Genuine Comfort Heating and Air is amazing! I have had Wayne Rappleye and many of his employees in my home and office on multiple occasions and I trust them to be there with my wife, kids and employees without me being present. The repairs they performed were done competently, they cleaned up after themselves, and they were courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Super impressed with Wayne and his installers! We wanted to switch out our electric cooktop with a gas one and the only place in our house without a gas line connection was in our kitchen, of course. Wayne came out quickly to give us a quote, he was friendly and professional and arrived during the time window he committed to. We also got three other quotes for the exact same work. Genuine Comfort's quote was substantially more affordable than the others so we hired them to run a new line for our new gas cooktop and also had them make some modifications to the gas line in our equipment room so it wasn't running across the front of our furnace (gotta love old homes). The installers arrived on time and were incredibly friendly and professional (even when dealing with project challenges) and despite the project taking a bit longer than expected the price paid was the price quoted. Genuine Comfort did an incredible job end-to-end and we couldn't be more pleased with what we paid and the quality of their work. We would recommend this company without hesitation!

Wayne was super helpful planning out the systems and details with me without making me feel rushed. He was professional and patient. This is the second project he's helped us with and the first was just as smooth. The installers were clean, professional, quick and respectful. They had to move the condensing unit to another side of the house and run new lines for everything. They made minimal holes in the drywall and got everything through our crazy 50 year old ceiling. I felt like there wasn't anything they couldn't do and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Everything runs so much better and efficiently now.

I had Brian and BJ install gas lines for a gas cooktop and a gas fireplace. I couldn't be more impressed with their work and professionalism. They completed a very difficult job within a business day and made sure that I was happy and my wife was happy before they left. They were friendly, personable, and did an excellent job cleaning up after the job. I have to admit when I received the bid (which was way lower than my other bid) I was nervous, but I can assure you they are professional and cheap! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thanks guys!

Wayne is excellent and we highly recommend him. He was able to come out after hours and evaluate our furnace that didn't seem to be igniting properly. He walked us through the issue, and showed us step by step how we can resolve it ourselves if it happens again. In addition, he offered us advice on maintenance and filter types to prolong the life of our furnace. Wayne has been servicing my parents hvac system for the past few years, and now as new homeowners we are so grateful that we have a reliable company that we too can rely on.

We have used Genuine Comfort for a number of years and I couldn't be happier with them! I phoned just this morning and Annette was able to get Brian out here before noon to check things out. The problem was solved in a short period of time and the house is very cool now! Had they not been able to come out today Annette would have had a portable room air conditioner brought out. In my opinion Genuine Comfort goes beyond what they have to in order to keep customers happy and comfortable and I appreciate them immensely!!

Brian and Ryan from Genuine Comfort installed a new gas line for a fireplace in my house. Their service was excellent. They taught me about the setup of the gas line in my 100-year-old house and answered any questions I had with a great deal of knowledge and experience. I even learned a couple new things about my house that I didn't know before. And most importantly, they made sure things were up to code (including updating previous work that was done by someone else before we bought the house). I'd definitely recommend their services.

I have had Brian D and Tom work on my house and both far exceeded my expectations. They went beyond the basic service and bid needed. They took the time to make sure I understood every detail of what they were doing and how I could stay on top of maintenance myself - they even did this with equipment they weren't there to service! They made my kids feel comfortable watching and involved them as appropriate. I can't say enough good about the people and service at Genuine Comfort.

Wayne and DJ are great to work with! Wayne came out within an hour of our first call. Even though he couldn't get the part until the next morning, he made sure that they got to it as soon as possible. DJ was on time the next morning and worked quickly to fix our broken AC unit. The price was fair and he was super friendly. I would definitely recommend these guys if you need service!

We have used Genuine Comfort for many different things. They helped us get all our vents right in our basement (ran new lines, added cold air returns, etc). They have come out in the middle of summer when a kid pulled out a wire from my AC unit and we needed to get it fixed. And just today Ryan shuffled things around to come fix my furnace. We woke up to a cold house and needed help--I do not handle the cold well! He is awesome! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Thanks Ryan for keeping my house warm!!!

