I hired them to do HVAC four our basement. From giving the estimates to completing work, everything was completed in a timely manner and with great quality.

The absolute best HVAC service! I have been doing business with them for over 20 years. They just installed a new air conditioning unit with a heat pump. The price was extremely reasonable and the install was perfect! They also helped us process the rebates. JC, Eric, roman, kalii, and Toby were amazing. I like how they take time to explain everything. Like how our ac needed to be brushed down. We didn't know but it really needed it. They also taught me if I want to keep up on it myself. I don't really want to but I should.

JC and the team at High Country have been great to work with, ever since we moved in to our home in 2007. 18 years later- they recently switched out our AC/furnace and made the process easy and headache free! Over the weekend, my air conditioner started leaking in the middle of a brutal heatwave here in Clinton, Utah. I reached out to High Country HVAC (installer of my unit initially) and was immediately impressed by how responsive they were. Even though my appointment was originally scheduled a few days out, they made my situation a priority and were able to fit me in much sooner.

JC, the manager, was extremely helpful and professional, keeping me updated throughout the process. The technicians (Rhys/Mike) who came out were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient — they quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue without any hassle.

I’m incredibly grateful for their quick response and top-tier service during a very stressful time. Highly recommend High Country HVAC to anyone in need of HVAC help, especially when it matters most!

I've now had High Country HVAC come to my house twice for service calls and they've been nothing but fantastic to work with. They weren't the company to install our current system, but they have done more to help it than the original installer has.

This most recent time, they actually helped us fix a problem that some other company caused when they came to clean our ducts. So much debris got dislodged during the cleaning that it clogged up our secondary heat exchanger because the boneheads took out our furnace filter during the cleaning.

Paul came in, was able to diagnose the problem, and painstakingly cleaned the exchanger. We've never had better air flow.

They took the time to answer my questions and make sure I understood 1) what my options were, 2) what they were doing, and 3) how to avoid having repairs in the future. When the time eventually comes to replace our furnace or AC system, I won't even think twice-- I'm calling them.

We just had our HVAC system replaced thru High Country HVAC and we highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs. Everyone at High Country is friendly, helpful and courteous. JC came out and walked us thru our options and provided us with proposals based on our wants and needs, he even recommended some things that we hadn’t thought of. Dillon and JP installed our system, they take great pride in the quality of their workmanship and it shows. While replacing an HVAC system isn’t something a homeowner looks forward to, our experience was a very pleasant surprise from the service to the equipment. Our overall experience with High Country was Excellent.

The capacitor on my AC actually cought fire on my 20 year old system. We decided to upgrade the entire AC and Furnace system since the AC was unrepairable. I solicited 3 quotes and although there was another quote comparable to High Country HVAC's quote, their professionalism and responsiveness won me over! Am I'm sure glad I went with them. JC is kind and very educating. He even filled out all my rebate paperwork for me, making everything a breeze. Toby and Josh installed the system. They worked very long hours the first day in order to ensure we had working AC that first night. It was also this first day of install that we unexpectedly found out we would need to put our dog down the following day. We chose in home euthanasia, which ended up being on the second day of our install. Toby was incredibly kind and accommodating. He made sure they were out of the house and gave us much needed space during that difficult event. I am very grateful for that. Id recommend High Country for any new install or repair service.

These guys are best in class and their techs are very knowledgeable. They installed a top tier AC, furnace, and heating unit (heat pump). In addition they put in a humidifier and air purifier. The technology installed with my unit is excellent and very user friendly. Did you know the thermostat can adjust by which rooms are occupied? Awesome feature!

We had a new furnace and heat pump installed. High Country HVAC is an excellent company to do business with. JC is professional, knowledgeable and great to work with. The installation team (Josh and Toby) did an excellent job. They were on time, personable, knowledgeable and. cleaned up the job area. The job was scheduled to take 2 days. The furnace was functioning at the end of day 1 and the team finished early afternoon the second day.
