Constraction reviews in Wylie, Texas

I have been working with Alex and his team for 20+ years and they have been phenomenal on all of our jobs! He is my go to for anything roof/ concrete/construction/patio related! No one does a better job and leaves a cleaner finished product than Darquea Home Improvements!! You won’t be disappointed! A+++++++++

“Thank you, Ad Custom Backyard, for transforming my backyard into a stunning oasis! Your attention to detail and creative design exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate the exceptional work and the incredible atmosphere you’ve created. My backyard is now a place of joy and relaxation, thanks to your expertise!”

We are so happy we chose Darquea Home Improvements for our backyard project. They were easy to work with, communicative, and highly knowledgeable with suggestions and recommendations for our vision. Alex went above and beyond on everything. I highly recommend them for your next project!

Our outdoor living space looks absolutely amazing! I’m so happy with the quality of the final product! Alex and his entire team did an outstanding job!

From start to finish, Team Darquea explained the process, was responsive to my questions, and was patient with me as I made changes to my original scope of work. There was nothing Darquea could not do, including installation of ceiling fans, porch lights, recessed lighting and all the accompanying electrical wiring and outlets, and roofing! Other companies explained to me that tying the new covers into my existing roofline would be especially tricky. Darquea made it appear seamless and crushed it! My brand new concrete flooring, huge strikingly beautiful cedar patio covers, and extended stone outdoor kitchen look stunning! And Darquea’s pricing was very competitive!

We are so grateful to Darquea Home Improvement for making our dream outdoor living space a reality! It’s all that we imagined it would be!

I 100% recommend Darquea Home Improvements/AD Custom Backyards. They are super friendly, responsive, and professional. I went through a loan process which added some tasks up front and they stuck with me through my endless questions. They worked quickly to check on the area, provide a quote, finalize the details, and then schedule and start work. They made it as painless as possible. And that is only the beginning. They are crazy quick and great at what they do. It completely transformed our backyard/patio area. We went from a boring empty horseshoe area to a beautifully covered outdoor space. It is amazing. Their pictures speak for themselves. That is the level of work they provide and I even felt like they over delivered. I was worried our space was too weird, but they made it work. We are beyond happy.

Great Work by AD Custom Backyard!

AD Custom Backyard did an amazing job on our patio. They were professional, always on time, and really listened to what we wanted. The final design was even better than we expected. We are very happy with their work and highly recommend them to anyone looking to improve their outdoor space!

They did a great job restoring my patio after the storm did very serious damage. Very friendly and listened to our request. Finished the work in a very timely manner. Pricing was very good for the work done especially compared to other quotes we had been given. Would definitely call them back if we need them again.

We had an amazing experience with AD Custom! We are so impressed and can’t wait to use them in the future for more home renovations! 😍

Great experience from start to finish with AD Custom Backyards. They built our outdoor living space exactly to spec and still hit a very tight deadline. Communication was solid, the crew was reliable, and the quality of work was excellent. Couldn’t be happier with how it turned out and would definitely recommend them.

We recently had our backyard patio and concrete work completed, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The crew was punctual, respectful of our property, and clearly experienced in their craft. What impressed us most was their communication and commitment to quality. They answered all our questions, kept us updated throughout the project, and made sure everything was done right the first time.If you’re looking to upgrade your backyard with a beautiful, long-lasting concrete patio, we highly recommend this team. It has added both value and enjoyment to our home!

Alex and his team did an outstanding job on our patio. Communication throughout the entire project was fantastic — clear, timely, and honest. His crew were professional, hardworking, and clearly took pride in their work. The finished result exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for quality workmanship and a smooth experience.

Selected Texas Painting and Gutters to replace my gutters, repair some water-damaged eaves and soffits, paint the exterior of the house and paint the front and garage doors. Couldn’t be happier with the results! Jeff was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process. The work was done according to his estimated timeline and completed according to the initial project budget. Highly recommend Texas Painting and Gutters

Great company to do business with. We had our house painted and all new gutters put up. They were professional, fast, and efficient. Call Jeff for a quote. We are very pleased with the job done on our house.

Jeff and his crew were amazing to work with. They repainted the existing gutters on our house, pressure washed, caulked, repaired broken hardy and added the additional gutter. I will only be using his company for any type of gutter work and will spread the word at their amazing customer service.

I had several painting companies come out and give me a bid for painting my house. I chose Texas Painting and Gutters to do the job. I was the best experience I ever had with a contractor doing work on my home. Jeff would call me when he said he would and his crew was on time the day they did the painting. Jeff supervised the product and him and his crew were great. I would say they went above and beyond my expectations and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Called to set up a quote. Received call working a few hours from Jeff. He came over, extremely helpful and polite! Sent me the quote the next day (prices were exceptional), we scheduled and the seamless gutters were installed professionally. Jeff personally came back that evening to go over any questions or concerns and walked around to check out the install. We are very pleased with this company and our gutters look and work wonderful! We’ve already referred folks in our neighborhood!

Thank you, Texas Painting and Gutters! We love the work you did, painting the whole inside of our house before we moved in. It was great that the work was completed on time and at the quoted price. Jeff, I appreciate that you informed us of some minor repairs that you could do for the master bedroom ceiling, and worked those in for a small extra cost. All the work is really good quality, the price was very reasonable, and the painting crew was friendly and professional. I will be recommending Texas Painting and Gutters to anyone I hear who is looking for painters!

I highly recommend Jeff and crew for all your painting needs. The exterior of our home had never been repainted or repaired and it was built in 2000 - it looks brand new now!!! We got other quotes, Jeff was the cheapest and is just a good guy to work with. He is now our go to painter!! Did I mention they got our job done in 2 days?!? Call Jeff!

Let me start off by saying that I never write reviews (good or bad) unless they are deserved even though I rely heavily on them for pretty much anything I plan on spending my money on. Jeff and his painting crew were awesome! My husband built our kitchen and it took over 9 months so I was very particular with who we chose to paint it. The two biggest parts of winning my business are quality and communication. I got several bids from very highly rated companies and Jeff was the ONLY one to reach back out to me in a couple of days after giving me a quote. He was very communicable from the start and answered every question I had and understood how much time and effort we had put into our kitchen, which is what ultimately led me to choosing Texas Painting and Gutters.
To say I was a bit of a micromanager is an understatement. But they let me check every single step including masking to make sure I was satisfied with the process. They did a great job and will plan on using them for any other painting project in the future and am recommending them to all my friends and family. Thanks Jeff!

New gutters look great. Jeff was patient and thorough with answering questions during the initial quote survey and after job completion. Install crew efficiently had the job done in just a few hours. Price I felt was reasonable. Would recommend.

Not enough stars to give! They did a great job on the exterior of my home, came in at budget with no surprises! Jeff and his crew were all professional and knowledgeable. When it is time for the interior, they have my business.
EDIT - Interior done and same awesome experience! Interior looks great!!! Highly recommend!!!
