Craig's Services is great. We've had them out to check up and fix our AC unit, furnace and water heater before. Make sure to ask about their Elite Membership. Of all places I've called they've been the best at coming out in a timely manner and getting things done. When our AC needed to be repaired or replaced they were great at laying out all the options and not being pushy. Very professional and respectful technicians that do a great job.
When I called Any Hour services they had a great deal on an AC tune up but the earliest they could schedule us was three months out! I've used Any Hour services in the past and they are great too but for the Bountiful region Craig's services seem to be a lot quicker response and availability rate. When I called Craig's services they were able to come out the next day, as opposed to three months out.

Dishonest and Overpriced - Would Not Recommend

I had a terrible experience with Craigs. I called the number and operator told me Sameday and Craigs are the same business but use same day. I called to inquire about having a camera inspection on my sewer main, and they told me they were running a special for $29. It sounded like a great deal, though I suspected there might be more costs if they found issues. When the plumber arrived, he tested the water pressure and informed me that the $29 was just for showing up at my house, not for the camera inspection. He then presented quotes of $724 for inspecting through the toilet, $394 to inspect through the cleanout in the main stack, and $1,095 for a pressure-regulating valve installation.

I told him that during the appointment call, I was informed the $29 would cover the camera inspection and was not expecting any additional charges. Instead of addressing my concerns, he went back to his truck to "listen to the call" to see if I was telling the truth. When he returned, he said they would be training the call center team based on the call. Then, he offered a $99 coupon for the camera inspection, but only if they could access the main stack, which might involve cutting some things. At this point, I had lost all trust in the company and had a bad feeling about what else they might try to charge me for.

The pressure-regulating valve was a $250 part, and it would only take them an hour to install, yet they quoted $1,095 for the job. Why did they need to go back and listen to the call while on site instead of trusting the customer and addressing the issue after the service? The whole experience felt shady, and I would never use Sameday Plumbing or Craigs again. Beware of their misleading pricing and upselling tactics.

We called Craig's because we had a previous experience with one of their quality repair guys coming over. At the previous visit, we discussed that the furnace would need to be replaced, soon.

Today was the day that the furnace started giving us problems again. Because of the low-pressure, non-salesman-like discussion we'd had before, and because of the quality of the repair, we didn't hesitate to call Craig's again.

Gary came over today. We discussed a possible quick repair as well as replacement options. Gary also impressed me with his low-pressure, non-salesman-like attitude during the discussion. He explained options very well, and he made sure that he understood our family and financial situations.

It is obvious that Gary is doing this job because he wants to help people. He is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. I and my wife feel very comfortable with our choice to replace. The same goes for the choice of which replacement to go with. I hope to edit this review with information of how we will like our new furnace.

Needed a new GfWA furnace in the bitter cold if January 2023 and the came the next day to install. Friendly, honest and professional. I also had a new AC installed at the same time. In May, they needed to come back to get the AC connected and the technician Gary came with someone he was training and both were so great. Gary explained everything and why another visit was required. They were both very nice and professional. Great experience in every way. Thank you!

My water heater was leaking and Gary responded to our rescue in a matter of minutes. Gary saw the tank corrosion quickly. He gave us a fair estimate for the necessary repairs. Gary did a very professional job as he quickly removed the old water heater and put in the new. He was very pleasant. He didn't make a mess. Best of all he stuck to his estimate! I would highly recommend Gary and do trust him and his work. I definitely would call and ask for Gary personally to take care of our HVAC & plumbing needs. These days it's hard to find craftsman as reputable as Gary!

Called Craig’s Service with furnace issues. They were able to fit me in next day. Received a call back, they could come same day. Had to order a part, came back next day to install. Great customer service, friendly. and very very reasonable. They made a customer for life. I appreciate Gary and James being so professional.

Jeremy and James were prompt to be here early and super friendly. They explained everything and worked quickly. I ended up with a new water heater after mine went out, and after getting several quotes, I chose this company because they were better priced and offered a guarantee. They cleaned up the look of my pipes during the install, making it look great. I would definitely recommend them! year later... James is back to do a flush of my water heater. He was early and quick to get it done. I would still highly recommend this place.

What a great company!! Many thanks to Luke, Gary, Riley and the others who just finished the install of our new HVAC system. We were fortunate that we were able to get them out to temporarily fix our old system while we waited for our new install. Very friendly from our initial call to Jackie, to Luke and Riley trouble shooting and helping us with our options, to Gary and the whole crew spending the day with us on the install. An amazing company that was very customer friendly, fair and just did a great job! Thanks again!

