Had a basement & bathroom remodel done. It was so refreshing to work with a contractor who shows up when they say they will. Our job was completed earlier then we expected and they even worked through a holiday. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of work and our new basement.

I had three small to medium load bearing walls removed and replaced with a recessed support beam. Greg was very responsive and professional. He communicated well before, during, and after the job. His quote was fair and accurate. And most importantly, the end result is amazing! I'm very glad I chose to work with this team- they know what they're doing!

We needed a steel beam put in our basement and later a metal post. Load Bearing Pros gave me a bid, showed up on time, helped me when more structural support was needed, and didn’t screw around. I was nervous but 1,000% these guys knew what they were doing (it was obvious they could do the work in my house in their sleep).
