We have only used this company for a couple of months, and already had to cancel. The last couple of times they ran over my hose, then my sprinkler and today a Halloween decorations, then thrown in the bushes for me to find later. Normally not home during the service, today I saw for myself. Not to mention they only edge the sidewalk, forget the rest of the perimeter of the yard. Not worth the price!

I have been using MowPros in Austin for the last two years. It’s a great service and they show up like clockwork. Juana is so helpful anytime I contact the office. Highly recommend.

I had mow pros a couple of years ago and wad thrilled with the service. However, when I tried to start service with them again it took them over a month to get out to my property. At this point my yard was so overgrown they wanted to charge me extra money to mow what have been trying to get them to mow for multiple weeks now. I refused to authorize additional monies for something that should have taken care of several weeks prior. I sent them 3 emails asking why my yard had not been serviced and when it would be. Next they pushed the service out two more weeks. When they didn't service me then and I called about it, they moved the service date again. They were not willing to accommodate or compromise. They just offered to cancel my account. Horrible customer service!!!

I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU NOT TO USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY.

When you need a mow call the pros!! Mowpros did a clean up at my property and I could not be happier. They did an outstanding job of cleaning up the fence lines. Thank you again

I signed up for MowPros about a month ago for their bi-weekly lawn services and have already needed to cancel. Below are the chain of events that caused me to cancel services:
3/15/2021: Signed up for an estimate for lawn services and received an email back with their prices. Completed my registration online as well.
3/18/2021: I called to confirm prices; they agreed on the prices given. Then I followed with an email confirmation on prices and received a confirming response on 3/18 as well.
3/23/2021: I needed to follow up with MowPros as I did not have any form of communication from them as to when they were starting. Turns out they needed my CC info (I had no idea as no calls or emails were made). Gave it to them and continued. Still without a start date.
3/26/2021: Called again because there was not any form of communication (email or phone) as to when they were starting. They told me Tuesday 3/30 would be my start date.
3/30/2021: One person shows up to service my yard and stayed in his truck in front of my house for 30 min before I receive a call from Fernando. He states my lawn is too tall and will need to charge extra in order for them to continue. (Mind you I have cut the lawn since I initially signed up and ensured it was ready for them to service as I read their guidelines). After sending him pictures he agreed I was right and serviced my yard.
4/13/2021: Received a call from Fernando again stating my yard is too large and the "office" made a mistake and stated the price will be 10 dollars more weekly or 15 dollars more bi-weekly. I politely refused and asked him to have his office call me.
4/14/2021: Spoke to the main line and mentioned what happened and they confirmed that the office indeed made a mistake (even though I asked them to confirm my address and prices two times prior to them starting). I asked them if they could make things right since I signed a 6 mow minimum agreement on their website. They declined. Finally, I just asked to cancel without penalties and they agreed.

This leaves me at the same spot I was a month ago; searching for lawn care providers, needing to buy another mower in the meantime (got rid of mine after first service), and a whole lot of frustration from wasted time.

This has been one of the worst companies. They have a great website, but their service is terrible. I had to complain almost every time they "mowed." There were missed spots all over the yard and the weed-eating was terrible. Once, they didn't show up, didn't call, email, text, nothing. I called the next day and they said they would have to move my day to the following week, so of course, I had to mow the yard myself because it was already tall. Once, they said they would comp me for a terrible mow job then charged me...twice. And the final interaction, they called *on the day they were supposed to show up* and said that the mow crew said that they were robbed while at my home two weeks before and had to cancel my service because "they didn't feel safe." Not sure why they didn't notify me of this two weeks ago or why they didn't call the police? My guess -- it didn't happen. I live out in the country in a very low-crime area... unless you count cow poop as a crime. And the crew pulled into my driveway past the gate when they came (and spent only about 20 minutes on my half-acre). But luckily, this happened before my 6-service contract was up! So, I was super happy I didn't have to pay any more money for (or file another complaint about) the absolutely terrible job the mow crew would have undoubtedly done! Thanks MowPros!

Such a scam, after couple weeks of rain the grass grows more than expected they charge you 170 an hour. I highly advise you to Go with local 1 person contractor. They are more honest and don't do these scams with your service

Very professional service oriented company and they are accurate with billing, and they answer the phone every time you call and they send email status regularly. The guy that cuts my yard does a wonderful job. I have two big dogs in the yard and I have never had any problem with him. Although he doesn't speak much, when I do see him, I try to offer him a bottle water or soda in this hot Texas weather. Great job guys.

