I send everyone I know there. They have great service and great prices. My mom was a pain buying her appliances and they were so good with her even though she's very indecisive.

I bought a used washer and dryer here and they work very well - better than some newer sets I've used. I highly recommend their products and services!

Gerald is great. Has excellent parts knowledge and even tested my part and helped me diagnose my problem instead of just selling me parts. Will return.

Buyer beware. Installed a broken disgusting dirty black and almond stove into rental home being put up for sale and unable to view in advance as owner was out of town. Assured it was a white stove to match the existing appliances in great used condition. Upon seeing the stove and its condition a request to take it back and refund was made. Paid $260 for the stove, delivery, and installation (plug it in) and was only refunded $175. Garbage company run by a liar taking advantage of a woman out of area.

Very knowledgeable on a variety of machines. Prices are reasonable. It’s nice to shop somewhere that specializes in appliances. At the big box stores they know a little about everything and a lot about nothing. These guys know a lot about appliances and it’s refreshing!!

Honest, helpful and considerate to helping me fix my machine. Made helpful suggestions and fixed my problem. Thank you so much for your kindness and willingness to help a stranger out. My faith in humanity has been restored yet again.

Reliable and usually has the parts you need to get appliances fixed, or they will get them for you. The in house staff is generally friendly and helpful. The repair staff that come to your home can be more grumpy.

Appliance Discount has fantastic service! One of the two ovens in my wall oven did not work, so I took the broil element and they tested it: ok. They asked about the cook element and told me where to find it under a cover. Tested ok. Then I took out the temperature probe. Ok. Finally, before ordering a $200 circuit board, they told me to pull out the oven (heavy!) and check a fuse. Pulled the oven, fuse had a reset, Voila! And they did not charge a dime but were so helpful. They have my business for life!

Gerald was super nice and answered all my questions. Nice local business to support. I bought a new washing machine, and I'll be back in a month or two for the matching dryer.

we so LOVE Appliance Discount. they are such a great help with advice, direction, and reasonable parts prices.
Oh, and did I mention they sell NEW, not only repair and supply parts.
    LOVE their honesty!!!!!

The employees here were so helpful at answering our questions and listening to our needs. They were able to get us a great Speed Queen top loader and even helped us load it into our car.

Had exactly what I needed! Heating element blew spent all Saturday night driving around and having people waste my time. Come in today and he pulled the model number and I had the piece in less than 5 minutes. Amazing service!

Not sure what we do without the Appliance Discount Center. Over the past 20 years we have bought replacement parts from this place many, many times. In fact, this is the second oven element replacement we've had on the same oven.
I wouldn't be surprised if every appliance in our home has had at least one replacement part from The Appliance Discount Center. They have likely saved us thousands of dollars over the past 20 years.

I came in thinking I would pay $50 for a new water pump.
The man working here took a look at my water pump and unclogged it for free.
I asked him if I could give him something and he refused.
    Best service ever

I bought my Jenn-Air Electric Range from them in 2008. When keypad for the oven stopped working (4.5 years later) I contacted them and they ordered parts same day and had repaires done in a few days. Excellent service. Thanks!

Every time I go here I'm reminded how wonderful small local business is. A wealth of knowledge and usually the available parts I need to keep an oldie but goodie washing machine cleaning for another 25 years!

A few years ago I bought a used microwave from these guys but did not test it prior to taking it home. (My mistake) Upon getting it home and plugging it in, the digital readout was scrambled so there was no way to use the oven. I took it back, and although there was a little grumbling, they refunded me. Because of the grumbling, I swore them off. Yesterday I decided to give them another chance since my dishwasher inlet valve had started leaking. They were very quick to help and even pulled one off of a display model so I could have it that day. I feel like they deserve the 5 stars now.

We defroster our freezer and it stopped working. Luckily We called Appliance Discount Center in the morning and they sent someone out right away. The man quickly identified the problem and had the part on hand for the fix. He also fixed a problem with the doors not closing properly. It didn't cost an arm and a leg, however I wish he would have had us reload the refrigerator door to make sure it was a perfect fit. It is just a little saggy still. Oh well.

Gerald difficult to work with. Didn't receive oven I purchased. Gerald insisted he "gave me" a better one and he lost money on deal. I wanted model I selected and do not like the one he stuck me with (he refused to refund my money.) Washer/Dryer combo didn't work properly. I finally hired an independent repair professional who found Appliance Discount Center installer had left shipping braces and hareware inside. I didn't save money on 7 highend appliances I purchased from this business. Additionally, delivery was delayed and installation even longer. "Buyer Beware" was excellent advice that I should have taken seriously!!!

I had called to have my washer looked at because it wasn't draining and someone came out and looked at it. He told me the water pump could be clogged or bad so said he could unclog it for $150 or if it turns out to be a bad pump it would be replaced for $280 parts and labor total! He said the part would be $130 and the labor would be $70-80?? I have found the part else where for $30 and to replace it would just need to be unscrewed and screwed back in that would take 5 mins?? I don't understand why labor would cost so much? On top of that I was charged $73 jus for them to have someone come out and look at it that took all of 10 mins and I live 3 mins away from their store!? I won't be going back again as they seem to highly over charge you for everything!

Saved over $100 on needed Speed Queen parts. They were also in stock so I didn't have to wait a week for shipping. They stock a lot of common accessories as well.
