Plumbing reviews in Draper, Utah

Great service, under two hours to run a water line under the house and install an ice maker line. Great price too!

Thank you Tyson and his team. They are super professional , on time and did a great job. All bathroom and kitchen plumbing repiped by them. Main shutoffs installed in kitchen area and system tested, no leaks in work performed. Highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!

Had a great experience with Howard. He was professional and efficient. Able to get us in within a few days and taken care of within a few hours. Highly recommend.

Dominic was great! Explained all options and the details of those options. Very personable and helpful, he even insisted on wearing the 'booties' even though I told him it was not necessary. Great guy!

Dominic replaced my water heater 2 days later and it went great. Dominic is very cool and informative. I'm keeping you guys in my phonebook for any further plumbing needs.

Thanks again. Dominic!

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing picked up their phone as soon as I called and had a plumber to my house the same day. Howard was friendly, clean and provided great service. I will definitely use them again.

Howard was easy to work with and did a professional job. They responded quickly. Got the three fixtures I requested and installed with no complaints and complications. Would hire again.

Very knowledgeable very helpful took time to explain and help with getting machines fixed would recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing all the time thank you

Best cleaning I have ever had from anyone in 20 years. So beautiful & they were easy to work with as well!!

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is honest, punctual and beyond professional. Why go anywhere else when you have the best already.

Howard was amazing. He did great work and explained what he was doing. I would recommend this company to anybody looking for a great plumber.

He came out quickly, worked to get the parts located, and brought a treat for my dog. Very considerate and got the job done!

Booked the appointment online and it didn’t cost anything for them to come look at my problem. They arrived exactly in the time window provided and gave us a quote half the price of Same Day or Any Hour. Didn’t look to upsell us and fixed our problem.

Thank you Howard! You fixed our Elkay drinking fountain when no one else could.
Best plumbers in Sandy!

Howard was efficient and got the water tank flushed reliably.

Howard came to give us a second opinion and was very nice and detailed. We are seriously considering his suggestions.

Excellent service and fair prices. Friendly techs. Tyson is awesome!!

Amazing experience, Howard has come out for various issues and each time he is quick, thorough, and honest.

Howard was patient, knowledgeable and up front with costs while doing his very best to keep things as cheap as possible for us. I would highly recommend him to anyone and he has earned my trust!

Howard did quality work done fast and at a reasonable price!

Howard was very fast and personable! Went above and beyond to make sure everything was good not just what he was here for. Very very friendly. I highly recommend him!

Howard did a great job replacing 5 shut off valves, installing a faucet and a toilet tank. He is meticulous and takes the time to verify the work is done right. A plumber these days is expensive and Benjamin Franklin is at the upper end in terms of service charges. They do good work and get the job done.
