requirements.

Jon is quick, thorough, and fair. Highly recommend and will be using again in the future

I was able to get a detailed estimate very quickly. The work was done within a few days, extremely fast. Jon stayed in contact with me throughout the process and gave me advance notice on when they'd be coming. I'll definitely use them in the future.

Pirate Roofing was very fair, accommodating, efficient and timely. They are professionals who knows what is needed and does not try to "up-sale" to garner profits that are not needed for the job. Their honesty and character is an exemplary trait!

Pirate Roofing is absolutely the best roofing company ever. Jonathan keeps you informed every step of the way and takes awesome care of you. Thank you Jonathan, sincerely appreciate all of your hard work. It looks incredible.

As usual, absolutely excellent. Fast, very affordable, very pleasant. And they stand by their work!! They replaced four skylights (in the rain, no less!).

Due to the recent hail storm, we had a lot of damage to our roof. We contacted Jonathan Szilva at Pirate Roofing and he came the next day to do an inspection. He and his team just finished the roof and did a wonderful job. Every one was professional, polite, and trustworthy. I can totally recommend him for all your roofing needs!

Jon and his team are spectacular. They replaced our roof and window screens this week. Honest, nice folks, very responsive and communicative. Extremely easy to work with. The guys did a fantastic job on the roof and cleaned everything up when they were done. We liked them so much we used them on both my in-law's house and our house. Honestly couldn't ask for a better company.

John is great. We've had him or his guys checking on our roof for about 2 years now. Replacing a handful of shingles and letting us know that the roof was still good. We had sooo many other roofers telling us we HAD to replace our roof. I'd call John and he'd come out and tell us our roof was still good. Basically the other roofers were just trying to get our money. John is honest and tells you how it is.
This last hail storm did a number on our roof. I scheduled a replacement and the crew got it done in a day. All the other houses in our neighborhood took two days. We had a lot of guys on our roof. They came out the next morning to double check everything and make sure all the clean up was done.
Definitely my roofing company.

Jon and his crew are always great when we have had roofing issues over the years. We trust them bc he is very honest.

Johnathan was so good to me. I called him to put up his sign in front of my house to avoid all the solicitors and he did on same. He never bothered me about when I wanted to do the roof. He gave me the best deal as compared to other contractors. I will use him at time. Please call him for your roof. Thanks

We needed a roof replacement and Pirate Roofing did an excellent job. Jon expertly managed the complicated insurance inputs, used an experienced crew, and was on site during the installation. Pirate Roofing has been in business in this area for over 20 years, and is not a storm-chaser from another state like so many others. We are discerning homeowners and recognize/expect good work from people working on our home. Pirate Roofing met our high expectations.

Jon with Pirate Roofing did exactly what he had promised. They were on time, cleaned up after, and did an excellent job! I highly recommend.

Jon Park and Pirate Roofing are the BEST! In 2016 my roof was damaged and replaced by Pirate Roofing. Jon told me I was the first person to text him when hail damaged my roof once again in March 2025. Pirate Roofing (and Jon) were out to cover my broken skylight the next day. It has been a great pleasure doing business with Pirate Roofing and I highly recommend this very professional business to anyone needing their services. I know they have a "very satisfied customer" in me.
