I had an emergency need with plumbing. I had one company come out, but they didn’t know how to fix the problem and wanted to overcharge me. They called me because his dispatch let them know I was looking for someone. He came out the same night, identified the problem, and didn’t overcharge me. They are new to the area and I would highly recommend their services. The customer service and friendly nature was unbeatable. Highly recommend.

I was having big issues with my main line backing up. I called Chace and he made arrangements to come over promptly. Him and Cole were very knowledgeable and were able to fix my problem quickly. They were very thorough and made sure I would not have any more backup problems. Highly recommended!

My water usage jumped up for an unknown reason, and the city told me there must be a leak somewhere. I called Mr. Rooter and they came out the very next day. They checked my meter and water usage and confirmed nothing was wrong and to contact the city again. No charge! They were very helpful and explained everything clearly. I will call them again for any future issues.

We called Mr. ROOTER in to fixed a clogged drain in our main bathroom. They came almost immediately and were very friendly and knowledgeable. Ultimately successful in unclogging the drain! We had a great experience and will definitely use them again if needed.

Chase and Eli did a wonderful job clearing our stopped up sewer line. They were able to fit us in ahead of schedule, answered all our questions, and used door mats and booties to keep our floors clean. We are very pleased.

We had a large leak coming from our master bathroom on the third floor. Chase and Elias were wonderful! Wonderful with my toddler, and considerate with the holes they were needing to make in our walls. Thankful the water mess is fixed! And thankful the price wasn’t exorbitant!

I can’t say enough good things about Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Clearfield! I called and they were at my house within 15 minutes. Chase (the owner) and his employee Eli came to unclog my kitchen sink, and they absolutely saved the day—just in time for me to host Thanksgiving. Eli also fixed the leak underneath my sink.

Chase went above and beyond by checking my dryer vent and even doing everything they could to unclog my downspout outside. Their professionalism was top-notch, and they took the time to answer every question I had. Chase is incredibly knowledgeable, and it shows in the quality of his work and the way he explains everything.

Chase recommend 'Total Drain' solution. It helps eat away at grease, fat and foods in your pipes. It also breaks down hair so all of it can move easily through your pipes. I'm excited and curious to see how it works in the showers in my home.

I’ve had a few plumbers in my home before, but Mr. Rooter is the only company I’ll be calling from now on. Thank you again for all your help! Hopefully I won’t need services anytime soon—but if I do, I know exactly who to call!

Excellent plumber service for replacing a toilet. Needed a plumber that charged a reasonable price (unlike the big national company services). Worked out great with a local provider. Would highly recommend, I will surely use going forward. Eddie, Roy residence.

Excellent service. The plumbers arrived early and did an excellent job troubleshooting and fixing the leak which we ourselves couldn't determine where it was coming from. They also took the time to really clean up after they completed their work which we really appreciated.

I just had Chase and Eli come out to my house and install a new bathroom faucet and fix a wobbly kitchen faucet. They did a terrific job. Cleaned up everything and explained what they were doing as they were doing it. Very courteous and friendly. I would definitely use them again.
