I had a really amazing experience with Deluxe Carpet Cleaning! Creek had come over to clean a few rooms for me. I was a little nervous due to a not so great experience with a different company. Creek was so nice and polite! Made sure all my questions and concerns were answered before he started. Really respectful of my home and pets. And did quite a wonderful job! Look at the pictures! Would highly recommend DCC! Ask for Creek to be your carpet pro!

Deluxe Carpet Cleaning did a fantastic job with cleaning our carpets and cleaning out our vents. The guy who helped us spent so much time carefully and thoroughly getting everything done. He explained what he was doing if I ever had a question and just quietly and diligently worked. We were impressed.

This is a wonderful company. I’ve been using them for ten years. I have several pets but you wouldn’t know it from my carpets. The sweet technician, Creek, gave me pointers on how to keep it fresh until next time. Def recommend Deluxe carpet cleaning.

Creek was amazing!! We had an issue with mice in our home that peed under our couch. Creek came over right away and cleaned our carpets with an enzyme that eliminates urine. The smell went away instantly! The carpets were perfect and fluffy again, unlike other cleaners that leave the carpet crusty. If I ever need my carpets cleaned again I will 100% call Creek! Thank you for the amazing help!

I highly recommend Deluxe. Not long after they cleaned my carpets, my dog had an accident and I created more damage cleaning it up. They returned to get rid of the spots, fitting me in immediately, and said if the spots did not go away, they would come back and work on them some more. The spots still showed (because of the product I used originally to clean) so they returned, free of charge, to further diminish the spots--which worked! Deluxe is responsive and trustworthy and take their work very seriously. True professionals.

Deluxe Carpet Cleaning is the BEST! I have had them clean my dryer vents and air ducts for years. They send the nicest people over and they are always thorough and super fair with the pricing. I know that it is important to prevent fires by keeping your dryer vents and air ducts clean. Last week for the first time I thoroughly enjoyed the service for my car to be detailed! Duncan came to my house and spent hours meticulously cleaning my Honda CRV that was dirty from my outdoor lifestyle, transporting my dog, spilling coffee and food stains. My car miraculously looks brand new! I do not know how he got all those stains and hard to reach gunk out but he did a beautiful job. I really think this company is the best.

I recently had my carpets cleaned by Colby and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Colby was absolutely fantastic – he was professional, thorough, and really took the time to ensure every spot was treated. My carpets look brand new, and the whole house feels fresher. I highly recommend deluxe carpet cleaning especially if you get the chance to work with Colby. Great service all around!

I was surprised to see such a low review for this Company. We have been using Deluxe Carpet Cleaning for many years and I’ve always been completely satisfied with our service. Creek, our technician, works extremely hard, whatever the season, to keep our carpets clean. While we don’t have pets, we do have an active six-year-old boy who has managed to stain just about every carpet
Creek is a stubborn soul who never lets a stain get the best of him. If he can’t remove a stain completely, he’ll get it to fade so that you hardly notice it

My family has used their service quite a few times and have gotten our ducts and carpets cleaned fantastically by them. Recently I had them come over and they did a great job cleaning my carpets and making them smell very nice. The technician and the lady who makes the appointments are both very nice and professional.

I've used deluxe carpet cleaning for a number of years. I think their prices are very reasonable I like dry cleaning as opposed to steam cleaning because the carpets dry much faster. Creek is the one that usually comes to do our carpets. He works hard and does a good job. All the technicians that have come to our house have been very friendly.

Duncan was the most knowledgeable and professional technician!! I needed some very unique answers and help and he was a God-send! I was impressed with how quick I could get booked and how detailed they accomplished every request I had! ....and then the pricing! Oh wow! So much bang for your buck! I look at who I repeatedly used in the past (with marginal results) and now feel ripped off by those other companies. I will never use anyone else again but "Deluxe" for my carpets and airducts!

I have my carpets cleaned every year and they did such a fantastic job last year, I hired them again this year. This year I had them clean the upholstery on a set of light color dining chairs The chairs were dingy and I didn’t think much could be done to have them look good, but after they were cleaned, I was surprised how new they looked. Scheduling is easy and the technicians have always been on time and are friendly and professional. I’ll use them again next year!

I accidentally got ahold of this company and I’m so glad I did. The office girl,Aubrey, was so kind and helpful she explained the duct cleaning service and gave me a price which I thought was great. We set up an appointment and the day of she called to let me know the technician was running a little behind but would arrive shortly. I very much appreciated that since countless times with other companies I’ve sat and waited for someone to show up wondering when and if they would The tech, Duncan, arrived soon and from the moment I opened the door until he left was a great experience He let me know what he was doing every step of the way and informed me of some extra services he could offer but was never pushy. He had an amazing personality and was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable We will definitely use Deluxe again it was a great experience start to finish

We love Deluxe Carpet Cleaning. Aubrey is wonderful! Always pleasant and we appreciate her reminder calls when they are running specials. Yesterday we had our Furnace ductwork cleaned. The young man who came was great. Very pleasant and thorough service. He was respectful of our home and we couldn’t be more pleased with the job he did. Sorry I can’t remember his name to give him credit. We absolutely recommend Deluxe for carpet, furniture and duct work cleaning.

I have had a great experience getting my carpets cleaned through this company! They were very thorough, our carpets have never smelled better! When I messaged them to let them know everything was great but we still had a slight cat urine smell that remained in the one room, they sent someone the next week to do another treatment on that room for free. We also got our couch cleaned and it looks brand new!!! I would highly recommend them!

Deluxe has been cleaning our carpets for several years now. They have always done a fantastic job. The cleaners have been friendly and hard working. They have even tackled some hard spots by hand just to make sure everything is well done. Their package deal has saved me money and the extra deodorizer and stain guard are worth the investment. Our 15 year old carpet still looks great despite 5 kids and 3 animals! Thank you Aubrey for making scheduling easy and thank you Duncan for your extra effort last week!

Aubrey was very communicative and available and Duncan was an absolute pleasure. He explained everything as he went along with other services they provide and did a bang up job. Another guy showed up for the carpet cleaning and I can’t remember his name! Carpets looked fabulous and smelled divine. Definitely keeping them in mind for my thrift store finds when I get a couch and rocker!

Friendly staff, however, after the air duct cleaning services, I feel as though the job was rushed, poor quality and unfinished. I have 3 vents that were not screwed back into place and was not even communicated. The vents that were screwed back into place were half placed and need to be redone. Disappointed.
