So pleased to leave this review for the install of a tankless water heater. Marty promptly responded to my inquiry, gave me a highly competitive bid right out of the gate, and made a site visit shortly thereafter. I initially reached out to Black Diamond Experts. The BD bid was shocking, over $10,500 for the same brand water heater.
Rocky and Nick did the entire install. Very competent, affable professionals, they did an excellent job. No shortcuts, copper fittings (not plastic) all around.
It makes sense that BlueBest won Best of State recognition. They performed well above my expectations. Their business model is first-rate and they clearly respect and appreciate their customers.
Best service I have received in many years, will use BlueBest for all my HVAC needs going forward.
