Pando plumbing is wonderful. We’ve been using them for years at two different houses. We’re always so happy with their work, it’s quality and efficient. Their communication is on point too, would definitely recommend!

I was so thrilled with the professionalism and thoughtfulness that these craftsmen displayed. They came out to give an estimate (they were very late, coming from another appointment, but the phone correspondent was very active at giving me updates) and were able to look at all everything, and thoughtfully consider what needed to be done depending on the life of certain appliances and long-term vs short-term advantages (relating all the information to me, allowing me to decide how I wanted to proceed). When they came out several days later, one of the plumbers was nervous he may have given me some faulty advice, he expressed his concerns and proceeded to examine our utility closet with the furnace and water heater. He was then relieved to know that he had not told me incorrectly. I thought the gesture and concern to double check admirably showed the care toward the accuracy of his word. The plumbers did a beautiful job. I was so excited with the work they did, including the thoughtfulness as to how to mount things to the wall in case we had to replace the wall in the near future. Their work was beautiful and laid out cleanly. I appreciated their willingness to answer my questions and educate me (because I am interested in plumbing) on various aspects of our new "fixer upper" house. They even went out of their way to fix our furnace's condensation pipe (I think that's what it is) which the previous owner had tried to hold together with tape. A small gesture that probably took them hardly a minute, for which they did not seek any acclaim and I only noticed after. Thank you Pando Plumbing!!!!

There's nothing worse than a plumbing issue on the weekend. We have used Pando before to install a tankless water heater and today they responded within 30 minute to our issue. Jeff was professional, skilled and so easy to work with. He solved our issue and the water is on in our house. So was Bailee in the office. Great company.

BEST PLUMBING COMPANY EVER! Over the past 67 years of owning the same home, we have dealt with many contractors including plumbers. We are so lucky to have had PANDO recommended to us by our contractor about 5 years ago! They are extremely good at what they do….from Chris, the office personal/scheduler to Jeff, the owner/head plumber to every other plumber of theirs that has been in our house ( mostly all family). They are all so professional and friendly and they really know what they are doing. They are very clean, picking up after themselves. They all actually care about their great customer service. I will be recommending Panda Plumbing to anyone who will listen! When looking for a plumbing company I searched online and read the reviews that Panda had. Their online booking system was the best I have ever used. Super easy, auto fill, able to take a video of the issue, etc.

I am as picky or high maintenance as they come…. They showed up right on time removed his shoes identified the problems, fixed them quickly and easily. Anyone else would have known that I am not well-versed and likely would have told me I needed a new garbage disposal for the sink and a new hose for my showerhead and a new drain for the bathtub. And the truth is, I would’ve happily paid it to have resolved. At the end, I asked if I paid him or if someone would be sending me an invoice. He said, “Oh, I’m not going to bill you… This was fun and easy for me.” I insisted I needed to pay as any other company would’ve charged me at least a service fee! He said, “ just the next time you have an issue, please use us.” I’ve already told a group of guys that I work with that if they have any plumbing issues, I have an honest company that will treat them right.

I wish all service companies cared as much about their name, branding and reputation as much as Panda. I simply cannot say enough, good things about them…

Everyone was not only professional but truly cared about putting me at ease, which was important to me as my sump pump failed and my basement was flooding.

We deduced that the sump pump was fried and to instead reach out to the installer, who is replacing it for free due to warranty. The check was thorough and quick.

I called Pando about a basement pipe leak ... drip. They were quick to answer their phone, and they were able to schedule a free estimate the next day. Their Tech, Jeff, was prompt and friendly. His estimate was reasonable, and he completed the needed repair both quickly and professionally! I will definitely continue to use Pando for my plumbing needs.
