We've gone through many plumbers over the years, but Rattlesnake is now our go to. I don't feel like I need to check in while they're working to receive a consistent, very high quality outcome. They're skilled, easy to talk to/work with, and I feel like I can trust them to treat me fairly. They've done our water heater, main shutoff valve, pressure reducing valve, and fixed some piping in our attic. Highly recommend.

I scheduled an appointment online to have my kitchen sink drain looked at. On the day of the appointment, I got a call offering an earlier slot, but it didn’t work for me since I was still at work, so we agreed to keep the original time. After that, they didn’t show up or call.

I reached out the next day and they apologized, explaining that the owner had gotten sick and must have forgotten. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled for an earlier time the following week. I woke up early (at least for me) to make sure I was ready and didn’t miss them, but they didn't shown up for the second appointment either. (Again, without any notice or call after the fact.)

I can’t speak to their actual plumbing work and feel bad leaving the only less-than-5-star review, but based on my experience with scheduling, I won’t be trying again. It’s hard enough to adjust my schedule for service visits when someone does show up, let alone when they don’t.

Hands down the best plumber we have worked with. We had two urgent items that needed to be resolved and Rattlesnake plumbing was on it. They fit us in right away for the job assessment and then resolved both issues.

Our water heater went out the Saturday after Thanksgiving, and I got ahold of Rattlesnake plumbing on Monday. They sent out Scott to take a look, and he was able to give us a quote and came back the next day to haul away our old ones, and install our new water heater. He walked me through the process, and even talked with my husband on the phone so I didn’t have to remember it all😉 Now I get to do all the things one does when the water is above freezing! I would highly recommend using Rattlesnake Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.
