Avoid Avoid Avoid.

I talked to them on the phone; they said I needed their services immediately due to having a level 3 whatever. I responded that I was working with another company who didn't come out and they accepted this detail.
I decided that I didn't want to use them because their attention to detail wasn't accurate; I literally pointed out areas that were wet that they said were not (they were literally wet) and came to the conclusion they were wrong and accepted that the areas were indeed wet, not dry.

The owner was quick to say he was going to sue based on services rendered to do the job (They didn't even give me an estimate; let alone start any work).

Very good customer service and quality control. Professional service and the tile job was done great. Experienced some hiccups here and there but overall outcome was good. I would recommend this company.

Scott and his team were amazing. They were very professional, hardworking, and even with COVID were able to get our house squared away on time. Without a doubt we would hire them again in the future. F&WR refurbished (I think that's the correct term) my home after the 2016 hail storm. Scott and Judy guided me through the aftermath and instrumental in getting the insurance company to step up to do what should do. Scott drove the entire process, interfacing with all the other contractors to insure their work was completed timely and correctly. He didn't hestitate to take anyone to task if the work wasn't done to his standards. It sounds gimmicky but my house was like new when they finished. I wouldn't hestitate to call F&WR if I need any kind of construction project done and done right. Thanks Scott and Judy!
