Found Temperature Pro on Angi.com. They were very quick to respond with a quote, and reasonably priced. We were able to schedule a call quickly, and Brandon, the tech we worked with was great. He was punctual, polite, did great work, and was also willing to wear a mask while indoors around our 9 month old. Would definitely recommend!

They came to do my dryer vent cleaning, it was super quick, easy and my tech explained everything. The little flaps on my outside dryer vent basically just crumbled. They came back and replaced the flaps the next day free of charge! My techs were Eric and Brandon, super nice guys! Would recommend company.

While searching for a new mini split for our bedroom, Christian was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and transparent with unit details. Most importantly, however, he was always quick to respond to our many questions. In the end, we received several competitive quotes, including quotes from TemperaturePro, and my husband liked a unit from another company the best. That said, I would have had full confidence hiring Christian and his team to do this job as I could tell that they are top notch professionals working very hard to provide superior customer service. They are definitely on our call list for any future HVAC work!

Today’s installation by Temperature Pro was top notch. Drop cloths protected our flooring, the installation was well designed, and the work quality was exceptional. The work area was throughly cleaned when the job was completed. The project was done in a timely fashion, ahead of our expectations. The installation technician was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. All our questions were answered and there were no surprises. We’ll done Temperature Pro!

The TemperaturePro of Salt Lake City team did an excellent job replacing our basement furnace. Todd, our technician extraordinaire, was professional, courteous, and took time to perform the installation properly. The new unit was installed the day after we signed the contract. TemperaturePro's pricing and scheduling was far better than our previous HVAC service company. Notice I said "previous HVAC company company" - TemperaturePro is who we will be dealing with from here on out.

Todd and Christian were both professional and gave us multiple options to replace our 22 year old furnace. They were kind enough to repair it twice before they said that it really need to be replaced as the heat exchanger was bad.

They covered the floors with work blankets to keep it protected. Each of them were booties and masks while they worked.

We selected the 96% Daikin furnace and they had it installed the next day.

I would highly recommend both of them and TemperatuePro Salt Lake City.

Todd was the tech that came out and was super professional and knowledge. Our furnace wouldn’t heat. It was a pressure switch and he diagnosed it quickly. Todd wore botties and was very cleanly. I would highly recommend TemperaturePro Salt Lake City for your heating and cooling needs.

My husband and I were needing to upgrade our furnace and add an air conditioning system to our home. Christian at Temperature Pro was very professional and efficient with his quotes and communication skills that he provided for us. He was very prompt and polite and very helpful. He answered every question that we had with professionalism. I would highly recommend the Temperature Pro Heating and AC for your new system and/or upgrading your current system in your home! The tech, Brandon, did a good job installing the system in less time than originally estimated. He communicated expectations and exceeded those by doing all the work in less time. While waiting for the system calibration, he also ran tests of our existing ductwork to analyze and improve airflow. The Daikin AC system is great and we're happy with the whole process.

Todd and Christian went the extra mile to get our new furnace installed and working. They arrived at the scheduled time. Because we have an older home, there was quite a bit of work involved but they did everything that was needed to get our system working correctly. We had a minor issue arise after they left, and they were there bright and early the next day to have that issue resolved. I would highly recommend this company.

Temperature Pro just installed a new heating and AC system in my very old home. They were great from start to finish. Todd (our technician) is very knowledgeable about what needs to be done and you don’t feel like you’re being asked to repair or install something you don’t need. I now have a much more efficient and workable system at a fair price (I had three other estimates) done by an exceptional and professional technician. We had Todd come look at, repair, and ultimately install new heating systems into our house. Todd was so great to work with. He was very professional as well as proficient at what he does. He also works in a very succinct manner so as to have the heating system done in a timely manner. Everyone was very helpful at answering all of the questions we had and very willing to come back if we ever needed anything else.I would definitely do business with them again. The new furnaces work wonderfully and one can tell a difference how much better they worked than our old ones.

Custom comfort is the BEST!!!! They have the best service of anybody in Utah and they do incredible work.

Will not stand by their work! New construction, about 10 leaks over 5yrs, refuse to help. Bunk contractor. Don’t share my nightmare!

They do not stand behind their work. Had multiple bad experiences with these guys. We used then for radiant heat and swamp cooler. Bad at both. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Our HOA is a longtime customer of Custom Comfort. They are an excellent service provider and Rick is always taking care of us!

Installed and services our boiler system and our apartment building does a great job always able to contact them when needed. Great local business.

Called several times as their stickers are all over our equipment. Could not get a call back until 4th try and then was told not available to service. If that is the case why put Call Custom Comfort for Service stickers on my units.

I had gotten several estimates to put in a new gas line for an oven. This was the only company that actually calculate the capacity of my existing gas line and determined that the approach that the other estimates had suggested would result in inadequate gas flow which would cause appliances to snuff out. I really appreciate their thoroughness and honesty.
