I love working with Steven, the owner of Poolwerx. I recommend him when someone is asking about pool and hot tub needs! I find that I can always count on getting an honest opinion from Poolwerx.

Pool Werx is by far the best pool servicing company in the industry. Their knowledge coupled with their work ethic sets them apart from everyone else. Every time I open my pool cover I know I’m going to find clean warm water to enjoy with my Family. Highly recommend Pool Werx.

I have been through several pool companies over the last 2 years trying to find someone who is both responsive and knows what they are doing. Finally found a good fit for us! He's been able to help with a few problems on our old pool and keep it running smoothly

We had problems with our swim spa during the coldest part of the 2023-2024 winter. Poolwerx staff responded immediately (within hours, not days) and stabilized the system so it didn’t freeze while repair parts were obtained. In spite of a complex repair I’m really pleased with how we were treated!

Poolwerx is the best for pool opening/closing and weekly maintenance! They are extremely helpful and responsive and they have taken care of our questions and concerns quickly. They've done a fantastic job keeping our pool ready to swim in this summer. I highly recommend them!

Poolwerx was able to open and clean our pool on a weekend before a party when our previous company no showed twice and then didn’t get the pool clean enough for use. We used them all summer and had a great experience. They were on schedule every week, very communicative and friendly. We will continue to use them for our hot tub and pool services!

I was impressed that Mervyn contacted me through a text over the weekend and I was able to make an appointment with him within a couple days. He explained the price of everything which I appreciate it. Now I hope he can fix the problem. 🤞

What a relief to find a great pool company. Fabulous careful service. Good communication-they noticed and fixed a hole in the cover. They come regularly and the office responds to questions. In kthe pool world their service and communication really stands out.

Steve and his team are so helpful and trustworthy! They are upfront about cost and even offered to show me how to do some things to save money! They always shut the gates when they leave, communicate issues, and even send pictures when they clean it. They will be here again in the summer to open my pool!

Punctual and very attentive to every need. Seth explained things to me I had no idea about. He was patient while I was able to absorb the information. They always return calls and answer texts promptly. I look forward to the continued relationship. I highly recommend the services they offer.

I live in far west valley and they made multiple trips to my home, to clean and open our pool. Steve was amazing to correspond with and make everything go smooth. The workers were polite and professional when coming to my home. They were meticulous and efficient, and a pleasure to have here at our home. They made our pool spotless and balanced the chemicals. I even had them install a wall skimmer on my above ground pool. The pricing was fair and clearly understood. I received invoices in my email and never had to go into the store. I highly recommend having these guys work on your pool for you!

Have been super Helpful when we have to diagnose pump issues. And they are able to take care of all my pool and hot tub issues. They’ve cleaned my spa and helped diagnose electrical issues as well.

I needed a hot tub inspection fast and these guys got me in just in time! They went above and beyond filling and treating an empty hot tub and making sure it was working right. The price was good too! Highly recommend.

Gave them a 5 star about 9 months ago. Had a problem with a valve. Instead of hitting me up with a service call, they gave me easy directions how to fix. Super honest vendors. Highly recommended--July 2025.
If I could give 10 stars-I would. We have a nice house in Park City and anytime I would get a quote for any repairs--it 's always overpriced and usually the company quoting is not as knowledgeable as they claim. Several bad experiences on this one.
Pool heater needed work and the last company recommended $2000 worth of repairs-that would not have worked, and not even remotely related to the issue.
Called other pool places-but unresponsive or crazy prices.
Poolwerx came out, gave an estimate to repair or replace. No hard sell---game me pros and cons of both options.
I picked to replace, the quote was more than fair---and they did an excellent job. Pointed out other items that we should be aware of to fix-but again-no selling---just educating me.
Will never use anyone else---and I suggest the same for anyone with a pool

The person working at the store is friendly but overall, this store does not follow through with what they say. I was told I would be emailed a quote with pricing for weekly maintenance on my pool. Never received anything. I was also told they would also be able to work on some upgrades for my pool. Received the run around a few times over the phone and was finally told I should receive a call to get added to their schedule. We waited and waited. No one ever contacted us. Tired of waiting we've been doing the job ourselves. We have also gone into the store to pick up supplies but they have often been out of stock. I wanted to like this place but not worth it.

Do NOT give Poolwerx your business or money.

I signed a contract with this company in late May for biweekly hot tub maintenance at a property in Morgan. The contract explicitly states that a deep clean and fill were included as part of the service every three months. Their office manager, LeeAnn, relentlessly called me multiple times a day just to collect payment information—but after that, it was radio silence.

I called multiple times the week following remitting my payment information and contract to LeeAnn to confirm when their first service would be scheduled. Despite finally confirming service would begin the week of June 9, no one showed up. Fast forward to the last week of June, and I finally get a text from a technician stating he couldn't service the hot tub because he "didn't have enough time." Excuse me?

Then someone named Seth texts me claiming there was a "mix-up" and that filling the hot tub isn't included in their regular service. Seth then assures me a tech will come out Friday. Then it’s pushed to Monday. When I follow up on Tuesday, he tells me no one was sent because he "never received confirmation." Are you kidding me? He then proceeds to tell me that I'd be better suited for a local company that can accommodate my timeframes better.... My timeframe was what was agreed upon in their contract... any day of the week during the entire month of June would have sufficed!

This company is an unorganized DISASTER!!! They are quick to take your money and even quicker to disappear when it’s time to actually do their job. The level of incompetence, miscommunication, and complete disregard for client agreements is astounding.

If you value your time, money, or sanity—run the other way. Poolwerx is nothing but a hot mess.

Pool Werx is awesome! We stopped by to ask some questions - they were super knowledgeable, had all the products we needed in the store, and they treated us like family. They are honest, trustworthy, and do business the right way.

Addison is awesome. I had to use my tape measure to verify the seal i needed for my pump. Her and another employee took the time to look up the correct part and i left my tape measure by mistake. A week later i went back and she remembered me and had my name on my tool. Honest people with good intentions. This is my new pool store.

Leeann was great! Very helpful and knowledgeable. She deserves a raise! And no, I am not related to her or her friend!
