Aaron came to our house on a Sunday. He knew we needed our electricity fixed and he came within a half hour. The problem was fixed right away. I would recommend Aaron for any electrical needs. He is awesome. He saved the day!! Thanks Aaron.

We had Express come when we moved into a new house. Aaron came for electrical and Josh came for HVAC and plumbing. They were both stellar! Gave us a ton of information, options and guidance. Informed us of concerns without just upselling. They were patient and tidy while we managed other moving pieces in a new house. Highly recommend!

Kevin was super friendly and helpful! Leo did an amazing job updating us throughout the process to understand when to expect someone and making sure it fit our schedule. I appreciated that we didn’t have to waste a whole day not knowing when to expect someone. They were flexible and had incredible communication. I would definitely recommend them!

We recently had our 21-year-old AC units replaced by Express Home Services, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

From the very beginning, their team was professional and knowledgeable. On installation day, Corbin walked me through what to expect and took the time to answer my last minute questions. Corbin, Dwayne, and Gary were all incredibly respectful, and I really appreciated the care they took to protect our home (floors, walls, closets) everything was handled thoughtfully.

We had our roof replaced at our home in Brick after the recent storms and Express Home Services was outstanding from start to finish. They came out quickly for the estimate, explained all our options clearly, and had the whole job scheduled fast. The crew showed up on time, worked nonstop, and left our property cleaner than they found it. The new roof looks amazing and the price was very fair for the quality of work. If you’re in Brick and need a roof replacement, this is the company to call.

My entire HVAC unit died recently and so I called around. Most places couldn’t come out for a few days, but Craig’s had an opening the same day from a cancelation. Gary came and did his best to get it running, but it was obvious that we needed to replace the 22 year old system. Gary, Luke and James came and did the install just a couple days later and were very efficient in getting it all done. The best part was that they left the place better than when they arrived! Very impressed with Craig’s Services. They are the best around! Thanks Gary, Luke and James, you are the A-Team!

We had a new tankless water heater and water softener installed by Gary and his team. They were awesome! Stayed in touch and let me know when they’d be there and for how long. They kept me informed all along the way, and even stayed a little late to wrap everything up all in one day! I will definitely use them for any future needs.

Gary and Brayden were phenomenal. They diagnosed our ac problem quickly, and offered us some choices for the future, as our ac and furnace is very old! We truly appreciated that they were kind and allowed us to make the decisions that worked best for us! They answered all of our questions and we truly enjoyed their friendliness! Craig’s Services is hands down the best in the business. Their customer service is professional, timely, and helpful. They pay attention to detail and have a remarkable in home courtesy, which is hard to come by these days. They have resolved my heating and cooling issues and questions for many years and I would never consider using anyone else. Thank you Craig’s for making the customer feel important.

Our AC stopped working on a Saturday night. Brian came that night to see if he could fix it. Unfortunately he couldn't fix it that night and it needed to be replaced. We decided to replace the furnace as well, since they were both old. Craig's came early on Monday morning and efficiently replaced both the AC unit and furnace. They were very polite and put down towels so they didn't dirty my house. They were friendly and answered my questions. They were all finished by 2 pm. I am happily back in an air-conditioned home and so grateful!

Bryan at Craig's Superior Appliance has given me excellent service! We have used him over the past few years to keep our old unit running. He is honest and is great to work with. I have had many different companies come before I found him and I will never have anyone else work for me again. When you have workers come to fix things in your home you want to feel comfortable having them there. Bryan is definitely respectful and I trust him.

Craig’s Services has always treated us well. We've been a customer for over 10 years and have no reason to use another heating and air service provider. Most recently, Craig's came out to service our furnace. They offered a fair price and came to our house the very next day. I called another service provider for pricing and felt like they were going to take me, like some auto mechanics have done. Try to up sell me on something I don't need and find a "problem" that doesn't really need to be fixed just to charge more.

Craig's is upfront and honest. They completed the work in a timely manner and did a great job. I highly recommend Craig's!

They checked my thermostat, they checked all around for any carbon monoxide, and I was able to purchase a carbon monoxide detector which I have wanted to do for years! They showed me a humidifier that I didn’t even know existed next to my furnace, and got it working for me. They recommended air duct cleaning companies for me. We talked about air purification systems and products; and they were able to provide some price quotes for me. We also talked about furnace filter care and they included a new filter for my furnace. ...And the list goes on! They were so honest, sincere, and helpful! I honestly felt like they were truly looking out for me! I would highly recommend their services to everyone! And I sincerely appreciate their kindness and going the extra mile for me!

Gary and his team of technicians took care of putting our new furnace and ac in in a timely and professional way. He explained the options clearly and succinctly. The company was able to arrange financing. They came out for the follow-up and everything went smoothly.

Great negotiation for a new furnace and AC unit. Gary did a great job during the installation and answered a lot of my questions.
A few months later I called for a maintenance issue I was having, so Gary came out same day I called, and troubleshot the problem quickly.

Our AC stopped working on Wednesday evening. Brayden came on Thursday and on Friday we had the entire Craig's Services team installing our new AC and Furnace units. Brayden, Gary, Spencer, Luke, Evan, and Howard did an amazing job for us. They were professional, friendly, respectful and they gave great customer service. My husband and I had picked up sandbags from the city and Gary and Howard helped us unload the sandbags and put them in our back yard. They really went the extra mile all the way around. We are so happy we went with Carig's Services and will definitely use them again and again.

We had Craig’s come out after we installed our own thermostat and it wasn’t working correctly. The technicians were nice but they were just there to sell us an AC. Which had nothing to do with what we needed. After seeing the project they quoted us an insane price ($900-$1300) to replace a wire (which took my husband 2 hours and $20 at Lowe’s to replace) and they charged us $80!!! Just to come out and try and sell us something and do nothing for us. Will not call them again for future repairs.

My daughter arranged for Craig's service to check my AC unit and tune it up if necessary. Brayden came promptly and was well mannered and courteous. He was efficient and seemed very knowledgeable. He left with the AC working and gave me the option to prepay for a furnace tune-up in the fall which saved me a bit of money. I appreciated the service and would recommend them to anyone.
