I would not recommend them for cleaning service. They have horrible miscommunication about the price. Quoted me one price, charged me another. The administrative staff is very unprofessional. Overall, it was a huge headache to deal with them and the cleaning was not out of the world.

They are deep cleaning my house right now. Wow. Definitely will be hiring them in the future for deep cleaning at least every six months to a year. I’m truly amazed by their team and work.

Emily at Nina Hayes is the rudest person I've had the misfortune of dealing with in a long time. Example 1: The website advertises 3 services - residential, commercial and janitorial. Yet, when the crew that cleaned my house was late, she texted, "We are a new construction cleaning company that has a fluid schedule because in construction things change constantly. We are not equipped to send the same crew at the same time on the same day each week. If that is what you are needing we won't be able to accomodate you. We just can not guarantee the same time or the same crew." Example 2: On Friday, February 11, 2022, Emily sent a text that reads, "Nina Hayes is very understaffed and the storm did not help our scheduling issue. I regretfully need to inform you that we are cancelling all maid services and customer service jobs through 2/17 to get us caught back up. Please give us a call or text on the 17th to let us know when you would like to get a cleaning put back on the schedule." On February 17th, I responded 'Yes.' I assumed she would know I wanted her to put me on the schedule on the same day I requested the previous 10 months. Instead, her response was '?' Example 3: The final straw was when she charged me for an additional 15 minutes one day when the crew had to wash my bathroom floor twice because it was still dirty after the first cleaning. Emily wrote: 'With a maid service cleaning we only mop/sweep the floors not detail them." I told her I didn't know what 'detail' meant, but the bottom line was they were still dirty and needed to be attended to a second time. Maybe, 'detail' means 'clean.' I don't know or care. I'm just glad to be rid of her attitude. By all means, do NOT hire this company.

Nina Hayes Cleaning is BY FAR the best cleaning service out there. They do my personal home as well as ALL of my builders homes. I know that when I call them the job will done 100% to their satisfaction. I never have to worry. All of my clients are pleased when Nina Hayes Cleaning leaves. They are MY company’s secret weapon. If I am having an important event at my home I never have to do the hard stuff because they make my house look AMAZING!

Nina Hayes cleaning was very prompt and responsive. They came and looked at the job site and put together a fair bid. Then they showed up on time and did the job in a very professional manner. I will use them again. I like it when I get the job I pay for.

I had an appointment for window cleaning in a time slot 10:30-11:00. They called at 10:10 and asked to reschedule. They said they had an 'emergency'. Find another window cleaner. These people can't be trusted.

Couldn't find anyone...the person with ceiling fans had no idea about the product...flower selection was poor also

Had problems with the self-checkout register but the employee that was monitoring came over and fix the situation rather quickly 5 stars for him .

They are the place to go for Christmas trees in Wylie. Fresher trees, lower prices, and they prep the tree and help you load it on your vehicle.

Horrible customer service in garden section this morning. 6 deep in line while three employees stood around yuking it up. One employee sat on the register counter looking at his phone the entire time I was in line.

Home depot has always maintained a slight edge in prices for greenery in general. It's always my "go to" place for building materials, general construction tools and such, even though their variety is second to Lowe's, their price points are always persuasive!
