PANDO PLUMBING is, in a word, AMAZING!! I don't recall exactly how I found them, but I have had three experiences with PANDO so far, and they are the ONLY plumbers I will use or recommend. They are HONEST to a fault so I would never worry about being overcharged by them. Let me illustrate: My first experience with PANDO was when I had installed a new faucer and matching drain poppet in my bathroom. I got two of them installed on other sinks and all was fine, but this one I could not get the drain to not leak and the poppet would not seal. I called PANDO and they came out, took a look, got some tools, and had it working in literally about three minutes. I asked how much I owed them and he said "Nothing." Not even a service call fee or something? "No, just keep us in mind. DONE. Next I wanted to install a slop sink in my garage. They came out and after looking it over said they couldn't do it because there was no way to do what I wanted without violating the building code. INTEGRITY!!! Finally, I had another small problem that looked to me like the beginning of a catastrophe. My garden hose would not come off the spigot no matter how much I tried, and I have some really BIG channellock pliers and I still couldn't get it. In fact, I crushed the hose nut onto the spigot! I thought we would have to knock a hole in the wall and replace the whole spigot. Jeff from PANDO came out, got some tools and while it took a little time and a lot of effort, he had the hose off of the spigot in about 10 minutes. GUESS WHAT? NO CHARGE! HOLY COW!! I'm telling you, you cannot go wrong with PANDO. I would hate to think that as a result of my experiences above someone would try to take advantage of PANDO, but they are the most honest, professional and esay to work with tradespeople I have ever encountered - including Chris in the office who not only works to get your help to you as soon as possible, she also keeps you informed of when they are on their way, and more. WHAT A GREAT COMPANY AND TEAM!

Pando plumbing are the only ones I trust with our plumbing needs. They are quick, fair, never try to upsell and overcharge, and have been nothing but the utmost professional to deal with. I first had to call them after my father passed away and the sump pump he had installed flooded my basement. Pando came out quickly, made the repairs, found me a restoration contractor and set that all up as well. I couldn't believe it! They are amazing.

Pando was a breath of fresh air after a long string of frustrating experiences with other vendors and contractors. Jeff was very friendly and knowledgeable. He had our issue resolved quickly. I would definitely call them again for future needs, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

One word…HONEST!! I would 100% recommend calling Pando. Jeff came to give me a free estimate, my situation required him to refer me to someone else for other work. I told him I wanted to make sure he got in on the job and he told me he wasn’t worried about that he just wanted my problem to get fixed! Also he came up with great solutions for my problem can’t thank him enough.

Since I now get an insane amount of spam asking me to review them, I will. They were nice when they came out to bid our project. However, we had pre-purchased all of the items that we wanted installed and they kept seeing how crappy they were and then they were going to give us bids for their products even though we did an extensive amount of research trying to figure out what the best products were based on customer reviews. They weren’t interested in bidding our project they wanted to do a bunch of different things that we didn’t even ask them to. I had three other plumbers come in bid and none of them suggested these things and I asked several after Pandos bid and see if they would do those and they said no. Their bid was four times the price of any other company and when I told them this, they ghosted me yet I still get all their spam.

The guys at Panda Plumbing were excellent to work with. Kyle and Austin installed a new water heater for us and were professional, hardworking, and extremely pleasant to be around. Will definitely hire again!

I am selling my condo and my agent recommended Pando Plumbing to take care of some plumbing issues that came up on the inspection. Kyle and Austin came out and not only did they fix the issues quickly and easily, they were able to troubleshoot an issue that came up with their ability to swap out some plumbing because of the vanity that we had installed. They gave me options and handled the issue while maintaining the esthetics of the vanity. Everything came out looking great and they saved me a tremendous amount of time and money with their quick thinking. They were also such a pleasure to work with. So friendly and funny. They made me feel at ease with them right away. I love them so much that Pando will now be my go-to for all of my plumbing needs in my new home.

Pando Plumbing came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. Jeff and his crew installed a water softener in our home. They were on time, tidy, professional, and explained the process as they went. They did not attempt to up-sell us on anything--which was a welcome relief. He also made some minor adjustments to our overall system so that we would have the right water pressure. Chris, the dispatcher did a wonderful job of keeping us informed of when Jeff would arrive and answered all of our questions. We continue to use Pando for our yearly tankless water flush service. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

Pando plumbing sent Kyle and Austin out to take care of several jobs at my house. They fixed a leaky sink, installed a new shower insert, repaired two hose bibs and replaced the cold water valve in my laundry room. They were very professional, efficient and courteous!
