Best customer service! Everyone we spoke to was responsive and informative and happy to help or explain the process of our situation. The guys who came out and removed flooring, baseboards, set up & removal of fans, etc. were all professional and curteous. We are so glad we gave them a call!

We’ve known the Williams family since elementary school via WISD Dual Language (Joshua & Jace)…. We’ve had to have a water remediation before and WOW the difference in the two companies was Astonishing! Judy SWEETLY called to check on us and Donna, Juan, Braeden & Nathan were amazing from day one and Nathan checked on us daily!

We were pretty nervous heading into our first major home renovation. We’d already learned that the job we wanted done was going to cost double what we had planned, which ratcheted up the urgency to find someone who would absolutely get it done right. As we shopped around for a contractor, we met some nice ones that might have worked out, and some with a great reputation for quality, but who were absolute nightmares — sitting in our home for hours, trying to get us to sign a work order when all we had asked for was an estimate.

Scott was different. He came recommended by a friend, and we immediately recognized a huge difference compared to the other contractors we had met. He respected the detailed plans that we had made, allowed us to choose the materials we wanted, and was very flexible when we asked for 2 rounds of extra estimate revisions. He gave us good advice when we needed it, and took the time to explain why certain ideas were good or bad. He spent a lot of face-to-face time with us, making sure we were comfortable with all the decisions that had to be made. More than the other contractor options, he seemed invested in making our project turn out just the way we were picturing it.

He was also very willing to help us manage our costs a bit. Though it probably extended the timeline by a few more days, he agreed to let me save a little money by doing all the demo myself, and then doing all the painting toward the end of the project. It would have been totally reasonable for him to tell us that it would be too much of a strain on the schedule because his team could do the work faster, but he let it ride, and it was really generous of him.

Like many (or maybe most) contractors, Scott uses subcontractors. Everyone who came into our house was respectful and extra careful to contain the remodeling mess to the bathroom that was getting worked on. We are very pleased with the level of craftsmanship that each one of them brought to the table. When an issue or our request for something a little extra came up — and they always do — Scott was very fair about the change orders, and we never felt taken advantage of or priced unfairly.

All in all, we are really pleased not only with the end result, but the process and positive attitude that Scott brought to our renovation. The bathroom turned out even better than we could have imagined, and there’s no question that if a big job comes up again, he’ll be the one we call.

We had rain come through our roof which flooded our living room. F&W came out the same day and tore down the damaged wall and set up fans and a humidifier. Someone came by every day to check the wall and the moisture level. They did a great job!

We engaged Fire and Water Restoration Plus to fix in-wall water damage from a plumbing leak in a bathroom. The team was very professional, punctual and provided precise communication throughout the process. Our bathroom was torn down to the studs, water damage was properly treated and the custom cabinet was replaced. We couldn't be happier with the craftsmanship of the job! It looks as good or better than the day we moved into the house.

While on a business trip abroad, there was a major water leak in my home. I chose Fire & Water Restoration Plus as my contractor based on a friend's referral. The restoration is a work in progress, and so far the team's customer service, open communication, and professional work has exceeded my expectations!

Office has been without doors and just the open concept and we talked about adding some doors to add some sound suppression when trying to work or play in the room. Got with Scott and his team and they came out and gave some recommendations and listened to what our vision was and told us how we could get there. Had a great experience from start to finish as the whole team from the top to the workers who transformed the open concept to a very nice looking entry way to the office in just 4 days.

They also patched two holes we had in the wall from a prior water leak that we did not realize that plumbers will tear your wall up but not fix it. We were not aware of this before hand and would have gone to them as they do everything and left our plumbers out as it would have cost the same price in the end.

Over all the doors were installed and matched to bedroom frame out with the arches and the paint on all the walls matched to where you cannot tell what is the old paint and what is the new.

Williams are excellent in making sure that home is professionally restored , and they are genuinely concerned about meeting their customers needs. Greg, who performed the Mitigation service was very professional , courteous, knowledgeable and used his expertise to prevent any further water damage. Juan, the Project Manager provided excellent leadership and guidance for his staff. The staff consisted of Erwin of KD Remodeling, Haviar, and Fernando were all excellent, prompt every day, knowledgeable, and demonstrated their expertise in drywall repair, interior painting , and installing hardwood flooring. Everything was beautiful. Judy and her moving staff for the pack were excellent and handled all of the furniture with care. Donna the Office Manage was always very courteous and professional and very helpful in taking care of the customers needs.

After a small plumbing leak under my sink a good friend of mine recommended scott at fire and water restoration. He came out and not only fixed the damaged.But help me redo my kitchen and my den, making it even better than before. Some 11 months later, a small repair needed to be done.So I called them and they came right awsy and fixed it. The young man, Braden was very nice and courteous and fixed it right away.Scott had to come out several times each time
He spent at least an hour with me explaining everything that needed to be done. And Judy not only packed everything in and out for me.But when she brought it back in she reorganized my kitchen which turned out great. And juan, The Project manager, was here almost every day making sure everything was done properly with all the sub contractors. Thank you firing water for going above and beyond and making my kitchen and dead even better than before.

We had a hot water heater issue that ended up causing our house to flood. Scott and his team were out within an hour after I called. Their level of communication was great and kept us updated throughout all steps of the mitigation and repair process. The handled everything on the insurance-side, as well. All repairs were done to our liking. Scott and his team know what they're doing.

We were so impressed with their on-site responsiveness, professionalism, contractor skills, and follow-through that we engaged them privately to fix an issue with a retaining wall on our property. A bonus is that they are locally owned and operated--which translates into "special attention". We highly recommend FWRP as your go-to Team if you experience a water emergency or need general contractor work.

Not only did this fantastic company completely remodel our kitchen at one house, but they also immediately responded to a leak flooding my son's Wylie house. The attention given to me and my family, the focus on how to best protect our home and health of my family immediately was their primary concern. Once we knew things would be ok, the discussion eventually returned to going forward. My favorite thing about Fire & Water Restoration Plus is they gave me all the options I had, including using insurance, doing all work out of pocket, or even my path if I was crazy enough to work on this myself.
