Those poor guys, by Main was clogged and My basement drain p trap, plus some sinks. It was way worse than it sounds because my main is extremely long and getting it snakes out was extremely difficult. I am sorry to whoever came after me because it took more than twice as long as anticipated because my plumbing is quite old and goofy. They just kept at it until the job was done and were great. They could have gotten away with charging more. I will certainly use them again.

I chose Brownes based on these reviews and couldnt be more satisfied. They (he brought help) were quick and effective. His experience was obvious! They fit me into their schedule in under 2 hrs from the time i called. My old house is flowing with a vengence like its new! Tackled multiple drains in no time. Be nice to him he rocks!

actually had two plumbing issues within weeks of each other that required a plumber to fix or else we wouldnt have had running water for a while.. this is the only plumber that has the most reasonable and affordable charges that ive found so far. and he doesnt charge a fee just to come look at your plumbing issues either. we will definitely be calling him again on all future plumbing issues

I need these guys about once a year. Friendly guy that works fast (under 20 min for my main drain). Each time he has come the same day (I am in South Ogden). He brings a helper and I usually pay $100 flat. Never any hidden fees or nonsense. This is as fair of price and service as I have ever found when it comes to unclogging crap (that is 80 feet out to the main city line). Will use him until he is in full retirement (hardest working retired guy I have met). When you call his voice mail you will understand the last comment.

Absolutely happy with my experience. Same day service. Very sweet man called me to state he was running behind, which is rarely unheard of these days. Was able to get our leak fixed right away. Definitely recommend this company!!

They came out same day and even returned after I failed to answer the door the first time around. Within seconds of explaining the issue they went to work and the issue was resolved quickly! We literally waited days to get a fix thinking we could do it on our own. SO glad we ended up using this service instead!

Best man for the job! My water heater broke this weekend and he got it fixed the next morning! By far the lowest price out of the couple other quotes I got. Definitely recommend and will use in the future!! Thanks again Clark!

Absolutely horrible service. I called this guy out to my moms house to help fix her toilet. The first day he showed up almost an hr late with no call. He said he would be back the second day at 11 am. My mom works swing shift so she woke up early and sacrificed sleep to wait for him and he wasn’t there, I called him and asked when he would be there and he said 30 minutes. He then called my mom and told her he was to busy and he would make sure he was there at 11 on the 3rd day! My mom wakes up early again and HE DOESNT SHOW OR ANSWER HIS PHONE. He has NO respect for peoples time and I would never recommend him.

This is possibly the nicest man ever. I called him with a problem and he explained over the phone what might be wrong and how to fix it. If I wasn't able to fix it he would come out but he wanted me to try to do it myself first if I wanted to save the money. That was 10 minutes ago. I followed his instructions and now my drain is draining and he is out $95.00. What a nice guy. If I ever need a service he covers I will call him first EVERY SINGLE TIME. Awesome, awesome gentleman.

My neighbor recommended Dale and now I'll be recommending him. Very kind guy and was extremely reasonable on price. Had the whole house backed up and he augered the main line and had us up and running within a few minutes! Thank you Dale!!

Had a small project turn big and it needed to be done so we could turn our water back on. We called Dale up last minute in the evening and he was there until the job was down at a very fair price. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

This guy is awesome. He was super nice and fast, and the price he quoted us over the phone was the price we paid. My sewer line was backed up, and after Whipple tried to screw us over ($69.50 for the guy just to come to my house and quote me $965 for the work), I was not having anyone come out if they couldn't quote me a price over the phone. He quoted me $120, and that's what he charged. I think I'll keep calling him until he sells his business and retires.

Dale from Browne's Rooter is awesome. We just moved into a house that's been unoccupied for three years, and quickly learned why pipes need to be used regularly! Water and sewage started rising from our basement floor drains and we realized our main sewer line was blocked. Dale came as soon as he finished the job he was on and saved us! Our house is old and it was NOT an easy job, but he was wonderful about it. He explained the problem and how we could avoid it in the future, and also taught us how to care for our unique plumbing. I highly recommend Browne's Rooter!! Will definitely call again if we ever have problems!

They did not properly snake our main drain after coming to do it twice. Had additional flooding three days after they “snaked” it. Had to call another plumber to do it properly and pay additional money. They also would not respond to our contact efforts. Very unprofessional.

Hands down the best guys for helping with drain issues. I called em with an issue in a rental where I was signing the lease with my tenants in 1 hour and they arrived in 15 min all the way in Farmington to help me out. Excellent service, quality work, reliable, friendly, and overall great. I will use them again if I ever need to without a doubt. They are now new contacts on my iPhone.

I have been using him for last couple years great guy...if you can get him to show up. Here is why I updated to a 2 star review. 3 days ago basement flooded needed my drain snakes. (happens about every 6-8 months) no biggie called him at 9 am he said he can be at my house later afternoon, okay cool. 5 pm no show I call he says oh I can't make it today call me at 12 pm tomorrow and I'll make sure you're still on my list. I call at 12. Says I'll be there in 2 hours. Okay. 2:30 calls me I'll be there in 45 minutes I'm on my way. I leave work lock up my dogs and wait. 5 pm, I call oh I went to someone else's house instead Im going to get to your house on way home. ....6pm...7pm...8..pm. my daughters have been using neighbors bathroom for last couple days. If he was to busy wish he could of told me and I would of used someone else this time and called him next time now I will just call someone else going forward
I attempted to fix my shower myself and broke the cartridge. I was without water for 24 hours. Called him he said he will be here in couple hours showed up and did it for $80. Only reason I attempted myself was black diamond plumbing quoted me $600 and I couldn't afford that. I will always use brownes from now on

Amazing service, called him after hours due to our water coming out a Slight greenish tint. He came by and checked to see if it was our Coper pipes. And it’s not, has to do with the city. While he was here he fixed our basement bath tub drain. And didn’t charge us anything, we offered him $100 and he said wait til I actually fix something. Great guy, I highly recommend for all your plumbing.

We needed a plumber and never used these guys before, but we are so pleased with the work they did that they will be number one on our list next time we need a plumber.
