Andrew came today to service my heating and also placed a new thermostat for me. He went above and beyond thoroughly explaining everything every step of the way. He was a pleasure to work with a great asset to the company.

Andy was awesome! He was very thorough and proficient explaining the particulars of the inspection. He was also very nice and patient with my dog and foster dogs. I have been with Brigham Heating & Cooling since 2013 and they have been a great company to work with.

I can't say enough good things about Brigham Heating and Cooling, Inc. The reason I chose them in the first place is because of the exceptional care they provided my father for many years. When I bought his house, there was no question who I'd trust with the heating and cooling — the loyalty and quality service they showed him made that decision easy.

Recently I had their team out, and the experience was outstanding. Andy, Cole, Jordan, Jared, Van, and Samson were all fantastic. Their attention to detail was immediately apparent — they genuinely wanted everything done right, not just done fast. You could tell they take pride in their work and have a real desire to make every job the best it can be. They were all incredibly friendly, worked together seamlessly, and honestly seemed to enjoy what they do. That kind of energy and teamwork makes a real difference.

Cole even found a problem with another companies installation of a continuous water heater and fix it for me.

I'm also a proud member of their member club, which has been a great way to keep my equipment running in tip-top shape year-round. It gives me peace of mind knowing my system is well-maintained and that I have a team I trust just a phone call away.

After 26 years, it was time to replace my AC and relocate a new unit off my patio. After careful consideration, the choice was to run a new line to the north end of my house, some 30 plus feet away. Andy, Jared, Van and Jordan were amazing in the process.
They did a surperb job and were very clean while working on the project. It required a lot of inside and outside work. The outside line was neatly covered as protection and aesthetics. See images.

Great service from Van, Andy, and Jared . Even though our furnace was only 5 years old, it was always loud and often turned off frequently while heating. They developed a solution that for the first time our furnace is quiet and very efficient. Highly recommended them if you have heating and cooling issues. They are very friendly and get things done quickly and professionally.

Never show up on our schedule. If this business want to be professional accountability, reliability and then be show up, as a professional. No calls or anything to inform. I find it not appreciated, but I wouldn't hire them anyway. Who knows, I might hire you and pay you, but not gonna happen. What a waste my time to search and find the plumbing near me. Not cool
