Half of my fence was in a lean. Called Todd, and he sent a crew pretty quick to straighten them up. Not only were his prices more competitive then others, his crew was professional, courteous, and quick! Other companies wanted to double the price stating they need to dismantle the fence. Highly recommend and will be using them in the future!

I highly recommend American Fence and Stone! My new board on board fence is so much better constructed and solid than the builder grade fence that came with my house. The redwood is really pleasing to the eye and will last a long time. Todd and his crew were great to work with and they also followed my request in the specific placement of one side of the fence. Todd came out immediately and thoroughly evaluated my project/issue and offered several solutions at different price points all in which the prices were very reasonable. He just finished extending a retaining/sitting wall around my pool and re-grading the ground around the pool and house to resolved some major drainage problems (almost flooded my house). All the flooding we've had just tested his work and it performed perfectly. He also put in a stone flower bed border and it looks great. Todd and his crew did an outstanding job and did it right. Like most people, I've had countless issues with hiring out projects like these and I'm always skeptical going into a project and worried it will be done right. They capped off all the sprinkler heads that needed removing, reconnected my irrigation lines, cleaned off the pool deck, etc. This is the only time I've hired out a job like this and been completely satisfied with the results. I've already hired him to come back and start on more projects. Always very responsive communication.

I called Todd on a Saturday about 11am and ask about getting a quote on a fence (thought he would say he would look at it Monday) he said he would come by in an hour and arrived in an hour. within a week and a half they had completed the job, as we looked over the work I mentioned an issue with my sprinkler it took him less than an hour to find the problem go get the part needed replace it and didn't even charge for the repair. the fence is great and looks outstanding.

Even though the work we needed done was a small job -- just an 8'x10' concrete slab -- Todd was professional and accommodating from the very first contact, unlike other contractors we had reached out to.

Todd and his team completed installation of new sod and stone edging about 1 year ago. The results were awesome. He is very responsive and came back out a couple times to ensure the sprinklers were adjusted to properly cover the new grass. I had numerous quotes for this work and Todd is by far the most reasonable and dependable contractor I've worked with.

I recently had a sprinkler valve box filling with water and called for Todd's assistance once again. Todd was quick to identify and resolve the issue. I highly recommend Todd. He's very fair with pricing and shows up when he says he will and does a quality job. Very hard to find that quality lately.

Great company to work with. I called to set up an appointment for an estimate, Todd came out the next day and was extremely patient in answering all of my questions. Upon receiving the quote I let them know I was excepting their proposal, he took care of the City permit and got me on the schedule. Crew was out 2 weeks later to build the fence as promised. The crew was very professional. I absolutely love my new fence so glad I found them!

My husband and I needed a fence around our pool which I thought was going to be a challenge because of how curvy the area around our pool was. Todd was very knowledgeable and helpful. This was my first time using Arborilogical Services and I will be using them again in the future without hesitation. They were extremely professional and courteous. In addition to tree trimming, they also removed eight very large, very old shrubs. I couldn't have been more pleased with the work they performed.

My trees look wonderful!! This was a first pruning of five year old trees that were horribly misshapen. Now they are beautifully pruned and have a wonderful shape. The technician was professional and very knowledgeable. I will be calling again when the trees need another "haircut".

My neighbors in Lake Highlands use Arborilogical Services, and I can see after using them on my front yard red oak as well. Very easy to work with and did a great job trimming our tree after several years of unmanaged growth.

Arborilogical Services is a honest outstanding company. They have taken excellent care of our trees for the last 7 years---from pruning our trees to treating our Red Oaks with a needed iron treatment.

We have used Arborilogical Services for many years. They deep root feed trees on our property twice a year, trim trees when necessary, and in this case removed a large pine tree that had died. As usual they arrived on time on the date specified, spent the day removing the tree, and returned the next day to grind the stump. This firm has never failed to provide great service.

I requested someone come out and give an estimate to trim a tree. Nicholas Schiwitz came out, but rather than recommending an expensive trim he advised me to wait a year or so to allow the tree to better develop. He gave a quick lesson on what I could do with some of the low hanging small limbs and adjustments to the watering pattern. Very professional, arrived on time and answered all my questions. I will definitely be using this company for all tree service going forward. Thanks again Nicholas for your help.

The crew is amazing! They cleared the dead branches from multiple trees in my front and back yards. I had to leave home before they finished the work. When I returned, I couldn't even tell they had been there...except for the beautiful, fresh, new look of my trees. They thoroughly cleaned up the fallen branches and leaves. Even my driveway was clear. Very pleased and highly recommend.

Do not use them! Worst public relations ever..
I use to recommend them to everyone! They trimmed my neighbors tree and my air conditioner shorted out shortly after they left. Fresh leaves were found around the air conditioner with the control panel on the ground. The repairman has to readjust the unit on the pad.
I left 5 messages and 1 email on a Friday and Monday with no return phone call. It was 102 outside and we had no air. Sadly all I wanted was for them to pay the $75 service to get it fixed.
They also left my yard with degree in it but my neighbor who paid for the service was spotless.
DO NOT USE THEM

I've used ASI in the past. Called them again to clean up my large 25 year old cedar elm tree. When they were done, I went out to look at the tree and could tell they did a lot of thinning (which I requested). Not a leaf or branch was left on the ground...clean up was excellent. Could not even tell they had been there except my tree looks clean and awesome!

Another outstanding visit by the pro team from Arborilogical Services. Arborist Chris Brewer and the climbing crew headed by Miguel expertly thinned and trimmed a large pecan and removed a medium sized Ligustrum at the pond. Chris always gives us sound, expert, and locally-focused guidance. Miguel and his crew not only did top-notch work in the trees, they thoroughly cleaned and chipped all the trimmings, leaving the site looking better than when they arrived. We've used them for almost 20 years and hope to for at least another 20.

Always excellent, courteous, and professional service. Have been using them for more than 15 years. Knowledgeable. Keep our trees healthy and fertilized. Manage mistletoe infection in couple of cedar elms. If you want your trees to have long lives, call these professionals (and stay away from those cheap fly-by-nights driving by in a pickup with a chainsaw.)

2022 Revised: new management policies has priced them off the scale for me. Unless you're loaded, might want to shop around.
