I highly recommend Ted and his crew with Focal Point Landscaping. He was very professional and punctual. It’s nice to have someone give you a timeline… show up when they say they will and do the project they promised. He completely transformed our entire yard and beds. His crew removed all our old plants, shrubs and grass. Leveled the soil, revamped our drainage and updated our irrigation system. Gave us new landscaping in the front and poolside as well as new grass and a paved walkway around our pool equipment. Very very pleased with the results.

Focal Point Landscaping is absolutely amazing! When I was initially getting bids, Ted made sure to thoroughly explain to me exactly what had to be done (with images so that I could understand it better) before I made my decision. When I went back to the other contractors to ask about their plans for the structure, they had zero idea what they were doing. It 100% solidified my decision to go with Focal Point. Ted knows his stuff and it also showed in the quality of work. I had a rotting/termite infested wooden deck that was sitting on top of a huge 5 ft. slope in the back yard behind my pool. I decided I wanted to fill in that space with dirt and sod and get rid of the deck. In order to do so, the entire retaining wall in the alleyway had to come out and a new (sturdier) one put in. The old wall was a poorly built cinderblock/concrete mask with a deep concrete foundation. This crew did the tedious task of jackhammering up the old concrete (and another concrete barrier that used to contain a lean-to on the side of my house). They did full demolition of the deck & fence. They used structural engineering plans to setup the "Geo-grid" rock/soil for the wall (as per requirement by the city). Installed a French drain beneath to tie into my pool deck drain. Installed 2 new zones to my sprinkler system. And installed the BEAUTIFUL paver wall. I watched them use a leveler with every block to ensure it was done perfectly – attention to detail was top notch. This was a very large job, and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. Ted communicated throughout the entire process and kept me informed and answered all questions. The site was cleaned up daily. They were on time every single day. I couldn't have asked for a smoother process. Completely stress free. And, they finished the job a day earlier than anticipated! I highly recommend this crew for any job. You will not be disappointed.

Focal Point did a great job installing stone edging around our flowerbeds and adding underground extensions to our downspouts. We are very happy with how quickly the team got the work done and how easy it was to communicate with the owner. Will definitely use Focal Point again.

Ted was great to work with, from recommending landscaping that would work well with our house to providing options that will be low-maintenance for us. He communicated with us throughout the process, answered all our questions, and provided a very clear plan for our landscaping. We love the way it turned out, and we can't wait to work with him again for our backyard!

We had a fantastic experience with Focal Point Landscaping! The owner came out to our home, listened carefully to what we wanted, and offered thoughtful suggestions. He designed a landscaping plan that met all of our needs, and when we asked for a few changes, he was very accommodating—explaining the reasons behind the original design and the trade-offs between different options before happily incorporating our requests.

The crew did excellent work installing new flowerbeds, planting new trees, trimming old trees, and even removing old fence posts. Once they started, the project was completed quickly and efficiently. Afterward, the owner met with us again to answer questions and give us helpful guidance on maintaining our new landscaping.

We’re thrilled with the results and highly recommend Focal Point Landscaping to anyone looking for quality work, great communication, and a beautiful finished product!

We've hired Ted and Focal Point on two projects at our home and he has done terrific work. They are professional, efficient and do what they say they are going to do. No surprises or unexpected added costs. We'll continue to use them on future projects and strongly recommend them to anybody else!

I can’t say enough good things about Ted and Focal point Landscaping crew. We got several quotes from different paver/retaining wall/putting green companies. We went with Ted because he is an architect and we could tell by the way he thought about the project that he takes pride in his work. His design plans were fabulous, but when the project started to come together, it was so much better than we expected ! Ted and his crew went above and beyond to make it look amazing and functional. Ted was on site every day and we could tell by his attention to detail that he cared about the beauty of the project. He was very good at listening to exactly what we wanted. These guys are awesome!

The initial install was good but bumpy. Communication was an issue because management was never present during the work. So the crew kept asking me questions and interrupted my work day.

Afterwards the $300/month maintenance fee was supposed to be turnkey to make sure the very costly landscaping was maintained but what we got instead was basic mowing service. Very disappointed that after various attempts to get this resolved and our service improved it fell on deaf ears. The only thing they provided was a quote for a seasonal flower change.

