I have 2 Airbnb properties that I manage with and had a few bad jobs in the past couple years. All licensed. I walked into my freshly cleaned carpets and was BLOWN AWAY. They dried VERY fast, they are so fluffed up, soft and no after smell. It’s fresh, fluffy and SO CLEAN! Had several stains on light carpet, have cleaned them a number of times… they’re gone now.

Can’t say enough good things. Start to finish was professional, timely, organized and friendly.

Duncan did an excellent job of cleaning our vents. He was thorough, personable and professional. He counted the vents prior to starting and telling me upfront what the final cost would be. He replaced all vent and cool air return covers as he found them. I would recommend this company and will use them again.

Hired deluxe carpet cleaning to come clean my air ducts in my home and was so impressed by this company! Duncan was excellent to work with. He answered all of my questions and gave great advice throughout the process! Will definitely call the company again!

I was hesitant due to the overall lower rating but I understand it is under new management now. Creek has done our carpets twice now and it feels very personalized and he makes sure everything is done perfect. They vacuum for you which is a huge help, they show up at a given time instead of a 2 hour timeframe and the cost is reasonable. Highly recommend.

FIVE STARS! I called around for a few estimates, and Deluxe was the best option for what I needed. The customer service rep was friendly and knowledgeable of the services to be provided and asked thorough questions to ascertain my needs. She even called two days prior to my appointment to remind me! Our technician Creek was punctual and professional and he cleaned our large sofa, oversized chair, ottoman, and living room rug. He also provided a sanitation service for odors and germs. I'm very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Duncan, now the Manager, was a great technician to cleaning. I was sensitive to some of the older chemicals used in the past. But Duncan told me about lighter products he can use if sensitive and it was the best! Also, he was so fast! He cleaned many areas and all was next to perfect!

This company has been amazing at scheduling for convenience. Aubrey calls when they are in the area, so discount apply.

I will be calling Duncan to clean my kitchen tile, air ducts, and dryer clean out in the future.
