Zerorez takes care of our carpet cleaning yearly and they are always amazing! They are always on time and very professional. They were able to get out stains from our kiddos and pets and the carpets look brand new! Definitely recommend!

Built immediate trust and gave me confidence my goals would be met. Then after the work all the stains were gone, it looked amazing. The price seemed almost too low for how great the result was. That impression was based upon a previous cleaning from another company. This was a great job! Thank you!

I’d heard great things about this company and decided to go this route for a house I’m moving into that smelled like urine. The carpet turned out better than expected from the prior tenants not cleaning up the stains. There were so many pet stains that I was so concerned it wasn’t going to work and to my surprise it looks/smells as close as it can be being new carpet.

Caio did an excellent job. My chairs look almost new. He was very professional and completed the job in a timely manner.

I highly recommend using Zero Rez. I will have them clean my couch and carpet next time.

My carpets are definitely clean! Daniel was super nice and professional. He measured everything carefully and counted my stairs to make sure I was paying the lowest price. Because he did this and it was less than I planned, I chose to have an additional area rug cleaned. I hope they stay clean for a while, but I’d definitely use Zerorez in the future!

Mitch and Zerorez always do an exceptional job! Our carpets always look like new again and stay clean much longer than any other service we have used. They are also incredible with tile and cleaning grout!

Daniel Hansen from Zerorez cleaned my living room upholstery, living room carpet, two hallways and back stairs. My furniture looks so clean, and my carpets look so bright. He was very thorough and went the extra mile in everything he did. I would definitely use Daniel and Zerorez again.

We have like the service we get from Zerorez Davis County. We are ready for our carpets to be cleaned again so I grabbed my coupon and called in. I talked to Sydney. Told her about all of the rooms/areas and about my coupon. She gives me a price for everything which included a free hallway. I asked her if she applied my coupon to that price and she said, yes, the $129 for 3 rooms. I told her my coupon says $119 for 3veooms. She said those are an old promotion and expired. I told her I am looking at 2 that aren't expired and they are fit the Davis County Zerorez. She said, ohhh, ok, yeah, I can apply that and then add the $35 for the hallway. ??? I asked what!!??. I told her I am not playing the pricing game of expired now not expired but more $$. A better approach would have been, the $119 coupon is a great deal but we have another promotion for $10.00 more which includes a free hallway. The hallway price is normally $35.00 so you are saving $20 by going with our other promotion. I would have scheduled the cleaning rather than being disappointed in the whole, that promotion is expired. With a choice of 5,000,000 cleaning companies out there, customer service has to he on point! Maybe next year Zerorez😡.

Zerorez did an excellent job cleaning my carpets (3 rooms and 13 stairs). The technician was punctual and he communicated his process to me before starting and asked if I had any questions. He was respectful, courteous, and professional. He did an amazing job cleaning and removing stains, leaving my older carpets clean and beautiful looking, which left my home smelling so fresh. I highly recommend Zerorez and will definitely use their services again when needed.

After trying a well known competitor last year on my almost new Berber carpet (1.5 yrs old), I’d never use anyone but ZeroRez after what I got to experience with them. The 1st company had me convinced the stains on our stairs were never going to come out. But they were only from wear and tear in a brand new home! 2 small pets. Nothing crazy. That must mean the other company and technician were just not doing a good job. Lesson learned. The young man…I wish I remembered his name, who came to my home with ZeroRez, not only did better than the 1st company when it was only 1.5 years old, he eliminated the stains completely(see photo) and was very kind, too! Plus, my carpet actually smelled new again! And it’s now 3 years old. So…moral of the story, I will use ZeroRez next time and every time! Amazing job on the young technician’s part and also, what a great technology Zero Rez has on their hands.

Great results! Removed a large stain in 4 of the 6 living or bedrooms, also cleaned the stairs, a long hallway, and a bathroom. If you had asked me if my carpets needed cleaning, I would have said it only needed spot cleaning. Boy was I wrong! Having them clean has lifted my spirits. The technician was very considerate of us and our home. I will use Zerorez again.

Colton was fantastic! He spent most of his day here working hard cleaning four rooms, a hallway, a staircase, and a large sectional. Colton, despite being in pain with a toothache, did a fantastic job removing stains and being quick and thorough. We trust ZeroRes and can see the big difference every time. That's why we have had them come 3 times! And the owner, Carolyn Barlow, helped us get this service done and our neighbors today, too! Also, Jacob was able to help a little, too, and was totally great to work with. Dependable and thorough, fast and easy, and safe. Excellent service at all levels of the company. Andre was very thorough. He cleaned my pet hair laden carpets fast and also my vents. I have a carpet shampoo machine but, if you have heavy soil and pet hair, these are the guys to call. I had the carpet totally clear of furniture which helped but their process really gets 90% of dirt out. I am very happy with results. FYI make sure you have fans to dry your carpets. I mistakenly thought they would be instantly dry. Excellent company.

I was told my appointment was between 1:00 - 2:00 pm. Eric called and had a cancellation so he was here earlier than planned. I had a dog that was old and had made a mess of my carpet. He explained the pretreatment he could put down but would cost extra. I went with that option and my carpet turned out Amazing!! He also cleaned my carpet in my master bedroom. Thanks to Eric my carpet is clean. Price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

They did a good job cleaning our carpets. They sent follow up pictures because I couldn’t see the final product in person. That was super helpful. I was notified that a few stains couldn’t be removed but that was to be expected.
