We have been utilizing Roberts service for years now. One winter we had an issue and Robert was busy so we called another contractor for help. They told us we needed a new furnace, We ask Robert to verify it being necessary. He came and repaired it and charged very minimal to do it. That was over 5 years ago and furnace runs to this day. He is more than fair, and will surely do you a great job

10/10 would recommend! Our ac went out and we had called a few companies to see if anyone could fix it. Everyone was out a week or more and it was in the high 90’s. Roberts was also a few days out. So we were just going to buy a part and attempt to fix it ourselves. Robert was around our neighborhood and stopped by the same day we called, and didn’t want to leave us all weekend in the heat. He was quick and so kind to be able to hurry and fix it. We are so grateful for him! Definitely would recommend him!

We have been using Robert Heating & Cooling since 2020, and I can confidently say that Robert has earned our complete trust and loyalty. After dealing with a nightmare experience through our home insurance—where we were forced to use Jaxon from Total Air Control—we were left stressed, exhausted, and without AC for far too long.

We were originally told our thermostat was the issue, that our Google Nest “wouldn’t work,” and that we needed to buy an Ecobee. After paying multiple service fees, getting excuse after excuse, and waiting weeks for any real answers, we were told we needed an entirely new AC unit costing anywhere from $10,000–$30,000. Meanwhile, our home sat at 90–100 degrees, leading to many sleepless, miserable nights.

At that point, we decided to stop dealing with the insurance company and called Robert directly—and thank goodness we did. Even though he was booked out, he still made time to come take a look. Within one visit, he was able to diagnose the real issue: our unit simply needed to be rewired. No scare tactics, no upselling, no unnecessary charges. Just honesty and real expertise.

When winter came and our heater stopped working, Robert was once again there for us. He quickly identified the issue with the motor and fixed it without any hassle.

Robert is honest, hardworking, reliable, and incredibly knowledgeable. He doesn’t take advantage of people, and he truly cares about helping his customers. We are forever grateful for everything he has done for our home.
