We hired Prestige to take care of our neighborhood community area and they have done an excellent job! Landon, our account manager, is super friendly, communicative, open to feedback, and goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of!!! Our site manager, JC, is super thorough in his cleanings and takes pride in making sure our community pool deck and bathrooms look great! Pricing is also very fair! Cannot recommend them enough!!

We found Prestige when someone in our office tested positive for Covid two years ago and we needed someone to come in and disinfect the office. They were able to come in the same day and we decided we wanted them to do the monthly cleaning. We are very happy with them and we love Fernando, he is awesome. We have been with Prestige in our Fort Worth office for a while now, and they have been nothing but incredible. Chad is the supervisor for our space. He takes time to drive out of his way to check and ensure that our cleaners are staying on top of things. He stays available for any need at any moment, and he does all with a positive attitude.

Managing multiple locations, it's important to have a team that's not only thorough, reliable and communicative but also proactive, and Prestige ticks all these boxes. Our cleaners, Alfonso and Jasmine, consistently ensure every site is pristine, demonstrating their commitment to our satisfaction. I am so thankful I found Prestige and switched from the last cleaning company - so many employees have noted the remarkable improvement in cleanliness compared to our previous provider. Moreover, we had a couple unforeseen challenges, like roof leaks and plumbing issues, that happened when Prestige were the only ones onsite - and in each situation both Alfonso and Jasmine went above and beyond to ensure everything was tidy and problem-free. The Operations Managers are responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in our experience. In particular, Christi Fox's upbeat attitude is incredible - she's always checking in that we are satisfied with our service and has provided some very helpful tips on things like tile maintenance!

Prestige Janitorial has been taking care of our multi-tenant office building for several years now, and we've been very pleased. They provide an excellent service at a reasonable price, and they are also incredibly accommodating when there are changes to be made. Our cleaning crew is led by Jose, and he is wonderful. He always goes above and beyond. For example, we had a sewage leak that he identified and immediately contacted us to make sure we were aware. And, he waited for the emergency plumber to arrive to explain exactly what he saw and where he believed the leak was coming from. Anytime Jose notices something that needs our attention, he takes the time to make sure we are notified, which has been very helpful on numerous occasions. I highly recommend Prestige Janitorial to anyone that wants reliable service at a reasonable price from people they can trust. Excellent company!

Prestige Janitorial cleans our 6,400 square foot airplane hangar twice a week, and they're doing a great job! I've been quite impressed by both our cleaners, Karina and Raul, as well as Stephanie, our coordinator. Their level of communication and service are excellent. We have a polished and stained concrete floor that takes quite a bit of care and they have been very adaptable and dedicated to trying new techniques to make it look its best. They're a vital part of our team and have done a wonderful job making our hangar a great place to be. It's so nice to be able to grab any piece of equipment or touch any surface in the hangar and have it be nice and clean; air compressors, robotic aircraft tugs, work benches, cabinets, generators, coffee station, snack cabinet, and of course the spotless restrooms...it's all immaculate. The thing that really makes it an excellent relationship is their flexibility and communication; any question, comment, request, or suggestion I may have is happily received and discussed. Great company to work with.
