Mow Pros handles my regular yard work, but this time I needed enhancements. I have about 200' of plant beds that haven't been cleaned out in over a year. JP and his buddy worked a Christmas miracle. They pulled & trimmed & raked & cleared & packed it up for collection. They knew what to trim, what to leave & whst to discard. I cannot express how grateful I am for their efficiency & diligence. Thanks, guys!

Untrustworthy!
I started service back in March or April when I moved to my new house. They were pretty good initially but I asked for clean up service that was supposed to be 170 for an hour.
1. All one did was cut bushes
2. The other one raked backyard
NOTHING else was done from my list which was pull weeds and move some stones
Really it took an hour just to rake and cut bushes.
Then I was overcharged for the service but didn't find time to call.
Now they change from spring to winter service, which was back to back and they know full well they didn't need to cut. Even if you didn't get a response from me which was emailed to delete service. When they came and had NOTHING to cut they should have used common sense to say this isn't needed. I called about the xtra charge and talked to one guy who said since I didn't respond basically oh well the charge is there. He put me on hold and suddenly a woman picked up. He didn't have the decency to say let me connect you with someone else. She said the same thing until I said just cancel service all together instead of pausing service. Now I can get a refund and she says can we continue with pause NO still cancel. I won't continue with a company that tries to get over on their customers and a rude man who answers the phone.

I'm really glad I found MowPros! Their prices are really good and their people come reliably and do a very good job with my front and back lawns, with nice edging. They are easy to call to change the schedule or answer any questions. They also let me know that during the Winter, I have options to pause during the low-growth season. They are so much easier to coordinate with than most others, and their prices are better. I'd highly recommend.

They charged my 80 year old father over $600 to pull weeds in the garden. The workers were nice. I know they don’t own the place that benefits from scamming older people. The company should be ashamed of themself. Dont hire these people

I have been using Mow Pros for almost 6 months and have been very happy with the results. Initially, the first two weeks there were a few things that I had issues with and I called their customer service. There was an immediate response and the issues were resolved in addition to a refund for one of the weeks. Since then, the service has been perfect and timely. My yard is well groomed and when making changes to the schedule, customer service made it easy. I've used several different landscaping persons since I moved to the area and Mow Pros is the best with a fabulous price. A special call out for the Austin Red Crew! Great service. Very nice folks. Always take good care of our property and goes above and beyond especially during leaf season.

Pretty bad service. From skipping my backyard and blaming me that the back doors are locked (when they’re not), to urinating on my house—this is not worth the annoyance of dealing with their customer service at all.

Edit and Resolution:

Mow Pros went above and beyond when calling me to deal with all of the problems that I had stated previously. They called me on the phone twice to ensured my situation was fixed. Estella did great and ended up giving me the next 3 cuts free as well as a reimbursement for my troubles. I was genuinely impressed that they really cared as much as they did.

My folks (MowPros’ Dallas Gray team) come every Monday morning and make my backyard a green paradise for me, my flowers, my dogs and birds to enjoy! They do excellent work and always listen to my instructions and concerns. I am so grateful.🌼

I've been using MowPros out of Wylie for 2 years now. I recently had my yard scalped in preparation for the upcoming season. I have to say the Dallas Brown crew did a great job. Very thorough, bagged neatly, and I know the yard really benefited. I thought the charge was reasonable and fair for the work that was done and basically included a mow. In my experience with this company they try hard to do a good job and my yard looks great!

Mowing weekly always on time. Recently Beds, shrubs, alley clean up, very happy with The Crew Dallas White and their communication of my needs, especially working on Labor Day!

FYI, though it says their service includes hauling away clippings, they consider that a "clean up service" which will cost you a minimum of $85 per yard mowing for them to use the bag. Didn't sign up for their service but I would highly recommend getting an estimate from them for what you need versus trusting what they say online.

Crew comes out and does a great job! Dependable every time. I never have to worry about the service. My crew's ID is FW ORANGE.

Have used them for years to do our lawn. Recently we had them weed and clean out our flower gardens - trim bushes and plant new ground cover. The DALLAS WHITE team did an excellent job! They were very polite & professional. They completed the job quickly and cleaned up all debris. We will continue to use them not only for the lawn care but for our yard work as well. Dallas Silver with MowPros does a wonderful job taking care of my yard. My grass was cut way too low, and I have circles from the blades cut into my entire lawn. And there are grass clippings packed into the lawn that it wouldn't grow. These pictures are after I raked up an entire black bag of compacted grass. Then, 3 weeks later, I cut the grass.

MowPros have serviced my lawn for the past several years. My team of pros called Dallas Purple really do a professional job on my lawn. They are timely, efficient and skilled. They are very courteous and always blow all debris from my patio, and from under my carport. When they leave, everything is spic and span. Thank you, Dallas Purple!

We had Juan Pablo And Diego (Dallas White) out today to do end-of-summer clean up and maintenance and, as usual, they did not disappoint! They were professional, friendly, and efficient, not only doing the work I requested but making sure they exceeded my expectations from the beginning to clean up. I would highly recommend them (and Mow Pro) for any of your landscape needs.

So you got one of those post cards advertising great rates for mowing the yard and landscaping services well believe me when I say save yourself a lot of heartache and do NOT use this company to mow your grass or for pulling weeds. Some examples of why you should not use Mowpros is having grass blown into your swimming pool. Having grass blown into your flower beds. Mowing early in the morning after a heavy rain the day before. It was so bad I had to mow after they left. I knew contacting them would not do any good so I just mowed the yard myself.
I had sent them a video of how much grass was in my pool and never heard back. After a couple of days I called them and they agreed to give me a discount which I never did receive. Mowpros does NOT care about delivering a quality lawn service all they care about is having a lot of lawn customers. It started off bad and it never got better. I can think of one time they actually did a good job. Please note there is another company with a name similar to this one but they are not associated with one another. One has great reviews while this Mowpros, located in Dallas, only has 2 now. I've never paid more to have my lawn cared for since living in the Dallas Fort Worth area and the ironic thing is it was the absolute worst lawn service experience ever. I reiterate do NOT use this company to mow your yard.

I have been using MowPros service since September 2024 to present to have our lawn mowed every two weeks. They are always amazing and do a such a great job. The staff is always amazing and Estella in the office always is kind, helpful and takes care of us. I really wanted Estella to no how much i appreciate her hard work. The North Dallas Siver crew exspecially Roldolfo Is the one that services our location. He always does an amazing job and always makes the lawns look so good and leaves everything clean when finished. I appreciate all is hard work and are lawn has never looked better.
