From the beginning, the air duct cleaning team did a fantastic job. Their customer service was friendly and helpful, and scheduling the appointment was very easy. Willie and Sean, the technicians who came to our home, were professional and thorough. They cleaned every vent, duct, and both the supply and return lines, making sure the whole ventilation system was spotless and sanitized. They also took care of our dryer vent, and it was amazing to see how much dust and lint they removed. The service was excellent, and we will definitely call them again when we need air duct cleaning in the future.

The system was designed simply and worked correct am happy with all of the rooms temperatures all zones were great.

Pretty straightforward and as expected...paid for designs, got designs in a reasonable time, had a follow up question or two that was answered in a timely manner. I am happy with the designs and process.

I am an architect and used them and paid the money. After they provided a drawings first they never helped for any questions about their work. Homeowner was frustating about silence to get the project moving forward. Her name was Dana Morley. I will never work with them anymore

Promised time was 3 weeks, they askinf for 100% prepayment, after 1.5 Months they not even answer my E-mails. But answer fast after Paypal dispute was open. Promised me to finish this job in two more days, but later they said : software does not recognize Bard equipment. WebrepsUSA did it for one week and didn't have any problems with Bard equipment

Lucas always a great job for us. We appreciate his willingness to go the extra mile and help us out. We always call him first when we have a furnace issue.

Extremely dishonest. Lies constantly. Installed an AC unit, demanded payment in advance and then refused to send an invoice. Did all he could to avoid having to maintain the unit. Installed a second furnace that was supposed to be new, but was used. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I recently moved into a new home and when the colder weather hit I turned on my furnace only to find it wasn't working. There was a magnet on the unit for Total Service so I called them as they either installed or have worked on the unit in the past. I was told a technician would be out at 11:00 the following morning and the appointment was confirmed by text where I received a reply stating "see you tomorrow." Three days, 4 text messages, and 8 phone calls later I have heard not a peep from anyone. It reeks of a scam in my opinion.

Being a woman I obviously did not know much about what a/c systems-except for the fact that mine was not working!... I spoke to Lucas-did my research and DID call other companies. Total service ended up giving me the best estimate at least 300$ cheaper than the bigger companies. Smaller companies is the way to go! their prices are significantly cheaper, they get you scheduled in asap, and make you feel at ease while in your home!

After calling various HVAC companies, I decided to choose this one based on the fact that Mr. Marcelo was very courteous and on time for the initial BID. Plus it seemed like he understood perfectly what we wanted. We had recently purchased a home that is a tri level and had a cooler with no duct work for the lower level. He got done in about a week's time. Upon completion the first thing I noticed was that the pipe from the furnace was no aligned with the pipe that went up, I told him about it and he said that it was not a problem. As I walked in the home the vents had a strong cold air coming out and felt nice. Ok, i thought everything was perfect so I paid him. Come to find out when my husband came home, the upper level of the home has very LITTLE air coming out, there fore it wont get cold or now that it is cold outside, it wont get hot! he goes into the attic only to find out that the system is leaking air from ALL the joints since they were NOT properly sealed. What is worse is that the issue I brought up when I first walked in... it IS a HUGE issue, that is a way for CARBON MONOXIDE to escape! he exposed my family to carbon monoxide and he knew it and yet happily took my money. PLEASE DO NOT USE this company, not worth it, I refuse to have them come back and do something about their crappy job, I Would rather hire someone else to fix his mistakes.

Just had them replace my furnace, could only be more pleased if I had called them last year when the rebates were higher. I called at least 3 other companies and most wouldn't even give me a quote over the phone, but wanted me to take time off of work so that they could come check it out and then quote. These guys quoted over the phone and the final costs were just what they promised. When I told the other places the price I had from these guys they all but hung up on me. Those that did quote were at least 40% higher. I ended up getting a 95% cheaper than the other places' 80%.

The equipment is not top of the line, but is a respectable brand (Goodman) with warranties as good or better than any of the other places I checked.

Would recommend this to anyone. Saved me $1000-2000! Furnace is very quiet, very efficient. Small family-owned business, but they did great work and got in scheduled in a reasonable time.

Worst workmanship ever. I have a system that is installed by this company and there is multiple issues. The coil drain is not done properly, ducting is extremely undersized and not allowing proper air flow we are constantly freezing up. The returns are laughable due to the way they were installed. Don’t walk away from this company run! My house is a year old I should not be having these type of issues. When I call other companies to fix this screwed up system all they can do is laugh due to poor workmanship.

We had Lucas install a new furnace and two split units in our home. He was very professional and courteous. We felt comfortable with him in our home every time he came. He even made additional trips to make sure the units were working well. We have 3600 sq feet and with temps reaching 95+ degrees, the system he installed has maintained a nice 71 degrees in our home. We could not be more pleased with the service and the product. The price was also lower than what we had been quoted from other companies. We highly recommend this company!
