Awesome they came on the same Friday our furnace igniter went out and had it fixed by that afternoon. Jarom our tech was great and informative of potential future issues but respected our decision to wait until our 23 year old furnace had bigger issues to replace it.

They are not pushy, and explained things really well and we're very patient with questions. I also felt they helped me make the right choice for my home (they didn't just try to get us to buy the priciest system).
I would definitely recommend them!

Brian was very knowledgeable, thorough and polite as he looked through our project and gave us a bid. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism as we talked about the details of the work that needed to be done.

Jarom is a very pleasant and very knowledgeable person. He gave us great advice on how to maintain a comfortable temperature on all three levels by opening all the vents and putting the thermostat on "fan" so that it's constantly running. He said that would help the unit last longer. Salmon HVAC is fortunate to have him as an employee!!

We had a fuel line that was linking and Jarom was so thorough in getting the problem fixed, even with difficult sizing of the pipe and a very tight space to work in. I would absolutely trust Jarom to address any issues. He was kind, professional and very thorough.

I called Salmon HVAC this morning for a quote on a project and I was contacted back immediately. Prompt friendly service and professional detailed work. We’ve used Salmon HVAC for years and won’t go anywhere else.

Our house is an odd shape tall. The top floor in the summer is very hot, basement freezing. We opted for a mini split. It wasn't cheep, but I took the quote from Salmon and put it in chatgpt to evaluate it. I recommend, just upload the whole pdf and ask if it's fair. The result we got back was..."[this] is a fair market price, especially given Daikin’s reputation and the scope of work.
If you’re happy with the contractor’s reputation and warranty backing, there’s no red flag in the pricing here." So we did move forward with it. It's been just under a month. The room is great and cool, and the air pushes down through the home. We use our other main ac less now. Total power usage, is actually down about 10% the 2nd half of the month, and 15% from July last year to July this year (yes, I did the detailed math).

Salmon was great to work with. We have a new construction home. The HVAC system has not worked properly since we moved in. We finally called Salmon to come out and looked at it. Tyler came out and did a great job. He not only diagnosed the issue, but also arranged a call with various parties to take care of it. Net, net the vendor will replace the defective part and the original vendor will install it for free. Tyler, and Salmon, definitely went above and beyond to help us. These guys are good!

Salmon HVAC is a stand up company and I can't recommend them enough. I am a local General Contractor and have used them on multiple projects. Their employees are knowledgeable and take the time to do things right which I appreciate. I will definitely use them in the future!

High Country HVAC did a great job getting us set up with a new heat pump and furnace. They were professional, honest, and I would highly recommend them. They were in and out in one day for replacing our worn out system, and cleaned up after themselves.

We had a wonderful experience with High Country HVAC. Mike was so helpful and honest when it came to switching out our broken thermostat. We have signed up for annual maintenance with the company because Mike made us feel at ease, and we trust him.

The guys from High Country have always been courteous and professional every time I have used them for service. Whether it's routine checks on my HVAC system to repairs or installs, they have never tried to upsell me on additional services or installs. I cant recommend then enough!

I had been using another company for years that has been bought out and didn't realize they were all paid on commission. With this other company we had our system in for just outside of the warranty period and they said we need a new entire system 30k. These guys came out checked it, it all looks fine. The last company said we needed a new thermostat. These guys looked at the settings and showed me how to fix it in about 30 seconds. Great company I will go back

If you’re looking for a new HVAC company or debating who to use on a repair, tune up, new install, upgrade/replacement, etc. look no further. JC at High Country HVAC is among the very very best you could hope for. An organizations true character (or person’s for that matter) really shines when the chips are down. I can say with 100% confidence that High Country HVAC will be there for you and stand by you to make things right and get you to where you need to be.

In the beginning of this summer’s very hot season our AC went out. To say it was a frustrating process to trouble shoot it and find the root cause is really an understatement. Through it all, Omar and Mike at High Country patiently and diligently worked to get us fixed up. When it came time to make hard decisions, JC and Mike provided several options for next steps and took to the time thoroughly sit down with me and help me understand each course of action and the near and long term effects of those.

We ended up replacing our system and going with a heat pump ac unit. Wow, this thing is amazing!! You definitely need to consider one. It’s super efficient. With our traditional unit we’d have to set the cool to 70-71 to keep it comfortable in our home, but now we are able to do it set to 75-76. I’m really looking forward to how it’ll save us thousands of furnace hours this fall and winter.

Our installation was performed by Toby and Spencer. They were friendly professionals, efficient, and respectful. They showed up when they said they would and completed the project as promised. They kept things clean and were respectful of our planter beds as they swapped out the units and connected everything. They left without a trace!!

This is definitely the readers digest version of my story. Bottom line, this team is first rate and is exceedingly dedicated to make sure you as the customer are taken care of all the way even on weekends and after hours. Since working with High Country I’ve learned several of my friends also have extremely positive experiences with in dealing with them. I couldn’t recommend High Country enough and highly encourage you to put my review to the test and see for yourself.