Showed up even after a large storm. I hired a two man crew clean up and bi weekly lawn service. Was surprised to see only one man show up because we have a very large and over grown yard. He proved me wrong. Got it done in an hour even though we had huge puddles in the lawn from the storm. Props to this guy for working hard and fighting through a real large, really wet and over grown lawn. We are so thankful for your service today! You were a trooper! Happy our lawn will be maintained and pretty now! The clean up prices are worth every penny!

Worst mowing company ever! Hate it! Would never service with them again! Should’ve read the reviews! Full of regret! Not only do you have to get 6 mows before canceling your service but they won’t even communicate with you professionally before touching your lawn! They say they’ll call and try to get ahold of you before touching your grass and if they can’t they skip and try again the following week….but they dont and still cut it anyways then charge you!!!!! It’s a $200 fee to cancel before the 6 mow … it’s ridiculous! They just want your money ! They don’t even do a good job …..DO NOT SERVICE WITH THEM! I spoke with some lady name Juana about talking to someone above and she said she’s supposedly the manager …sucks at her job though but anyone to fill the position I guess.

Have been using Mowpros for the past 2 years since I bought my current house. Needed some trees trimmed desperately and a complete overhaul outside so since I have been receiving emails about the additional services they offered I contacted them. Manuel came out did a good walk around of the house with suggestions from him and I telling what him what I thought. Provided me with 3 separate quotes for different areas needing help. Agreed to all 3 and manual with his 2 man crew just left. Outstanding Job. Very happy with service provided

I have been a customer of MowPros for more years than I can remember, and I have always been so pleased with Dallas Green Team. They always make sure that the back gate is closed and are respectful of the property.

I wish I would have read the other reviews prior to using this service.

My backyard was fine the evening before they arrived and completely flooded the evening after they arrived. They said it was wet when they got there but still mowed. Nobody knocked and said anything even though I was home. They waited until they left to call and leave a voicemail about how it was like that before they got there. Even with the benefit of the doubt, that's not the way to handle the situation unless you're worried someone is going to hold you responsible.

Even if they weren't responsible for this, they also didn't mow an entire side of my lawn.

Great service by MowPros and Dallas White crew. The tree was trimmed as requested and a little bit more. I would definitively use their services again

I used this company for many years. This is a reliable ongoing lawn service company. They come on a regular basis and consistently perform basic lawn care services. When I recently asked them to perform additional services, they quoted me an hourly rate and to their credit, they did a decent job, but they completely took advantage of me with the final price that they charged. When I contacted them to discuss and even showed them comparable work from prior visits with much lower cost, they refused to charge a price that made sense. I'm very disappointed in the way I was treated by this company especially after being a customer for over 3 years. I will have to transition my business to another provider who will value my long term business and not seek to take advantage of me.

N Dallas Silver, with MowPros, does a great job edging, trimming, and mowing our lawn every two weeks.

I called the office for what I thought was a cut off sprinkler head. Jesus the crew supervisor came out the next day. Turns out the sprinkler head just needed to be adjusted and risen. Thank you, Jesus for a job well done and going above and beyond.

I have been using Mowpros for 2 years-Dallas Silver is the Team who maintains my yard. I couldn’t be happier with the service and attention to detail. I enjoy coming home on Thursdays after they have mowed and seeing how nice the lawn looks!

**DISCLAIMER** my front yard is great, my back yard is a disaster with difficult access. Dallas Silver literally weed eats the entire back yard, doesn’t complain or ask for additional funds.

Def going to change to reliable trustworthy company soon. I canceled my service recently bc it hasn’t rained and my grass didn’t need service. I was told that since the guy came to my house I would be charged 25 dollar late cancellation fee. I checked my bank account and they charged me full price $65. I called several times left messages and sent emails to them 4 times to resolve the issue. No one has responded . I am filing this to better business bureau to investigate into because I shouldn’t be charged a service that wasn’t provided . That is fraud in my opinion to take my money for something that’s wasn’t done.

We used MowPros for our lawn care for many years and they always did a great job. Unfortunately I just had to cancel due to our latest experience. We signed up to have some additional work done (bush trimming, weed pulling etc). I knew we would be charged an hourly rate but I was shocked when I was billed. I requested an itemized invoice which was promptly sent over. On the invoice it showed they charged me the rate for a 2 man crew, however, there was only one person who worked on our yard. They also charged me for 10 bags of mulch but the front door camera shows they only used 5. I brought up my concerns, but MowPros chose to not respond to my multiple emails. Unfortunately I have since cancelled our service and have to work with my credit card to get these incorrect charges corrected. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

This company really deserve to be number one in lawn services!
They are really trying to help. They responds very quickly and very professional. Juana customer service representative very friendly and kind. She solved my problem quickly and on high level professional. It's my pleasure to have business with MovePros lawn services.