We were so impressed with Gary and Craig’s Services! They were so fast and got the job done efficiently. Gary was professional and so knowledgeable and worked with us to get us the best value. We were anticipating weeks and we were impressed that we could get it started the next day! We have already referred Craig’s out to several family and friends and will be using them again for any needs we have have in the future!

We've had Craig's Services install our furnace about four or five years ago. We enjoyed their service so much that they were the first people we called when we wanted a bid to install a humidifier. When I called to make the appointment, the girl on the phone was so pleasant. And Gary, the technician who came to do the bid for us, was so knowledgeable and very patient when answering all of our questions. We couldn't have asked for nicer people to do business with. We recommend them highly!!!

We had Craig's come highly recommended to us by a neighbor and they did not disappoint! Evan was wonderful!! He was knowledgeable, friendly and got the job done better than we had hoped! Gary came to lend a hand with the last couple of units and he was also great! We were so happy with the service provided and plan on having them back next year to help us maintain our system. We have used several other companies in the past and haven't been really happy with their services. So glad we finally found Craig's and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality heating and cooling services at competitive prices!!

Gary and James came today to install our new AC system. I felt like the options were well explained when we made the decision to replace, and then the new system was installed in less than a week. I really appreciated the quick turnaround. Gary also really made an effort to get us the best deal for our money as we talked about the options and the timing of the install. The new system looks great and Gary even took some extra time to make sure some abnormalities were resolved with our thermostat after the install. I've had technicians from other companies who make you feel rushed at the end of the job and who may not answer your questions or make sure you are totally comfortable that your problems are resolved. Gary wasn't like that at all. He really wanted to make sure that the job was done right and that we were happy with the service. We will definitely be calling Craig's in the future.

I called Craig's to get my AC moved over 2 feet, except Craig's must have forwarded me on to SameDay because that's who showed up. They then proceeded to quote $3000 for the job, including $675 for a 5ft length of wire and $500 for a pound of refrigerant (market rate is $80). Insane. Waste of $99.

Luke, Gary, and the whole team were wonderful to work with.
They installed a New Tankless Water Heater and Water Softener, and a Humidifier to my HVAC System.
They will be my Plumbers/HVAC Company for ever.
I would recommend them to anyone that needs a Plumber.

My wife Cheryl and I contacted Blue Best to get a bid on installing a washer and dryer hookup at a condo. Alma and Cason were the experts who showed up and thoroughly explored the options available to us. They were very knowledgeable and, although there are too many problems to install the hookups, we appreciate how thorough they were in explaining all that would be required. They were very friendly and professional as well.

Blue Best is wonderful, Scott our technician was thorough, skilled and honest. We had another large chain company claim we needed an all new furnace. Scott came out and did a complete inspection, a combustion analysis and answers dozens of my questions, and we learned our furnace is working just great. We are thankful for his integrity and skill and savings us nearly 20k! Blue Best will be our go to from now on.

Blue best was great! Dallin provided the estimate and he was so helpful answering all of my questions and walking through each step. Kyler and Allan did the install and did a fantastic job. The experience was excellent from estimate to install. They were professional, thorough, clean, and efficient. I had them do some tricky duct work repairs and install central A/C. I had about 10 companies come out for bids and they had the most competitive and well-rounded offer. They got me in the next week. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

**edit to add: Carsen stopped by to service my HVAC and did a great and efficient job he noticed some wires were rubbing on the motor and cleaned them up to ensure it doesn’t happen. Great service! Shawn also stopped by to do a plumbing inspection, providing me with valuable metrics in my hard water levels and water quality

Working with Blue best was great. Especially Carson. He did an amazing job. He was polite, professional, worked quickly and answered all our questions. We were very happy with his work.

Update 2/16/26 Riley was amazing he even cleaned my furnace.

This was my first big project with blue best for a new furnace and AC. The technicians Cache B, Nick, Britton, and Bryan were very polite and respectful. And did an amazing job. I most definitely will be recommending this company to everyone I know. I’ll also be a returning customer for additional work I will need done. You guys are amazing. This has been the Best experience I’ve had with a company in a long time.

Blue Best helped me out when I was in a very time sensitive situation with getting my gas line pressurized to get the line turned back on. I spoke with Jasmine who listened to my issue and immediately found a way to help us out.

Roger showed up about an hour after the text notification that he was on his way and he knew exactly what to do to fix the issue and stayed until our city inspector could clear the gas line for us. Everyone was thorough and went above and beyond for us. I am so thankful and appreciative. I will call Blue Best in the future with my plumbing heating and air needs.
