I didn’t shop around, so I can’t speak on prices. I called Thurgood Plumbing on my daughter’s recommendation. I was treated very respectfully and got all my questions answered. Our plumber, Gusto, is very knowledgeable and throughly explained everything he was going to do. And when a couple of unforeseen things surfaced, it was completely explained in laymen’s terms. We particularly appreciate any tradesman that is willing and patient enough to take the time to help us understand and potentially prevent future problems. Thank you Gusto, for fixing our problems and putting us at ease. Job well done.

Plumbing Tech Gustas was professional on the phone, and followed through with communications. He was thorough and respectful with his explanations on the phone and in person. He worked in a timely manner respecting my home.

The workman replaced 2 toilets, cleaned up after himself, removed a small commode cabinet that didn't fit around the new model, and removed all of the packaging from the merchandise he installed and all with a smile. I expected to have to reschedule my afternoon plans but he finished within a mere 2 and a half hours.
The cost was very reasonable while showing the value of the product and workmanship.

I recommend this Thurgoog Plumbing & HBAC with a closing catch-phrase...they live the Golden Rule: Treat others as you would have them treat you!

My shower pipe needed repaired. Gusto (plumber) was great to work with and did a fantastic job. I would recommend Thurgood plumbing & HVAC.

Work OK. Over all cost quoted was high.They did not give a breakout of parts and labor which I askedfor.Did some checking quote was about 20%high. Will ask for cost break out for any plumbing work.

Excellent Service, responsive and reliable . They provided me with detailed photos of work before and after. Very knowledgeable and professional. I have been using Thurgood Plumbing for many years now recommend them to anyone. Gusto is the best , ask for him!

Thurgood plumbing and HVAC showed up very quickly to assess my plumbing emergency. Kevin the plumber and his assistant Brad did a great job fixing the leaking water supply line and replaced the defective pressure valve. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a plumbing emergency

I'm giving a five star rating to Chuck, the owner of Thurgood. When they came out there ended up being some unexpected complications and I wasn't 100% satisfied! But Chuck followed up and called me personally. He went overboard to make sure that things were made right! I hardly ever see this anymore but the integrity Chuck showed in dealing with my situation is something I rarely see but greatly appreciate! I commend Chuck for the professional, honest and caring way he dealt with my situation and would not hesitate to call Thurgood for any future needs!

Gusto completed the plumbing for our ADA bathroom and kitchen remodel. He was easy to communicate with and responsive to our needs. I appreciate that he double checked with us for placement of fixtures and such. The pictures speak for themselves. All installs were completed same day and are working great.

They came to fix my hvac and I asked them to check several other things in my building as well. Best experience with a service company in a long time. And I should know, I worked for one for a long time.

We had a completely block tub drain which in a one bathroom house is not fun. Wade, the plumber from Thurgood Plumber, arrived with three possible solutions. We decided to have all the possible problem piping removed and then new pipes installed. When everything was done, Wade turned on the water in the tub and let it run for a few minutes. Once the water was cut off, the water drained completely in less than 1 minute. My husband jumped in and showered first. My turn next!

I’ve used this plumbing company before and they do an excellent job. Gustav was very accommodating and did a wonderful job. He had to remove a door to install the water heater. Everything was placed back and is working well. Cleanup was awesome. Thank you Gustav!

I would definitely recommend Thurgood Plumbing. I called them after another company failed to identify the issue with my water heater, and the problem kept coming back. The technician from Thurgood diagnosed it right away and even took the initiative to contact the manufacturer about the existing warranty. When the manufacturer couldn’t supply the needed parts immediately, he drove 30 miles—spending over an hour in traffic—to get them himself. He completed the repair, and the water heater has been working perfectly ever since.

We apreciated that they provided a free quote, and were attentive to all our concernes.

They were able to get us in on short notice, even though it was a full-day job. They relpaced one toliet, repaired another one, replaced our kitchen sink and updated the plumbing for it, as well as replacing the plumbing for our washer. They were also able to complete all the work in one day.

The price for all that work was very reasonable, and was exactly what we were quoted! It's wonderfull to have functional plumbing again!
