Keane used to be a very good service and I was pleased with their service. Over the past couple of years I had to do more follow up with them to correct things. In August of 2018, my grass began dying. I contacted them, they service guy did a drive by and said nothing looked wrong. I again sent pictures. He claimed there was nothing they could of done to my grass but it is obviously that the lawn mowers did. They fertilized in an effort to revive the grass, I called again as it was not improving. Again a drive by only and he said it looked fine. I stopped paying for services in lieu of dead grass. I have spoken to several people regarding my outstanding balance and they all indicate they understand but I either get a statement or an email asking about balance. When I call in I get we will call you back but I never get a call back. I used to recommend Keane all the time and in fact got several of my neighbors to use them. We all have stopped now.

Keane has done our lawn for a few years now. They recently put up a new fence and greenhouse as well. Bree, Hayden and the rest of the team have done an amazing job taking care of us.

Very timely response. Quickly cam out, provided competitive quotation, scheduled crews and provided a quality tree trimming, spraying and fertilizing service to over 80 trees at our home. Bree provided a very professional representation and is great to work with.

We’ve used Keane twice now on our home in Garland. For a long retaining wall to raise the back of our property and now for drainage and yard improvements. They have been fair, honest and work well with us to complete the work looking like we’d was planned it to be.

Tim at Keane Landscaping provides amazing service. His attention to detail is impeccable and makes me feel like I have my own personal gardener. I trust his suggestions and expertise. He even comes by to check on the property periodically and give me reminders for seasonal color change and even modifying the sprinkler schedule. My yard has never looked better. Thanks, Tim!

I have been using Keane Landscaping for almost two years now. They have done a great job on my yard. Tim Hill oversees all the work. He is amazing. He helps me decide what would look good in my flower beds and pots. He personally makes trips in person to ensure all is going well.
Also Bree, who works in the office, has been a huge help to me. She always returns my calls or emails and is great a following up.
Both Tim and Bree provide excellent customer service and have gone the extra mile for me!
