I have bought every appliance from ADC since my first house. Seven houses later and I have never been disappointed. They have quality appliances without all the pushy, crazy sales people. Plus they service and are happy to come out on a service call and fix your appliances rather than just make you buy new ones. They beat everyone's prices so just go and see for yourself.

Theys guys are great. I hired them to come do a diagnostic on my dishwasher. Not only did they stick around until they figured out the problem, they answered every question I had about other appliances and plumbing issues I had. Very personable and professional.

I was extremely disappointed with the quality of service I received. They had been highly recommended by several of my family members. Now, sadly, they have the lost our business entirely. I wont bore you with the tedious details of my experience, but I can tell you it was unpleasant. I understand the service industry. I also under mistakes are made and crap happens. However, my final straw, was when I had called several times to resolve the issues with my appliance, and was treated very poorly with an extreme lack of customer service each time. They insistently argued with me, were condescending, rude and uncaring. I spoke with 3 different people, and was treated the same way each time. Never once was a resolution suggested or any attempt at helping me with my appliance made. Im sure they are very knowledgeable and talented when it comes to appliances, but their CUSTOMER service is non existent.

You've been warned.

This place has been there a long long time. Very knowledgeable and super helpful. I thought my dishwasher pump might be bad so I pulled if off and took it in there. He took a minute to test it for me and said it was fine. He could have sold me a new one and I wouldn't have known the difference but he didn't. No charge. Love this place!

Quality people. Quality hometown business. Gerald and Dale run a quality home-town business the way it used to be! They give good, honest advice, and have treated me fairly for many years. I have purchased washer/dryer, microwaves, and dishwashers. They sell only quality stuff because they know their reputations matter. I have them fix my appliances, or sell me the parts for my DIY repair projects. Last week I had them fix my very nice KitchenAid over-the-range microwave and convection oven. It was too nice to just replace. They fixed it right. They fixed it quickly. I have all the confidence in the world in these guys and would recommend them highly to purchasers at any price level.

Called them to come out and repair my dishwasher and they were great. The price was fair and he found out that my dishwasher was recalled. So instead of trying to sell me a new one he took the time to help me with the recall. I did end up getting a new on but had to buy it straight from the factory because of the recall. We did have them I stall it for us and it's been great since. Please use them if you need a repair.

Called, they told me where to look so I could get the correct replacement and it took me minimum time to get the piece I needed. He also explained how to replace it, especially safety measures to take. Will definitely come back for any other issues with my Jenn-Air range.

Loved working with them! They ordered exactly what I wanted and for a very fair price and it came quick and install was quick! Great and honest company!

We've bought a washer in the past and just recently bought a dryer from them. They are great to bounce questions off of and we've gone with their suggestions on our purchases, thankfully. The Speed Queens we have are amazing. I'm glad they talked us out of the more expensive, but not as good in our opinion, front load washer. Really friendly guys, willing and wanting to help.

I'm not sure who we worked with but he was so knowledgeable. I think he was the owner of the shop. We had heard about the speed queen washer and how great they were but didn't know exactly why. He was able to tell us all the details in depth and sold us on it! I'm sure they are knowledgeable about all the other appliances too. It seemed by the way he talked, he eat, sleeps, breaths appliances. All speed queens are sold at a set price so it's worth supporting a small business. Plus they will take your old appliance off your hands with your purchase!

We bought our new washer and dryer from Appliance Discount Center and I would recommend them to anyone!! They delivered it to my home first thing in the morning and were right on time. They had some issues with the instal because my house had some issues. They fixed the problems in no time and we’re e so pleasant and efficient. Gerald and his team are amazing! Thank you

My 19 year old dryer broke and I knew I wanted a Speed Queen. Gerald was knowledgable and it was a no-hassle sales experience for me. They had what I needed in stock and went out of there way to deliver early in the morning so I could have a working dryer soon and before Christmas! I highly recommend.

These are just honest, straightforward people to work with. Whether it's a new appliance, a repair, or a part, they will not steer you wrong. They are great at advising you on repairs if you're a do-it-yourself person. I love my new dishwasher--it was a great deal. They've helped me for 25 yrs. They earn and deserve your business.

Bought Brand new speed queen dryer and washer 6 months ago. Dryer now not drying clothes with no heat…already had repairmen out once, guess we will call them again…shouldn’t break twice in 6 months for how much they cost. I’ll be buying big box on the next set.

I called ADC about an issue with our fridge not cooling properly, and they sent out a technician that same day. He quickly diagnosed the issue, but had to order a part. I was expecting to be without the fridge for several days, but two days later, they called and had the part. The technician came out that day and installed the part. Fridge is running great now. Great service. Very honest, and very reasonably priced. This was much cheaper than buying a new fridge, and much less hassle. Appointments were all on time. Definitely will call them for any other appliance issues.

We are customers of long standing and have always had good experiences with ADC. We had an appliance repair gentleman around 2/27/23 to look at our dishwasher, bought from you (Maytag with a 10-year warranty), that developed a leak we were having trouble identifying. He did some things that ultimately did not solve the problem and charged us around $167. In fact, the leak grew worse. 3 days ago, we decided to get aggressive and see if we could determine ourselves where the leak was coming from. This was fairly easy once we pulled the kick panel off. We do not think ADC's repair guy bothered to run the dishwasher, but we tried running it empty and had an answer in less than 5 minutes. We videoed the leak and emailed the video to the address ADC gave us.

We have not yet heard from anyone from ADC. We figured with a video in hand, someone would at least call and say they got the vid and recognized the general area the leak was coming from (it looks like it's from a very specific part). If we had not called this morning, I doubt we would have heard because the best they could do was say our serviceman had left for the day (Friday) and would not be back until Monday. When at this rate, no one even then would have bothered to contact us. This is not acceptable. We're having to run our dishwasher with a cake plate under the leak so we can have clean dishes. This leak has affected the laminate flooring we have in the kitchen, and, while that's not their job, the longer this leak goes on, the worse that eventual repair will be. We'd like at least the feeling that ADC is taking this repair and its complete failure seriously.

Purchased an Amana washer for $499.00. The same washer was advertised at Lowes for $622.00 "on sale" for $499.00. Service at Appliance Discount Center exceptionally professional and helpful. I highly recommend them.

Called and was told that if they came out and looked at my dryer there would be a service fee, but if I took it in they would look at it quick. So 45 min drive in with the dryer and they still charged me a $60 service fee? Why did I drive it in then? What a joke! Drove back today to pick it up and maps states they are open until 6 pm. Nope. They close at 5 pm. Awesome. So a 45 min drive back home to pick it up tomorrow.
