I had a real estate client with a property under contract, and during the inspection, we discovered a leak from the tankless water heater. I called Scott Williams at Fire & Water Restoration Plus to come out and inspect the property for any signs of water intrusion. Their expertise and use of moisture meters and thermal imaging technology were impressive! They quickly assessed the situation and were able to assure both the buyer and the seller that there was no water intrusion into the home. Their professionalism and thoroughness gave my client peace of mind, and we were able to move forward with the transaction. I highly recommend them for any restoration needs!

I wanted to share how pleased I was with Fire & Water Restoration Plus recently. I got their name from a neighbor who recently had great work done by them. My neighborhood experienced big storms with some small hail. I found some large sheets of shingles laying in my yard and didn't know if they came from my roof . I called Fire & Water Restoration to come take a look at my roof. Thankfully my roof was just fine and the shingles were from another home . You all know many companies might not have been that honest and for that reason I will contact them when the time comes and I do need them. I would definitely call them for your restoration / construction needs.

We are so pleased to work with Devin. I work together with my in-laws to get their water heater leak under control. Devin was very knowledgeable, polite and on time every time. Great communication and they didn’t had to deal with the insurance, Devin did it all.

Fire & Water Restoration Plus has done work for us before. We had our entire roof replaced the first time plus interior fixes from a leaky roof. This visit they fixed our soffitts and fascia that our curious squirrels love to chew on. They did a great job. Highly recommended.

In December of 2023 our bathroom flooded out into our hall. In January we contacted this company. We contracted with them, and they didn't start working on our house until MAY. 5 months. This was in part du to insurance, but apparently the responsibility was entirely on us. Scott and co were not proactive in helping us navigate that, so if you need help with insurance, don't rely on them.

When they did start working, it took about 3 months to finish. That's the standard, I guess, yet whenever I went over, there was never anyone there working, and I never saw signs of progress until about the last 2 weeks. Could have gone so much faster.

During this process there was a dispute between the company and our insurance about the price. Scott told us he would fight insurance, not us, upon completion, and that we wouldn't need to worry about it. We believed him.

In December of 2024, out of nowhere, we got a bill for $22,000 with a threat that they would put a lien on our house if we did not pay up quickly. We paid, and were told they would help us recover the money from the insurance company. It's been 5 months since then, and no such effort has been made.

When the work was completed, we pointed to several issues and were told they would be addressed. They were not (see photos). Paint stripped off of walls that weren't part of the project, no caulking around the bathtub, corners not smoothed out, cracked caulking around the bathroom vanity.

There was some confusion regarding doors- we thought we might get new doors, but then decided it was too expensive. To Scott's credit, they did put the old doors back on at no extra cost. But they didn't do a good job of it. I actually had to fix the other doors- some wouldn't shut, others wouldn't latch, and the doorknobs with locks were on the wrong doors, so we couldn't lock our bathrooms. So I had to fix hinges and swap doorknobs. Which isn't hard, but if we're paying over $50,000, you'd think some care could be taken to do it right.

And they promised they would put our house back in order when they unpacked. See the picture of how they left our kitchen. It wasn't just the kitchen items, it was everything. Items in wrong rooms all over the house despite boxes being marked. We were ghosted when we called about it.

Finally, they never gave us the code to get our key out of the lock box, so it's still just sitting in there. I had to take the handle off our front door to get the lock box off, and we still don't know the combination, so we're down a key. If you're wondering why I didn't call and ask for the combination- they ghosted us.

Would not hire them again.

We had water damage in our kitchen due to a busted valve. From a referral from a friend, we called Scott. From our first meeting with Scott, he felt like family.

Scott and his guys gave us a beautiful new kitchen, flooring and baseboards downstairs and new placement for our TV. They were professional, efficient and had it done in about 6 weeks.

It’s been 4 months now that we’ve been enjoying our new kitchen. We are so pleased with all of their hard work and love the new remodeled design Scott created.

Scott is a good, honest person and keeps his word each step of they way. He’s resourceful, with many ideas and made great changes to the design which we love. His attention to detail is so appreciated and he has great organizational skills to go along with it all.

We will be calling them in the future for any work we need done. Working with Scott, Donna and all of the guys was the best experience we could have hoped for! They are the best!

The team here is phenomenal. Scott and the team were very empathetic and professional. We had a complete home remodel on granny’s house. The flood required new flooring up and downstairs, replacement cabinets, and remodeling. He has been a great guy to work with and kept us in the loop as to continuing steps. With that being said, he will be working on our home in the future.

Scott has been instrumental in the restoration of our grandma’s home after a second story flood. He worked with me, the insurance company, and vendors throughout.

The assessment was required by insurance which allowed us to know what we were working with. He gave us options and helped redo the entire home due to the flooding. Easy to work with, responded quickly, and had a great attitude.
