Casey stopped by to service my old furnace. He was knowledgeable and thorough. He explained everything he was going to do to make sure my furnace was in good shape. Because I am only available after a certain time of the day, they were great working with my schedule, that meant so much! I have found my new furnace maintenance company.

Rocky did a great job installing my new furnace.
He put down drop cloths to keep the area clean, removed the old furnace and cleaned the area where the old furnace had been before bringing the new furnace in.
The new furnace installation was performed professionally and in a timely fashion. Despite the new furnace's smaller form factor, it fits in like a champ after some clever custom duct work he and Semisi performed.
In addition to installing the new furnace Rocky redid the electrical conduit and switch, updated the gasline to be a flex line, added a u-trap and an AC flush access point. He also replaced the breaker in the main panel to meet code.

Carson was on time, polite, and told me upfront that his intention is to ensure that I am happy with his work. He did a fine job and my water heater is back to normal. A friend who used to work for a competitor recommended Blue Best. Will use their services again.

Wish I could give 6 stars. Best hvac ever. Great value, honest, and always demonstrate how much they appreciate my business. Love that they are locally owned not big corporate company.

I’ve loved my new heat pump and furnace that were installed last year. I especially love the maintenance visits where they spend extra time tuning them up. Roger did an absolutely fantastic job today and got my furnace fixed up for hopefully cold temps to come! He even took the time to dust my furnace. I mean come on that’s amazing.

From start to finish, this was a great experience. Casey and Semisi were fabulous. Both worked so thoughtfully throughout the entire day and well into the evening. There did not appear to be even a single detail missed. They explained the new use of our system thorouhly and left our house clean and cared for. We are beyond grateful for their dedication to doing a fabulous job for us!

Had a new heat pump/furnace installed, and Semisi, Kyle, and Nick crushed it. They made everything work in a tight crawl space, were very careful to keep things clean and tidy in the house as they worked, and were super friendly and informative despite spending so much time under my house. I'm a couple weeks in, and the unit is working great. It's been a great experience overall.

My furnace quit working while I was out of town. On Sunday I called three places, you were one of them. Your people have, without exception, been courteous while explaining possible options. Today is the first time I have been able to be home when you came. Roger showed up earlier than I expected, which was good for me. He figured out the furnaces problem and fixed it. I ask a lot of questions because I want to know what to expect from my 10-12 year old furnace. He answered my questions and I feel I can make

We had a good experience with Blue best. My daughter needed 2 heating systems upgraded. The 4 members of the team arrived promptly in 4 trucks and got to work. Rocky was the lead and took responsibility for one unit. Nick and Britton handled the out unit while Semsi worked outside replacing and testing the Heat pump and reconnected the line set. They were kind and courteous, used drop-cloths a kept the area clean. Britton also inspected and sealed some ducts. They finished in one day and at the end she had a much better system. Excellent communication from Tami in the office. Job well done.

Alma was very nice and very knowledgeable on my Noritz tankless water heater. He had a little trouble diagnosing a recirculation problem but immediately reached out to the manufacturer, who finally said the control board was at fault. They sent a replacement board and Alma installed it. I'll be a customer for the future too.

This was an annual Furnace preventive maintenance service. Roger Pay was the technician and went through the whole system and thoroughly explained what he did and exactly how the system is performing. Great personable guy and he’s coming back to do a few upgrades as well. Blue Best is always a pleasure to work with. I would certainly recommend them to my family and friends.

All Did an Excellent job Rocky Nick and Sisieum (my spelling is not right ,sorry . All 3 were fantastic, they explained everything, very efficient , knowledgeable, nice personalities would highly recommend all 3 of them .each one had their own specialty, new water heater install , new air conditioner install, HVAC system installed! No mess was left, everthing was cleaned up .A big job but done right ! Beyond my expectations. Also Marty did great with a quick response coming to see what would be good for our home and work the best

After a new dual fuel heat pump install last year, Roger came out today for my free tune-up. He was very professional, helpful and thorough, showing me how to adjust the heat pump set point (it's not obvious on the thermostat) and walking me through everything he checked. The new system is working well!

The Blue Best Technician, Roger Pay, that serviced our home was excellent! He showed me how he diagnosed my issue and some things to look out for to prevent it from happening again. I told Roger I was interested in learning more about my system, and he was very friendly and allowed me to watch him work while he explained things in a digestible way for a new homeowner like myself.

A couple details I appreciated - the company texted me a picture and short bio of each technician before they arrived - so it made me a little more comfortable letting them into my home. Casey, the first technician that showed, took many pictures and video of the problem and took the time to explain it to us. Knowing we’d be without heat for a couple days till they could install the new heater (the low temps were 17 degrees at night and highs of 27 in the day) - he ran back to pick up a couple of electrical heaters for us to borrow. They also came and installed our humidifier a while back. We’ve had nothing but good experiences with this company and their technicians.

Blue Best was able to come the day after I called to service my standby Briggs & Stratton generator. Casey and Riley called to let me know they were on their way. They were friendly, considerate and overall did a great job! I'd happily use Blue Best again in the future!

Had Blue Best install a whole new HVAC system after we found out the furnace in our home we bought at the bringing of summer 2025 was broken and too old to find replacement parts.
The three technicians that installed most of the system, Kyler, Nick, and Kyle, were very professional to work with and took the time to walk through the project and make sure everything was discussed and understood what we wanted before starting the work. I cannot recommend these guys enough to work with and am very impressed with the pricing, quality of work, and customer service Blue Best provides.

Somewhere along the way in our search for a plumber, we came across Blue Best. I believe we saw it as the Number 1 rated outfit in the state. We took three bids. All were kind, knowledgeable professionals. Blue Best won, by a significant margin. Then came Alma Mccausland. He was such a delight! I had a very big and multifaceted job for him and he patiently ticked through what my options were with each - NEVER trying to sell me anything. Letting me make the choices throughout. He always showed up right when he said he would. And keeping in touch was super important because other contractors were involved so timing was critical. Emails and texts were always returned immediately. Suffice it to say, the work was extraordinary. He left the worksites cleaner than he found them which, WHO DOES THAT? Two of his fellow plumbers had to show up on site for a while when things got rolling, and I'd like to give a shout out to them too: Carson and Shawn. Blue Best is Number 1 for a reason! I'll never use anyone else for plumbing or HVAC work. We are so grateful for finding Blue Best, and particularly, Alma.

Alma and Carson were my technicians. They were professional and very knowledgeable. They took the time to figure out multiple solutions to my problem and provided pricing for each option. Once I picked an option, scheduling the work to be done was easy. The work created a lot of dust in my utility room (they had to cut a hole through brick into my chimney) and they did a good job of cleaning up. Alma made the point that they would not leave until any mess was cleaned up to my satisfaction which was greatly appreciated.

Blue Best Plumbing rescued us from a major mainline sewer clog that backed up to our floor drain in the house. Shawn and Carson snaked the line all the way to the street, cleared the blockage quickly, and then ran a camera inspection to show me exactly what was going on.

What stood out most was their honesty—Shawn explained the issues clearly without any pressure to upsell unnecessary work. Since Blue Best doesn't perform excavation or full line replacements, they had zero incentive to push expensive solutions unless that is what was actually required. Instead, he gave practical recommendations and even suggested reputable companies for services they don't offer (like pipe lining or digging to the street).

Shawn was knowledgeable, patient with all my questions, and genuinely focused on solving the problem. We had full water flow again in no time.
