I have waited over a month trying to get my heat pump fixed by another company. I finally called Salmon and in came Kevin and Brigham. They fixed it in 2 days! They were professional , efficient, friendly and explained things thoroughly. Their prices were straight up and not convoluted with all sorts of additional prices.
To top it off, I paid less than half what I would have had to pay the other company. My heat pump works like it's brand new. Wow! I am going to stick with Salmon and they're fine staff.

Honest and reliable are the 2 words that come to mind!

I have been having Salmon come out and do a AC and Furnace checkup for a few years now. It’s always good to catch any potential issues before heavy demand becomes necessary.

We contacted Salmon in the morning when we noticed our AC wasn't cooling. The tech,Wade, was here this afternoon at the earliest time we were given. He checked the system, told us what it could be, and that's what it was. A quick trip to the shop for a part, quick install and done. Friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!

It was all good! Jarom was personable and informative. You could tell he knew his stuff. He was also very professional and cared about doing a great job but also saving the customer money by not taking more time than was needed to do the job.

Excellent professional impression upon the first visit. Took the time to listen then gave valuable recommendations that would improve my air flow in my home.

Our air conditioning went out in the summer because of a mistake made by a different company installing some wires. The technician they sent out promptly first thing the next morning, who began Work and worked all day to fix the issue which was challenging. Technician Jarom Tasker not only was professional, and did an excellent job staying on task, and working until the problem was fixed. But he also helped take pictures, and submit an email to the company that caused the problem to help me with getting a reimbursement.

I had an awesome experience with Salmon HVAC from start to finish. They were responsive, professional, and showed up exactly when they said they would. The techs were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what needed to be done without trying to upsell me on anything I didn’t need.

We have used Salmon HVAC for our home HVAC needs for many years. They are true professionals and never disappoint. They don't mess around with those gimicky buy-this-get that ads. They just offer quality products for reasonable prices and have experienced employees install them. We highly recommend them.

I called Salmon HVAC this morning because my air conditioner went out and by 2pm that same day. Brandon at Salmon HVAC had it fixed. Brandon was awesome and certainly knows his stuff. I can’t thank Salmon HVAC and Brandon enough for such a quick fix, especially in 90+ degree heat!

These guys are awesome!! Tyler and Colton got me up and running really quick. These guys are through, they make sure everything is good and your 6 taken care of. These guys always get my business.

Our 25-year old furnace and fan went out a few weeks ago. 95 degrees outside. Not good. Called Salmon HVAC and they scheduled an appointment same day. Brandon came over, very helpful. Gave us a couple options for solutions. We chose to replace the furnace. (original AC was replaced a few years ago.) They installed a few days later. Easy to work with. Kind. Never felt like they were trying to get us to spend money we didn't need to spend.

Furnace was installed on a Friday. There was one hiccup that we noticed on Saturday. I was concerned that we wouldn't be able to get help until Monday. I called, sent to VM but was given a text option. I texted. A tech was at our house in less than two hours on a Saturday! Fixed the issue. No charge. All good.

I'd highly recommend this local company over all the other massive HVAC conglomerates.

It's December 18, 2025 just before 8 am in Brigham City on the freeway. Your guys shouldn't be doing 90 in a 75 while tailgating and being aggressive. Definitely not a good look when your company name is all over your vehicles. This was a white GMC truck