Last week was the last straw as a "substitute" lawn mower called me to say he was on his way but never showed up. After I called him to ask when he would show up, he claimed he had already completed service.

I am very disappointed, as I had hoped previous reviews regarding poor customer service were exaggerated.

I never knew our yard could look so amazing! Keane Landscaping redid our entire front landscape, and the results blew me away. They created such a spectacular landscape that it completely enhanced the appearance of our whole house! They not only chose beautiful, easy to maintain plants, but lit everything up and adjusted our sprinkler system to accommodate our new beds.

I could go on and on about the beauty of the yard, but much more important than that is the character of the company and everyone who works for it. It’s a family owned business, and I have had the pleasure of meeting several members of the Keane family all of whom are absolutely wonderful, genuine, people. Additionally, every single one of the guys who installed our landscaping were also unbelievably kind and helpful. There are plenty of companies that can install landscaping, but if you want an incredible, stress-free personal experience along with your beautiful landscaping then don’t go anywhere else!

Flowerbed Ring not level and cracked within a couple of weeks.

was not going to write this review was going to wait and see if they fixed it before I wrote this but now they are not responding so decided to go ahead and take the time to write this. hopefully it helps the next person dealing with this company to try someone else more professional.. Greg came out quoted a price I was told that they would be there at a certain time that was not true. I was ok with that then when they installed the flowerbed rings they were unleveled and cracked apart within a couple of weeks of being installed when trying to call Greg at Keane no response after leaving messages and was even lied to about repairs, Greg told us they would show up and repair yet still week later ghosted us and never responded to our messages.
My rings are loop sided and now cracked since they are not level and they are not responding to me about repairing it.

Keane Landscaping has been taking care of our landscaping needs for years - they are always on time, their service is consistently top notch, and their pricing is transparent & fair. 10/10 recommend

I really appreciate the professionalism and integrity of Keane Landscaping After my initial service, there were a few things I wasn’t fully satisfied with. I reached out, and they responded quickly, came back out, and made everything right without hesitation. The crew was courteous, hardworking, and clearly this team took pride in their work. My yard looks great now, and I’m very happy with the end result. It means a lot to find a company that not only delivers quality landscaping but also stands behind their work. Parker and team first made our backyard dream come true with a double decker fireplace and balcony/patio. In addition, they handle our lawn maintenance. I have been very pleased.

We had a major overhaul done to our small backyard; a regrade with drain install to mitigate flooding risk, a new stone paver patio, and fence install. Keane was helpful and knowledgable in the planning process; breaking our project into distinct phases and estimates. Alan Nino, our project manager, was responsive and collaborative as, with any major project, there were unforeseen challenges that had to be overcome on the fly. The work performed was high quality and the crews are highly skilled. Honestly, the fence exceeded my wildest expectations and the regrade has solved our drainage concerns. The patio is lovely, and as planned, Keane left us in a great spot to think through and plan future phases of improvement. You definitely get your money's worth. Because landscaping is typically costly and complex, I would advise the homeowner is at the home while the work is being performed.

I switched to Keane 6 months ago and my yard looks better than ever! I believe Parker and his crew are the best in Dallas!

will not complete it or return a call. Have tried to contact Kevin Keane 5 times, Ben Dash 4 times, Jeremy 3 times and two times he "no-showed" for an appointment. The weeds have out grown the dead plants and they did not put down any weed cloth. Maybe it's time to try the BBB.

Kept getting spam emails from Hayden. We do need a landscape overhaul so I emailed him twice with the email address in the constant emails. No response. Called the number in the email. Went to voicemail. Left a message. No response. If you're going to inundate people with emails and then not even bother to respond to a potential customer by email or phone why even send then out at all?? Poor communication means my business will be elsewhere.

Keane Landscape helped improve our property value of our home prior to selling it by doing a complete makeover of our landscaping around the sides and front of our home. We had more compliments on our yard in the month prior to selling than we had in the past 28 yrs. HUGE WIN! Thanks Team Keane!