I received 4 different bids to replace my furnace and heater, and Genuine Comfort offered the Carrier brand products I wanted at a very fair price. What really put them over the top though, was the friendly, honest, attentive service. I could tell that they were performing the best possible installation for our needs, even with a tight installation location. Highly recommended for any HVAC needs.

We recently used Genuine Comfort to install a gas line into our kitchen to replace our electric oven with a gas oven. We also had them extend the line to our deck so we could connect our grill. Brian Dragon did the estimate and the installation (and gave us the idea to extend to the deck) and we were extremely pleased. He was very knowledgeable and professional and just a really good guy. The install turned out great and the whole experience was terrific. I would whole heartedly recommend these guys. Five stars!!

We decided to go with Genuine Comfort for our new furnace and A/C because we felt, out of all of the companies we called for estimates, that Wayne was truly concerned about helping us get what would be best for us and not just in selling us the most expensive units on the market. He listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. When it came time for the install, they were very timely and professional. They charged us exactly what they had estimated it would cost and not a penny more. We also really liked that they offered a two year warranty on the labor, every other company we contacted only offered a one year warranty on the labor. All in all, we were very impressed and would happily recommend Genuine Comfort to anyone and will be using them in the future for anything else we may need!

I can't give enough praise to Genuine Comfort and all the staff there. We needed an entire new Heating & AC system as ours was 16 years-old and I did A LOT of research and calling around for estimates & advice. Tony answered dozens of questions that I had and never tried to upsell me. He replied quickly to multiple texts and phone calls and followed up with me often without being pressuring. He gave me an incredible deal for a great system (and believe me, I did my research!) and I couldn't be more pleased. The team that came out to install (Mark, Konnor & Ryan) were professional, curteous and quick. They laid down liners to protect my carpet and kept me in the loop of what they were doing and how long it would take. They were friendly and great at thier work...what more could I ask for?! We're happy with our system and especially happy with the value! And then to get a 'thank you' in the mail from them several days later? This company has my business :).

When I called to get my air conditioner repaired, they sent me a person to repair it the next morning. He knew exactly what he was doing and fixed it in no time at all. He also gave me advice regarding my filters, which I have no knowledge about. It was so helpful. Then I had another person come to give me a new thermostat and he was also very nice and very helpful. They couldn't be nicer and more professional. I will recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much!

I also had to call again because I had another issue and I had John come to my home to look at my air conditioner. He was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He fixed the air conditioner and got it working within minutes. I was so impressed by his knowledge and the time he took to make sure it was working before he left my home. Thank you John! This is a great company!!!

What a great experience! Building an addition on our home I only had a couple good experiences with contractors and only 1 I would take the time to recommend on social media (Genuine Comfort). They handled all aspects of heating and cooling and showed up when they said they would, and better yet were flexible when other contractors didn't show up.

It started off with Tony. He seemed to understand what I wanted. He listened and gave smart and honest suggestions. He was in contact throughout the entire process and was very helpful. I never felt rushed.

Mark and Mac did the install. We were changing locations of the furnace and adding an A/C unit. They worked hard and got it done with as little mess as possible. They kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. I would not have any issues with them coming back to do more work in the future. Very easy to work with.

Brian was sent over to fix the gas line. Since the furnace had been moved the gas line needed to be adjusted. He came in and ended up spending more time on it than he expected. He ended up running it a bit different to make it work perfect rather than just scab it together. It turned out perfect. He was very nice and easy to work with.

Everything looks clean and professional. We are very happy.

Genuine Comfort was contracted by my fireplace installer to add a gas line to our 93 year old home to supply the new fireplace. When Brian arrived for the initial inspection, I shared that I wanted to retain the aesthetic of our home and asked if we could find an option that would avoid running a gas line across the front of the house. He was happy to look at the options with me and explain the pros and cons of each. We finally settled on a great solution that I would have never considered that was sure to keep the line neatly hidden. Brian was back today for the install with another member of the Genuine Comfort team. These guys were EARLY, got the job done quickly, and were smiling and friendly the entire time. Not to mention that the visible work that they left behind is an example of true craftsmanship. The finished product is better than I had imagined without any need for plaster or drywall repair. Every person I have interacted with at Genuine Comfort has been a true professional and a pleasure to work with. Highly Recommended!
