I hired Prestige to clean our church building following parties and events. They are always very responsive when getting cleanings set up and scheduled, and prices are very reasonable. Their crew also does a thorough job, they’re on time, friendly and trustworthy. I would recommend them and we will be continuing to use their services going forward!

I am so happy with this cleaning company. They do a great job at our church. Chad and Leah oversee the cleaning team and make sure we are satisfied.
They even alerted me to a leak we had in our hot water heater! The cleaning team sent a video to show me the problem so I could call a plumber.

It is hard to find a cleaning company that is consistent and reliable. We have found this with Prestige. They are great with communication and address concerns quickly. Communication is key in any relationship and with Prestige they excel in this area. Our office feels clean, looks clean and smells clean.

I cannot say ENOUGH about how wonderful our experience has been with Prestige Janitorial!!! We opened The Range in McKinney in November 2022 and were in a mad dash to get post construction grime cleaned so we contacted Sarah. She quickly came out for an assessment and got back to us with a quote. Within a short time, we had a team out to help us get our building ready for opening.
Since then, Chad has been our point of contact and manages cleaning crews and scheduling. He is never hard to contact and if he misses a call, he gets back to me quickly.
We have an AMAZING team who comes in three times a week. Maricruz, Fatima, and Ibeth always do fantastic work and with such great dedication. They all work so hard to help make The Range in McKinney shine for our customers. We appreciate the hard, and wonderful work these ladies do for us every week. Everything about our experience with Prestige was excellent. Samantha, Rick, Sarah, and the every team member we interacted with was kind/informative/incredibly supportive. If you are in need of facilities/janitorial services you could not do better than Prestige. Truly incredible service with truly incredible people.

We have been working with Prestige for about a year now and all I can say is AMAZING!!! Samantha is here once a week for a face to face check-in and walk through to make sure we get nothing less than perfect service! She is super nice and makes sure everything is exactly how I like it, and trust me, I am super picky! We use them for not only all of our cleaning needs but I have them power wash our lot and stair cases and come out and clean all of our windows inside and out, all I have to do is email and call her and they are here usually within the week!

My church has been using Prestige Janitorial for 2 months now. We are very pleased with everything, from the cleaning service to their customer service. Before we hired the company, we met with Kevin a sales associate and then Chris B along with the lead cleaner. They made us feel like they were happy to do the job and help out as much as needed, but not pushy about adding anything we did not need. They were very professional and listened to our needs, right from the beginning. Once the cleaning started I thought all of that would end, but it didn't. The cleaners are on time and professional. Periodically I get calls from Landon just checking to see how everything is going. I highly recommend Prestige Janitorial. So far a wonderful experience!

The staff was professional throughout the entire process leading up to the cleaning. The price was fair for the amount of work required, and we were very pleased with the deep cleaning and how smoothly everything went. Our store looked beautiful afterward.

Prestige cleans our church building where I am admin. I met Kevin, the owner, first. I really appreciate his approach to handling his business. Chad is our manager that handles all the details. He is very prompt, attentive and addresses all concerns. The price is very reasonable. We are a very small church but we get attention like we are important to them. We have been a client for about 2 years and are very pleased!

We've been working with Prestige for a year and a half and they are great! Our office is 10,000 sq ft and they keep it looking nice. They listen, their cleaning crews are thorough, and if we ever have a scheduling issue they are happy to change their schedule to accommodate. Highly recommend!

Prestige Janitorial has been our cleaning service at our Urgent Care for over a year and we could not be happier. They are always on time, consistent, they listen to what we want done, there are sporadic inspections by their manager and if we ever have an issue it is handled right away.
