Brigham heating and air has always been amazing to work with. They always give me the straight forward information and they always are making sure my system is cared for and running correctly. Andy was very attentive and told me what was of concern and what we are watching for. And as always gives me tips to better keep my system healthy.

Andy and Van were my technicians. Very punctual and polite. Did a very thorough job and explained their findings in a way that I could understand. Hope they are my technicians next year! Thanks guys.

I just had two fantastic technicians at my home! Andy and Van were quick, thorough and friendly at my tune up appointment. Best of all, I was alerted when they were on their way and the two of them arrived on time! I really appreciate that - especially within the service industry! I am a loyal customer of this company because they are always professional and address the needs of my home completely.

Andy came out to install a new thermostat in my home , he was very informative abt all my options and friendly and very knowledgeable with everything I will definitely be using this company in the future

Andrew did a great job getting us back up and running again. He was able to replace all my fried components and get my dinosaur A/C back on it's feet... Hopefully giving us a few more years before having to replace it. Thank you for not going straight to "new machine" talk, but pushed to get what I had working.

Andy from Brigham Heating and Cooling did a great job with my tune-up. He was on time, friendly, and thorough, making sure everything was running smoothly. After he finished, he took the time to explain what he had done and what I should keep an eye on, which I really appreciated. No pressure, no upselling—just honest, professional service. I’d definitely recommend him if you need heating or cooling work done.

Had them come out and replace a/c and furnace. Older home, so they updated some of the ductwork as well. Jared, Van, Andy, and Samson were all very professional. Kept me informed and did a great job. Left things very clean. Thanks guys!!!

I called Brigham City Heating and Cooling because my HVAC was not cooling efficiently. I was connected with Brit, who was just fantastic! She walked me through some simple troubleshooting steps that led me to find that my evaporator coils were completely frozen! See picture below. I turned off my system to allow this to thaw. It turns out that I took too long to replace my air filter, which prevented effective airflow to these coils. I am very optimistic that my system will be back to 100% after these coils thaw out. Thanks so much to Brit for her amazing customer service. Change your filters people!!

Andrew was Great & so informative. I really appreciate him coming with short notice as well as adding a new thermostat just because I wanted a new one. Thank again Andrew!

Andrew was professional and knowledgeable. He didn’t waste any time and got straight to work identifying the issue and resolving it quickly. He even dealt with my nosy German Shepherd. I highly recommend!!

Brigham Heating & Cooling is our go-to for HVAC help!! They respond quickly, are professional, and very competent. Andy helped us get the heat in our house going again this month; he communicated every step/option with us and was careful about respecting our home.

We called because our wifi programmable thermostat wasn't working properly and it was getting very cold in the house each morning. Andrew figured out the problem had us order an adapter for it. He came out and installed it the next day. He also serviced our furnace. Everything is working well now. The price was very acceptable. We will be having him back to service the air-conditioning this spring.

We still have the original furnace from when the house was built (over 30 years ago). It has needed minor repairs over the years, but has continued to run well.
We were having an issue with the furnace turning on and staying on. We called Brigham Heating & Cooling on a Sunday night and they were here the following morning. Our concern was due to the age of the unit, we were going to be told it couldn’t be repaired and be strong-armed into buying a new one.

Trevor showed up within the timeframe given. After a thorough inspection, he communicated various pricing points for different scenarios. He was efficient with the repair and tune up. Most importantly, he was honest; even though the unit is old, we didn’t need to replace it now.

Andy was prompt, extremely courteous, and knowledgeable. He ensured all of my questions were answered and recommended improvements we could make to keep our system running well. I will continue to use Brigham heating and cooling!
